Vybrané vlivy působící na tržní produkci mléka dojnicemi českého strakatého plemene skotu
Doleželová, Petra
In my bachelor work I was observing how do the particular representative impacts affect the market production of milk. The representative impacts were: feeding dose, the way of stabling, interlude, the season of the year, the order and the stage of lactation. The observation kept place in the company AGRIS Jedovnice s.r.o., where there is the breed of milk cows of Czech Pied cattle. According to my observation the most noticeable impact on the market production of milk from milk cows has got the feeding dose which is quantified on the basis of individual needs of each milk cow. Together with this impact the way of stabling is closely connected.. The change of binded way of stabling brought important increase of production of milk and together with it the increase of takings for it. Another important impact affecting the takings for milk is the order and the phase of lactation. At this point I was observing the changes between the first and the fifth phase of lactation. I can state, that the highest difference in the takings is between the first and the rest (the second up to the fifth) lactation. In my work the impact of interlude is evaluated, which affects the market production of milk from the insignificant part. At minimum the takings for milk are affected by the season of the year. In this case I have monitored the impact on the parts of milk which affect its price. The comparison of the prices within fifteen years was also interesting. It is unbelievable that in 1998 in this observed company the average buying price for milk was higher than in 2013.
Fyziologie a patofyziologické aspekty dýchacího ústrojí koně
Horká, Marie
The work is concern to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, in short COPD, today is disease called Recurrent airway obstruction -- RAO and effect of stabling to disease. In the work is shortly summarized anatomy of horse respiratory system and described physiology respiratory sytem of horse. Chronic disease is here distinction from acute. In the work is detailed description of RAO, also known as heaves. It is explained epidemiology, causes and pathogenesis, clinical signs and anamnesis, diagnosis, therapy and prevention of RAO. It is specified effect of stabling to formation and occurrence of RAO. The research was doing by questionnaires from breeders and owners of horses. The questionnaires were basis for processed results.
Etologie a působení člověka na koně
Kupská, Anita
There are many questions about the ethology of horse. This work represents the basic review natural behaviour of horses and requirements from human to horses behaviour. The first part of this work is about ethology of horses in herd, next follow in relation of human and predator to animal. Humans often do not considerate want to change nature of horses and repressed it, they are not able to secure the optimal conditions for horses stabling, that is why is the second part about diferences of horses behaviour between breeding in stable and in free environment. It is maybe the reason of genesis the bad habits, which are in the next part of my work along with their solutions and preventiv of origins. Suitables types of stabling for horses nature are in work too. There is a proposed methology for monitoring bad habits of horses in breeders world.
Welfare of beef cattle to pasture breeding.
KUKLÍK, Ondřej
The bachelor thesis is focusing on animal welfare of beef cattle raised on the pasture. The aim of this work is to track the health of cattle on the pasture, disease occurrences and influence on the performance of the herd, used metods of prevention and healing and estimated expenses. During collecting of data and their evaluation was discovered that welfare in this herd is on a good level. Regarding disseases and health problems by beef cattle there appeared only two problems by three cows retention of placenta after the calving and by two calves noninfectious diarrhoea and temperature.
The impact of technology on the health of housing in selected dairy farming.
SOCHOR, Luboš
This thesis focuses on the impact of technology on the health of housing hooves. The object of this work was to develop a literary summary of the available literature on this topic. Furthermore, the object was to evaluate the information and knowledge in selected dairy farming. Were examined three different stables barns with free boxing housing. These barns are focused on the production of manure for biogas stations and plastic bedding. The barns are kept examined two different breeds of cattle. The statistical effect of the different housing breeding has not been demonstrated.
Analysis of the suitability of different ways of stabling for the beef breeds of cattle.
PRŮŠA, Jan
The Bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of the different ways of stabling of the beef cattle. The goal of my work is an evaluation of reproduction indicators and health state of two different cattle breeds in two different types of stabling. The first of the breeds - Blonde d' Aquitaine stabled in company Zemědělská Klučenice joint stock company a.s. (Farm A). The second breed is Aberdeen Angus stabled on family Farm in Palčice (Farm B). The result have been evaluated for year 2012 and for 121 cows of main herd of Blonde d' Aquitaine, which have been stabled freely in adapted brick buildings during the winter period and 9 cows of the main herd of Aberdeen Angus stabled in an outside wintering side with access to the light wooden shelter during the winter period. The data have been gathered from internal resources, by questioning the livestock specialist, the owner of the farm and from own observing. Both of the used stabling is meeting the requirements of the welfare. There were not any sings of any health problems on the both Farms. The animals have acted calm and balanced. They have been obviously in good shape. The outcome from the results is that both types of the stabling is suitable for breeding of stated breeds.
Animal hygine aspects in foothills area
ZEVLOVÁ, Eliška
The focus of following thesis is to evaluate selected aspects of animal hygine of livestock husbandry in term of welfare in foothills area. The study covers two private-owned farms in the same area, however with entirely different attitude to stock husbandry. Welfare itself is not easy to quantify and to mesure, but we can pass judgment on the over-all comfort of stock using folowing indicators: health condition, reproductive potential, production efficiency etc.. All above memtioned indicators consist of many aspects. The most important are, alimentation, diet, technology of stockmanship and stress. This thesis involves comparsion of animal welfare and its economical utilization and if the condionts of stock husbandry provided by farmers response welfare standarts . To summe up, the technology of free housing respect more the ethological demand of stock.
Comparing the impact of housing and milking technologies on selected indicators of performance and quality of milk
POLÁKOVÁ, Radka
The theme of this thesis is to compare free housing with a milking robot, milking of serious housing in the pipeline. The evaluation is focused on milk yield and its quality, reproductive performance and health. It is also monitored by the free choice of milking cows during the day. Consideration is also observed in stable microclimate. Everything is assessed under operational conditions. Object of study is a refurbished barn, where both systems are in operation. Were measured and compared observed values of milk production, reproduction and health status between groups. The observed values were evaluated in the program Statistica 9th of a computerized milking robot system was speciaed the period of time when Nada dairy milk provides the most of milk through a robot.. In the area of dairy cattle milking robot reaches a higher milk yield and increasing the percentage of lactose recovery. Milking stalls of the pipeline has better results in the percentage of protein recovery. The choice of time period of milking cows, the most milk by dairy cows wasprovided between 10:00-18:00 pm. In the area of reproduction achieved better results with loose housing milking robot. The issue of health status showed a statistically better health outcomes for the free housing with a milking robot.
EFFECT OF ENVIRONMENT ON THE BEHAVIOR OF CALVES
HAISOVÁ, Dita
The aim of this work was monitored by video recordings made in the ZD Krásná Hora nad Vltavou, 6 different types of outdoor hutches and individual one on the basis of different behavior of calves to evaluate the suitability of different types either for breeding dairy calves in the period. Investigations were carried out in winter and summer, was used in recording AVI Windows Media Player with a length of 1-minute intervals. Heifers of Czech Spotted cattle were monitored. Length of stay of individual calves in outdoor hutches was from 83-87 days. The purpose of monitoring was to evaluate the length of stay of calves within each individual outdoor hutches and length of stay outside. In each hut were installed sensors, reported the values of internal temperature and relative humidity at intervals of 15 minutes. Given that microclimate should be in different climatic conditions to create an optimal environment for the calves, the criteria have been satisfied welfare length of stay inside the shed. The average outdoor temperature during the reporting period of the winter fell to -2.54° C. In this period, the individual VIB measured average indoor temperature of -0.04 ° C to -1.43 ° C. During the follow up period was recorded in summer average daily temperature of 19.79 ° C. Summer temperatures average in each of the VIB was 21.14 ° C - 22.27 ° C. These data were no statistically significant temperature differences (P ? 0.05) between the VIB in winter and in summer. The average relative humidity in the microclimate in the winter of VIB reached values ranging from 79.57% to 86.76% in summer from 59.59% to 63.55%. In the winter when evaluating indicators of microclimatic relative humidity between VIB was a statistically significant difference P?0.05 (1:2, 2:3, 2:4, 2:5, 2:6). In winter, the length of stay within the VIB calves ranged from 73.96% - 88.96% of the reference time. Differences between the lengths of stay within the VIB calves were statistically significant (P?0.05 to P?0.001). Over the summer period, length of residence either within the calves ranged from 65.68% - 80.85% of the reference time. Differences between the lengths of stay during the summer period were significant (P?0.05 to P?0.001). Total for the period was the top-rated wooden shed ZD Krasna Hora nad Vltavou.
