Ethics Education for Older School Age and Research in District Tábor

This work is focused on ethics education for pupils of older school age. The first part is theoretical, the basic definitions are presented here. Older school age is described from a view of evolutionary psychology and also changes typical for this age are mentioned. The work deals with the position of the ethics education for older school age in the curricula of the Czech Republic and it presents different views on this topic. The practical part concerns the research of the ethics education for older school age in district of Tábor. The final section provides commentary of the results of the research survey among teachers of the ethics education for older school age and it analyses the obtainech infomation.
Teaching of the Local Region at the Second Grade of Elementary School on the Example of Trhosvinensko Region

Submitted thesis titled "Teaching of the Local Region at the Second Grade of Elementary School on the Example of Trhosvinensko Region" is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is interested in the characteristic of the local region and its position in educational areas. The practical part summarizes the findings gained on the basis of empirical research of ways of teaching at elementary schools and at the lower grades of grammar schools. In accordance with the research I try to suggest my own conception of teaching Trhosvinensko region (the methods of teaching, the excursion, the educational project and workbooks) that is based on the Framework Education Programme for Basic Education.
Teaching the Local Region the Second Grade of Primary School in Prachaticka.

Submitted thesis titled "Teaching of the Local Region at the Second Grade of Elementary School on the Example of Prachaticko Region" deals with the issue of teaching local region at the second grade of elementary school. It is divided into two parts ? theoretical and didactical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic of the local region and its position in educational areas with the emphasis on fulfilling key competences. The didactical part summarizes the findings which are based on a questionnaire survey made at the elementary schools and at the grammar schools. The practical part also includes my own conception of teaching(methods of teaching, the excursion, workbooks and didactical games) that is based on the Framework Education Programme for Basic Education.

The thesis focuses on teaching about Telč region theme in basic schools. The thesis is composed from theoretical and practical parts. The purpose of the theoretical part of this work is to characterize Telč region and define its place in educational curriculum with emphasis on the key competences. The practical part based on empirical research summarizes findings of students´ knowledge about the region. The questionnaire examines different types of educational ways of teachers. According to this research I suggest my own conception (teaching methods, excursions, projects and workbooks) proceeding from The Czech Educational Curriculum for basic schools.
Teaching foreign languages with the use Drama

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is teaching foreign languages with the using of drama education and this elemets. The first two chapters characterize foreign languages and drama education. Important part is summary of methods and objectives of foreign languages teaching. In the third part of this bachelor thesis is described the integration od subjects and there are specific examples of how to use drama in foreign language teaching. I had the opportunity to see concrete lessons at primary school Marjánka and at various schools in Norway where the dramatic elements were used.
World War II in Contemporary Czech Films

The bachelor thesis World War II in Contemporary Czech Films deals with the way, how contemporary Czech filmmakers approach this historic period in their films and it focuses only on films shot after 1993. The aim of this thesis is to explain how are these films approached and what they try to convey to their viewers. The greatest attention would be payed to four films ? Tobruk, Dark Blue World, Divided We Fall and Lidice. This thesis will also focus on the comparison between real events and the way how they were pictured in the film. Further will the thesis deal with the issue of link between history and film and it will also try to outline the possibilities of using film medium during lecture.
Spanish v. Catalan and other minority languages used in Spain and their position in European Union: legal regime and linguistic practise.

The theme of this thesis are languages used in Spain, their position at the state level and in the European Union. The aim is to determine what is the knowledge and use of these languages among the inhabitants of the Autonomous Communities and how is the legislation that provides the status of languages in the state observed. Another aim is to describe the position of languages which Spain gained in the European Union. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is introductory and contains basic information about Spain and the characteristics of languages. The second chapter deals with the analysis of the legislation that provides language policy in each Autonomous Community. The third chapter examines the knowledge and use of languages and on the basis of these results is trying to show how language legislation influences extending of languages and how is observed. The fourth chapter describes the process how were the Spanish languages gradually pushed through at the EU level and what Spain has reached till the present time.
Lexical non-equivalency as a negative interference in acquiring Spanish.

The aim of this thesis is to define the lexical units that are most vulnerable to the interference caused by lexical nonequivalence between Czech and Spanish vocabulary. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part the author introduces the issue of lexical nonequivalence in general and on the basis of the studied literature creates a linguodidactic classification of lexical nonequivalence. Specific cases of lexical nonequivalence are identified and explained in the practical part of the thesis based on an analysis of Spanish vocabulary of the textbooks Aventura 1,2, Nuevo Ven 1 and Nuevo Ven 2 (the first 8 lessons), which corresponds to the second stage of basic education, ie up to level B1. The interference caused by lexical nonequivalence is identified on the basis of the author´s own experience in teaching Spanish, therefore, both spoken and written expression of students are submitted to analysis.
