	Formation of Specialized Setting-up Exercises for Sports Gymnastics and Their Practical Verification ZÁHORKOVÁ, Jana The aim of this thesis was to develop and verify specialized training exercises for sports gymnastics. Currently the gym struggling with outdated methods were therefore designed new procedures and the use of foreign experience. The result is a short training exercises in short reports, using modern methods of training, that will be fun for gymnasts and coach training to facilitate the use of time. These exercises require only minimum space and equipment. For training and monitoring was selected group of girls aged 8 to 14 years. Training exercises in short reports have been verified in practice and was evaluated using a questionnaire and observation. Based on the results was suggested recommendations for practice. 	Formation and verification of specialized setting-up exercises for floor event apparatus of women sport gymnastics PLACKOVÁ, Petra Aim of this thesis was to create and verify specialized setting-up exercises for floor exercises apparatus of women's sports gymnastics. These specialized warming-ups should be of use during training of elements in the phase of both, elementary and specialized training of sports gymnasts and also in the physical education lessons at basic school. It concerns so called Alphabet of exercises on this apparatus. Verifying of these exercises took place during the training of TJ Merkur České Budějovice gymnasts and other gymnastic clubs of the Southern Bohemian and Vysočina district.
