Marketing support of the Baby Well product

This bachelor thesis examines a form of marketing communication, which is referred to as bellow-the-line (BTL). It's arranged chronologically according to the individual steps, which were taken in the course of the project. It observes the environment of an advertisement agency, which has the task of implementing a sales promotion for PG Corporation. This is client who functions in the children segment of the market with their brand Baby Well. Thus in the first part is a brief introduction of the PPD Services s.r.o. agency, which was responsible for the execution of the whole project. In the next part is described the analysis of the sales promotion. At first the assignment of the client is analyzed -- the so-called brief -- and its essentials. After that attention is turned to the production of a tour plan, composition of a budget and to a very important training of the hostess, with the client presence. In this part is described in detail the task of the hostesses and their equipment for the given promo action. In the conclusion of this thesis its' given goal is answered, which is to see if from an investment point of view it pays off for the client to continue this form of marketing communication with the client and if it's sensible to continue. Information for the whole bachelor thesis has been for the most part gathered from own experience and the documentations of the PPD Services s.r.o. advertisement agency. The author's consciousness about the given topic has also been raised by books, which are mentioned as sources of this bachelor thesis.

Restructuring of the logistic system of DSI Slovakia, s.r.o and DSI Czech, s.r.o

The diploma thesis is focused on the logistic system of the particular companies. In the theory part you can find explanation for the following expressions: insourcing, backsourcing and outsourcing, focusing on the reasons that lead companies to outsource operations, advantages and disadvantages which outsourcing entail and the whole process description. Practical part focuses on a particular description of general logistical system of companies DSI Czech, s.r.o. and DSI Slovakia, s.r.o.; identifying a weak part of the system and the analysis of possible solutions with the attention to the high level of services provided with the optimal costs. The proposal considers the possibility of using outsourcing or continuing to use inhouse logistic management.

Vietnam Insurance Market

This thesis is focused on insurance business in Vietnam, life insurance and nonlife insurance market within the frame of past and present development. Important part of this thesis is also description of insurance intermediaries and reinsurance companies that are significant subjects in insurance market. Macroeconomic and sociodemographic conditions, in which insurance market operates, are described in first chapter. Vietnam insurance market is underdeveloped in comparison to European countries. On the other hand this sector is progressively developing and has large potential; especially in case government reforms will continue and will lead to international openness and free market economy in Vietnam.

Práce podrobně popisuje možnosti čerpání dodatečných finančních prostředků, které má členská země Mezinárodního měnového fondu. U kažké z facilit je popsána stručně její historie, výše do jaké může země v rámci určité facility čerpat, a systém úročení a poplatků. V práci je také věnována pozornost podmínkám, které daná země musí splnit, aby mohlo čerpání pomoci začít a úspěšně pokračovat. Stručně se také hodnotí dostupnost a účelnost facilit a systém podmínek.

Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků hotelu Antik City

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo pomocí vytvořeného dotazníku zjistit příčiny zákaznické spokojenosti a nespokojenosti. Výsledky šetření analyzovat a po konzultacích s hlavní recepční pokračovat v činnostech, které zákazníci označili pozitivně. Příčiny nespokojenosti pak pokud možno odstranit, nebo alespoň eliminovat.Celkovým cílem pak bylo zlepšit spokojenost zákazníků v hotelu Antik City.

International impact of unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo

My goal was to attempt to analyze impact of Kosovo crisis on international relations. Kosovo issue and its solutions have shaped two important principles of international relations in the last decade, which by repeating tend to become precedents. The first principle is humanitarian intervention without the mandate of UN, which was first applied in Yugoslavia in 1999. Similar action was applied in several different states during the last decade. Second principle, which is the main subject of my thesis, is unilateral declaration of independence which was recognized by more sovereign states then in previous occasions. By analysis of events in Georgia I tried to prove that separatism could become an instrument of international relations in future. Authority of UN is shaken in last decade and it could lead to reshaping of world order. Single-sided interpretation of morality and principles can replace international law. Apart from analyzing global impact of Kosovo crises I have tried to explore the problem in detail by researching the causes that let to conflict. Most of the attention I have devoted to period between 1974 and 1999, which I find crucial in the forming a situation that led to unilateral declaration in 2008. In the first part of my work I tended to explore international law arguments that were used by both followers and opponents of independence and tried to preview aspects of teory of secession
