Structural Funds utilization for development of microregion Nepomucko

This work analyses the possibility of using financial resources from European Union´s funds for benefit of tourism development in the microregion Nepomucko. As a part of this thesis I would like to find out what is the potential of this region in connection with tourism. Nepomucko is an interesting microregion in the western Bohemia which offer its nature and historical beauty. It´s able to attract visitors. This microregion has very good potential for development of rural tourism and therefore was created the design for the farm-house. That is why was one country estate renovated and used them in tourist trade. Each factor is analyzed in separate part, attention is also paid to financial resource, which is a important subject in the process. The aim of the study analysing finance and prosperity of this device and seems very optimistic. It evaluates, according to receipts and expenditures that this sort of tourism may be used for the development of tourism in this area. In Nepomucko there are posibilities for the future to target as facilities with hight quality, looking for a new segment of demand and using financial resources from European Union´s funds. Chances of the applicants in the West Bohemian region are suitable, they correspond with the resources of the ROP of the NUTS II SW. Regional policy of the European Union is a indispensable foundation of the development the tourist trade. Not only private subjects but also regions take advantage of using financial resources from European Union´s funds, because the winner takes it all.
The main features of development the Czechoslovak military health service after the second world war, the beginning and constitution of the field of military radiotherapy and military toxicology

My Bachelor's work is engaged in complicated procedure of the beginning and constitution of branches of science - military radiobiology and military toxicology in conditions of former country Czechoslovakia. This process specification required to respect the range of complicated troubled levels where each of them could create a theme of individual task: - the second World War, its results and impact to military and political sphere; - formation of divided world, conditions and manifestation of "Cold War"; - new phenomenon-Weapons of Mass Destruction - research and development in this sphere in divided world; - development of home politics in Czechoslavakia and its incorporation to the commonwealth of USSR; - the Czechoslovak military and its health service development after the Second World War, the projection of political development turning points into this area; - the founding of Military medical academy in Hradec Králové as military-medical tutorial and scientific centre; - background of constitution mentioned branches and their prominent characters. My Bachelor's work in closes, sorts and searches the sequences of these problematic levels, it tries to highlight and mediate especially lesser-known pieces of knowledge from military health service and educational system history for public.
The income situation of selected municipality in less favourable conditions

The thesis is focused on analysis of income situation of municipality in less favourable conditions. Municipality with smaller number of inhabitants are always dependent on tax revenue, which however are not sufficient for refundment of necessary expenditure. Then therefore to didn't have to happen to abridgement expenditure areas conversely could be assure development, must municipality search other ways and means of income in his budget. Requisite development conditions of municipality so will prevent departure young people to town conversely attract inhabitants to country. Mostly exploited possibility by all the municipality is increment of income by the help of subsidies or grants. This possibility is supported by the state, which offers by means of individual ministry different grant programs. Important providers became individual regions. The South Bohemia region offers to all his municipality possibility derive from different subsidy and grant programme.

Cycle tourism in "Vlašimsko" region and its influence on tourism development

Vlašimsko region is historically interesting area with quickly developing tourism and there are several attractive cycling roads. These roads were analyzed with the questionnaire examination including their current condition, using services connected to cycling, or how often they are used and so on. Then the opinions of local inhabitants and the tourists from other parts of Czech Republic were compared. Newly realized projects about cycle tourism and its development in the region were described (bicycle road ``Po stopách blanických rytířů``, {\clqq}Vlašimský okruh``). For the more effective development of tourism in the future there are few more suggestions to new projects which could help to improve current situation in the region. This means especially the development of the area around town Kladruby which has beautiful nature and great cultural and sport potential, project of new road for mountain bikes and annual whole weekend taking action called ``Opening the cycling roads{\crqq}.
Analysis of contemporary state and suggestions for future development of chosen firm

The aim of my theses is an analysis of contemporary state of chosen firm and the comparison between contemporary requirements of customers and the capacity of this firm. As a result of this theses I suggest an improvement of management processes and organizational structure of the firm. These suggestions should lead to meeting customer´s needs and firm´s competitiveness.I have suggested 3 ways to solve the problems. Suggestion number 3 was the most suitable one, because it has resulted in an organizational structure as for the volume of orders on one side and the height of profits on the other.
The development of spa and wellness facilities in Southern Bohemia

Social entrepreneurship: Understanding the reality of the developing world and designing sustainable solutions

Social entrepreneurship, loosely defined as delivering social value in a sustainable way using market-based principles, is especially powerful tool in the Third world. Grass-root entrepreneurial approach of developing and empowering those countries from the bottom up is proving to be the most sustainable and efficient solution. First part of this work outlines historical context of the developing world and provides thorough analysis about challenges and threats it is facing. Furthermore, model defining what countries are the "most suitable" for a social venture is described, together with tools that are used nowadays to support the developing world. Second part puts main emphasis on defining and discussing the concept of social entrepreneurship, especially with respect to social venture design. Conclusions and practical recommendations are heavily based on interviews with successful and inspirational social entrepreneurs active in the Third world, as well as with leading NGOs with offices in the Czech Republic. All in all, the ultimate goal of this work is to create a big-picture overview about the reality the developing world is facing and describe how the most sustainable solutions can be designed.
