ZINKEOVÁ, Šárka

The theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis contains a definition of the financial analysis, sources of data, participants and methods of this analysis. Furthermore I drew up the methodology which outlines a way of calculating indicators, which are used in the practical part. In practical part I analyzed the limited company, which is called SG strojírna. Then I compared this company to three other companies. The practical part has three sections. The first section includes indicators of ratio analysis such as liquidity, profitability, indebtedness and activity. In the second section I map the development of the company based on Du Pont analysis. The third section is concerned with bankruptcy models. The conclusion of this thesis contains an evaluation of the company´s financial situation and measures proposed for greater profitability and efficiency.
Corporate performance based on monetary indicators
JUNGBAUEROVÁ, Jana
The goal of this research was to evaluate the production and use of cash flow in a particular company for the time period from 2010 to 2012. The first step was compil-ing the cash flow for that period. The value of cash flow was then compared with the results of the current year. Based on the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow, traditional indicators of financial analysis as well as indicators based on cash flow were constructed and calculated. The practical part of this work shows that although the company was at loss in 2010, there were not any problems related to the lack of finances. In contrast, the company generated profit in 2011-12, however the expenses incurred in operating activities ex-ceeded revenues. The company should therefore focus more on cash management and pay more attention to items of net working capital. Traditional financial indicators evaluate the company as a high quality in terms of timely payment of their debts and its cover by their circulating assets. Financial situation of the company is stable and the company doesn´t have serious problems with the economy and the appreciation of capital.

FLÍDROVÁ, Jana
This thesis talks about different ways of dealing with people who find themselves in unfavourable social situations. It shows, based on casuistic cases and examples, the importance of a loving approach to the client. It describes particular ways of work with people who seem to be optimal from theoretical and practical point of view. It examines a conversation with a client in more detail. It tries to find an internal source of positive adjustment of the helping worker towards people. This adjustment is found not in set rules and instrumental method, but in a Christian approach to the person. A person, as an image of God is my fellowman and I am responsible for him/her. The source of a loving and optimistic approach to people comes from Christian culture, solidarity and respect for people, which is included in the Gospels. Christian approach to people is very much needed and should be part of social work within the middle of Europe.
