The Analysis of Quality of Life in Adult Women at the Age 18-35 Years, Who Work at Call Center, with Focus on Psychosocial Aspects of Health.
PÍCHOVÁ, Denisa
This bachleor thesis is focused on analysis of quality of life of women, who work at call centres at the age of 18-35 years. The specifics of that job are shift work and high work performance, psychical demands and frequent stress situations. The analysis of quality of life is focused on psychical and social elements of health and circadian rythms. In theoretical part of the thesis I describe basic terms resulting from the name of the thesis, especially their definitions and their meaning. Subsequently, in practical part of the thesis, I evaluate a questionnaire of quality of life, which contains questions concerning the subjects mentioned in theoretical part and I find out what is quality of life of a group of 200 women. I especially concentrate on questions about burn out syndrom, general feeling of satisfaction and personal well-being and if shift work, without night shifts, has negative impact on circadian rythms. For finding out I used standardised questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF (short version) and questionnaire of circadian rythms. The goal of my thesis is finding out influence of this specific job and negative impacts of work demands on the total quality of life. In the final part I sumarize the results of research, when tha analysis shows the work at call centers doesn´t significantly negative impack on quality of life or circadian rythms.
Comparison of circadian typology and circadian rhythms in groups of sporting adolescents (ice-hockey players) and unsporting adolescents
CHRT, Jakub
The aim of the thesis "Comparation of circadian typology and circadian rhythms in groups of sporting adolescents (ice-hockey players) and unsporting adolescents" was to analyze the circadian rhythms and daily habits adolescents. Explore and compare two files consisting of research in sports (hockey players) and unsporting adolescents boys. The obtained results confirm or refute the assumptions set out the research. The survey was conducted questionnaires life rhythms and sleep patterns 9 to 15 years (Harada, KREJČÍ, 2010). Processed data were statistically processed in Kochi University and subsequently evaluated. The results show the diversity of test files and confirm the significantly most of the research assumptions.
Comparison of circadian typology and circadian rhythms in groups of sporting adolescents (ice-stock sport players) and unsporting adolescents.
MELUŠOVÁ, Andrea
This bachelor's thesis deals with a comparison of circadian typology and circadian rhythms in groups of sporting adolescents (icestocksport players) and unsporting adolescents, which are in many aspects not the same, because they have different lifestyles, which as a consequence affects their health. The aim of this thesis is to classify circadian typology and circadian rhythms and demonstrate the value of health education including that of a healthy lifestyle. Another matter of interest is trying to compare the quality of life of sporting and unsporting adolescents, depending on physical activity. The research section supported by a questionnaire on circadian typology points to the existence of circadian types and their resulting habits. On the bases of obtained information suggest this thesis an educational interventional program for development of capabilities necessary for playing icestocksport.
Circadian rhythm of secondary alga Chromera velia
JONÁKOVÁ, Martina
A life cycle of many known algae is influenced by the circadian clock. It seems probable that also Chromera velia, the closest known photosynthetic relative to Apicomplexa, uses circadian oscillator. We tested, if fluctuating of zoospore?s abundance is driven by the circadian clock. This rhythm is stable even in the constant light condition. Furthermore, three cryptochrome genes, involved in circadian rhythms, were sequenced and consequently phylogenetically investigated. Two of them were classified as CRY-DASH, the third is CRY-DASH-like. The rhythmicity of CRY-DASH expression in C. velia was also investigated. The level of expression was also tested under constant light and dark condition. It was suggested that expression of these genes is associated with the circadian oscillator. This is the first study of the circadian clock in C. velia.
Comparison of circadian typology and circadian rhythms in groups of sporting adolescents (badminton players) and unsporting adolescents
JANÁČKOVÁ, Iva
People have for centuries recognized the importance of rhythm, according to which reaped and planted, slept and ate. Circadian rhythms play a large role in human life. Circadian preferences are divided into morning and evening type. Sports physical activity has a major impact on the health of adolescents, it is considered an essential element of health. The aim was to create a group of ten athletes adolescents intervention program. Perform final testing and thus verify its effectiveness. Among the methods used include questionnaire CIP (HARADA, KREJČÍ, 2010) and deliberate observation badminton players. The test results show that adolescents are the athletic type of the morning, before going to sleep and have less trouble falling asleep than adolescents, who sports. After application of the intervention program had a minor problems sporting adolescents with depression. All three research assumptions have proved true. The results of this work will be used in the subject of Health Education in the study at the Faculty.
Sleep Habits and Diurnal Rhytms in Different Age Male Groups - till 30 years.
SEBERA, Jaromír
This bachelor´s work follows the sleep, sleep states and processes, which happen in the brain during the sleep and circadian rhythms of a person. Main task of this work is the study of the sleep rhythms in contemporary population of men at the age to 30. I come from the knowledge of present research. For the 1st time this research was made in Japan, at the university in Kochi and then it was held in the Czech Republic at the South- Bohemian University in Czech Budweis, at the Department of Health Education.
Intervention Program for Optimization of circadian Rhythms in Children of 1st and 2 Classes
WEISFEITOVÁ, Věra
This Bachelor Thesis deals with circadian rhythms in relation to Health Education with accent on the early school age children and their parents. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis summarizes the findings about circadian rhythms and their signification in the people life. Other part of bachelor thesis is focused on the sleep and the sleep health, and element chapter is addressed to characteristics and critical factors of the circadian rhythmicity of the early school age children. The research part evaluates the obtained results from the questionnaire investigation at Kochi University, located at Kochi, Japan, on the random sample of children and their parents in the region České Budějovice. The research part furthermore deals with the obtained results and information from the interventional program focused on optimize circadian rhythms that was built and consequently verified in the standard practice of after-school centre. In the research part all obtain results are presented that were the part of the interventional program and we demonstrated the disturbance of the circadian rhythms health, reduced sleep quality, unbalanced and irregular diet, lack of exercise and enhanced rate of playing computer game. The obtained results were processed as the methodological aid for the harmonization of the circadian rhythms.
Analyze of circadiam rhytm and sleep habits by Czech and Japan oreadolescence and adolescence females.
HRMOVÁ, Eliška
The actual observations from this work could be used in the process of teaching: for example in the subjects as health education. The basic necessity is knowledge and categorization of the circadian rhythms which largely affect our general life and behavior. This issue includes the basic natural questions like sleeping process. Although the knowledge about sleep is applied in various spheres its importance is enormous. In common civilian life we deal with the meaning, disorders and the influence upon activity and well-being. Application of these facts in primary education will set up natural approach to health and performance by preadolescents, adolescents and adults. This work is focused on the analysis of the circadian rhythm and sleep schedule of the Czech and Japanese preadolescents and adolescents. I apply the qualitative research. The main tool of the data collection is the questionnaire of daily routines and sleep rhythms. The result of this work is to identify bad habits in non-sleep mode, the associated poor sleep hygiene, and irregular in catering especially for the younger girls in preadolescence age.
Animal Biorhythms {--} Additional Biology Curriculum at Grammar Schools
SCHLEICHEROVÁ, Monika
The main objective of the diploma thesis was to create a project of a tutorial on the subject of animal and human biorhythms. The tutorial is intentioned as an additional biology curriculum at grammar schools. Analysis of teaching biorhythms in secondary Biology schoolbooks used in the Czech Republic preceded a composition of this tutorial. Processing literary research based on reading Czech and foreign-language literature was another theoretical resource. The tutorial is divided into three parts {--} {\clqq}Animal Biorhythms``, {\clqq}Human Biorhythms`` and {\clqq}Seasonal Animal Biorhythms``. Some parts of the tutorial were verified in practice.
