This work deals with ecological design and appraisal of quality of the electronic devices throughout their life cycle. This area known worldwide as Eco-Design, becomes an integral part of all electro technical productions. This work brings out not only conception of the Eco-Design, but also next related areas with the aim to decrease limitation of negative impact on environment. At the end of the work is compared and summarized the ecological evaluation of the concrete product types.
Design a AHU unit with respect to the heat recovery system

This diploma thesis is focused on problems of heat exchangers. There are two main objectives. The first objective is based on long-term measuring of enthalpy heat exchanger, processing of measured data and comparison of result with manufacturer's results. The second objective is design of variant solutions for two types of heat exchanger of air conditioning unit of selected shop. For variant without moisture transportation was selected cross flow exchangers. Thanks to knowledge from long-term measurement, was selected enthalpy heat exchanger for variant with moisture transportation. Chosen variants were compared with emphasis on heat and moisture exchange efficiency with requirements on Ecodesign.

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of using hemp in the furniture industry, mainly in the form of structural boards. The thesis includes the design of a simple furniture element and the determination of the degree of substitutability of classical wooden components such as particle board by hemp ones. The work includes a research of dressing tables on the market, introduction to the concepts of eco-design and sustainability, history and use, hemp familiarization with the approach to working with hemp of the companies Hempwood and Vepa, design and drawing documentation, i.e. the development of the design to the final form, model 3D visualization of the variants, design solutions, production process and testing of the boards. Conducting tests on mechanical properties of DTD and hemp boards, their comparison and evaluation. Assessment of the applicability of the material in a specific design or identification of other possible applications.

Ecodesign of products from an environmental law perspective This thesis discusses ecodesign as an approach to design that aims to reduce the amount of negative environmental impacts of products throughout their life cycle. Over the past few years, ecodesign has increasingly come to the forefront of debates at European level, particularly in relation to the goals and principles of sustainability and circularity. The importance of this concept lies primarily in the possibility of preventing undesirable environmental impacts at the very beginning of a product's life, i.e. at the design stage. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the legislation in the field of ecodesign in order to assess whether the current legislation is able to achieve its objectives or whether a change is desirable. For this reason, the proposal for a new European regulation, which aims to create a new framework for ecodesign, is also discussed in detail. Due to the fact that, in the author's opinion, the concept of ecodesign is not given enough space in the Czech literature, a partial aim of this thesis is also to bring this issue closer to the readers, as one of the basic prerequisites for more sustainable decisions of the subjects is their awareness. THE TITLE OF THE DIPLOMA THESIS AND ABSTRACT TITLE: The Legislation Governing Energy Efficiency in the European Union ABSTRACT: The European Union's energy policy has undergone a major transformation over the last few years. The interest in ensuring sustainability, self-sufficiency, competitiveness and secure energy supplies leads to deeper energy integration among Member States. High energy efficiency is an ideal tool for achieving these particular objectives because its basic principle is to provide more services while using the same or even less energy. As a result, a variety of conceptual instruments and relevant legislation have been revised over the last few years, which was accompanied by a conflict of interest between various stakeholders and the adoption of less than ideal compromise solutions. Air Condition of theatre

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of air-conditioning system for a small town theater. Ventilation will ensure coverage of heat gains and losses in the theater hall and forced ventilation of adjacent areas will ensure optimum internal microclimate. The needs of actors and viewers will be provided by three air handling units.
