Návrh implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti Kordárna Plus a.s., Velká nad Veličkou

This thesis deals with issues related to the proposal of the Balanced Scorecard model implementation at company Kordárna Plus a.s. On the basis of data obtained from the company, the practical part deals with strategic and financial analyses. Strategic targets from these analyses are deduced of the perspectives. Measures with values of 2015 are assigned to the strategic targets. A determination of the strategic initiative leads to accomplishing the strategic targets. The final part of the thesis deals with a time schedule of the basic framework of the Balanced Scorecard. The thesis deals also the calculation of the costs caused by the implementation of the strategic initiative and placement of the model of Balanced Scorecard at company Kordárna Plus a.s.

This thesis discusses the application of EVA as a modern indicator for assessing the performance of companies to a select group of businesses. In this group of enterprices is performed financial analysis and determination of EVA indicator. By using mathematical - statistical methods is searching for the factors that most influence the final value of EVA in the group companies. This is followed by the determination of recommendations to increase the value of EVA in these companies or in the industry in which they operate.

Implementation of Business Intelligence

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of Business Intelligence solution in a travel industry company and its interconnection to Balanced Scorecard as one of the enterprise performance management tool. First part focuses on pointing out the main theoretical foundations of Balanced Scorecard and Business Intelligence. It describes Balanced Scorecard and its principles and it also defines Business Intelligence, the architecture of BI and the implementation process generally. In the second part the particular metrics model is generated and a few specific metrics from this model are implemented in the Business Intelligence pilot project.
