The aim of this thesis is to identify specifics of the customer-supplier processes in agriculture and reveal possible risks. The secondary aim of this thesis is to analyse the inventory management in the customer-supplier chain in agriculture. The practical part of this thesis describes the agricultural sector of the Czech Republic in current time and describes the customer-supplier process and potential specifics. The survey and its results are used to determine the specifics and potential risks of businesses in the sector. The Thesis identifies the main criteria for selecting suppliers and customers and by using a risk map are revealed key risks. By using dynamic model for inventory management are determined optimal parameters for the specific businesses.

Selected aspects of the retail supplier-purchaser relations

The Diploma thesis ,Selected aspects of the retail supplier-purchaser relations' defines British grocery retailing. It presents government bodies which regulate retail industry and important independent not-for-profit organizations which have a strong influence on the market situation. It introduces the reader into legislation which regulates supplier-purchaser relations, particularly the Supermarket Code of Practice and its revised version the Groceries Supply Code of Practice. The analytical part examines the British market at the macroeconomical level, outlines the grocery retailing structure, describes the supply chain, customer behaviour, points out certain pricing and product policy trends and presents subjects which are bonded by the provisions set out in the Groceries Supply Code of Practice. The findings on local market competition and barriers which prevent the entry by a competitor are of a high significance as well. Despite the introduction of legal regulation the supplier-purchaser relations remain unequal and unfair. The thesis proposes a forecast of possible future grocery market development in the United Kingdom.

Optimalization of the chosen supply chain in the range of food-processing assortment

The aim of this thesis is the optimalization of chosen supplier chain from the point of view of material and informational flow, description of critical factors and a proposal for optimalization of the whole system from the point of view of logistic service and expenses. This thesis is devided into several parts. In the first part there are quoted some sources dealing with the topic of the thesis. In the second part present company functioning is described from the point of view of informational and material flow. These were analyzed within the conpany as well as between the company and the other parts of the chain. After evaluation of the results from the second part I tried to describe critical factors, which make the third part of the thesis. Ten critical factors were analyzed. The main part of the thesis is made by proposals for removing these critical factors.

Analysis of selected services in the energy sector

The goal is to analyze market conditions, offering services and communication with customers in the energy industry niche. An important aspect is the use of information from multiple entities operating in this industry. At work I use information from both the dominant suppliers and from suppliers of alternative. Information that is used at work are part of the information obtained from public sources Market Operator (OTE as), the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ) and according to applicable legislation in force CR to date of this thesis, particularly the so-called "law of energy-ing "(Law No. 458/2000 Coll. on business conditions and public administration in the energy sector and amending certain laws). The work makes use of some analytical calculations to compare price offers eco electricity, including the impact of the cost model example. I will also mention them in resource-renewable resources, which is currently one of the options under consideration and the head-ing resources for the future. In the end, all the knowledge and experience summarized into recommendations and expectations of trends in the energy industry.

Práce popisuje category management, jeho definice a vývoj. Stěžejní část práce se věnuje osmi krokům category management procesu a subjektům, které do tohoto procesu vstupují. Mezi osm kroku patří definování kategorie, analýza kategorie, hodnocení subjektů, stanovení cíle kategorie, taktická rozhodnutí, strategická rozhodnutí, implementace a zpětná vazba. Praktická část je zaměřena na deskripci konkrétního category management projektu a tento projekt je porovnán s teoretickými předpoklady.

Práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje a struktury odběratelů společnosti, která vyrábí růžový porcelán. V práci je popsána pozice společnosti na trhu z hlediska dostupnosti zdrojů, možnosti ovlivnění cen výrobků a vyráběného množství. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na zjednodušenou analýzu elasticity poptávky po produktech společnosti a je vysloven názor na možnosti jejího ovlivnění.
