Monitoring the evolution of cadastral territory from stable cadastre to current cadastre
KALTOUNEK, Ondřej
In my thesis I dealt with the evolution of cadastral territory from stable cadastre to current cadastre. There are two parts in my thesis. The first part is focused on most common terms. That means I tried to explain terms like a cadastral territory and cadastre. In this part I also dealt with history of cadastre, which contains the evolution from the stable cadastre to cadastre nowadays, mainly because I thing that the history of cadastre is connected with the history of cadastral territories. I used information from the cadastral act, cadastral decree and technical literature in this first part. In the second part I dealt with the evolution of cadastral territory. I chose small cadastral territory Červené Záhoří, which is situated near the city Tábor. I used information from the historical maps and also up-to-date maps. I described changes, that took place there in all periods of cadastre´s evolution. For further research I chose the most significant change in this territory, segment of highway D3.
Possibilities of cooperation of city plan with projection and realisation of land adjustment
ZABILKOVÁ, Jana
The selected land register was worked up in the ArcGIS programme. The main evaluation subjects are ? road and way network, anti-erosion measures, territorial system of ecological stability, anti-water measures and territory for exploitation and waste dump. Discrepancies were found after overlapping these two layers of projects, mainly the last point - the mining area and the landfill area. There doesn´t match the defined area, than below the proposed mining area are settlements of cottages and mainly there leads the gas pipeline with a protection zone in this area. There was built a photovoltaic power station in 2008. The harmonization of these projects seems acceptable, except mentioned problems.

The alignment of interest locations were used tacheometrical method. Height detailed and auxiliary points were determined trigonometric and situation were determined polar. For measurement purposes was used a total station Leica TCR 407 power. The coordinates of all points are identified in the system S-JTSK and height are identified in the system BPV.
