The target consumer of the fish restaurant

The thesis is about market segmentation for the new type of the fastfood restaurant MICHAEL'S. The first part is introducing restaurant MICHAEL'S, its history and is introducing the business plan. The second part of thesis is focused on the theoretically process of segmentation which is needed for concrete segmentation of the fish fastfood. The rest of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical project about market research which should help to find the best segments for the MICHAEL'S. Choosing the best segments is very important for creating a successful marketing strategy. The market research also helps to find the location where should be the restaurant opened.

This paper is focusing on historical and also existing-new developed legal framework and functioning of cross-border payments. The Legislative norms which are mentioned here modify cross-border payments in the European Union. Then this paper describes payment systems enabling realization of the cross-border payments.
