Progress and Jewish News in the 1930s

The core of this thesis is to analyze two popular Jewish periodicals on 30th last century. One of this periodical is called Židovské zprávy (Jewish News) which is Zionist oriented. Second one is a magazine called Rozvoj (Progress) which is representing Czech-Jewish assimilation movement and which is opposed to Zionist ideology. The work is going to follow not only the way of reflection and interpretation of historical political events, but also it is going to focus on the relationship between supporters of the two directions and their attitude to the Czechoslovak Republic and its political representatives.Attention will also be paid to cultural and literary profiling of both periodicals. Subject of the analysis will be also cultural and literary annually based supplements called Židovský kalendář (Jewish Calendar) and Kalendář česko-židovský (Czech Jewish Almanac). The aim of this thesis is to capture ahistorical speechof periodicals which are defined by their ideologies so we can reveal their strategy and perception of the world.

Preparation, organization and management of product cultural tourism in Vlašim

The objective of this study was to propose a cultural and social event represents the Roma culture as a tourism product, including its material, technical, administrative, financial and commercial terms. Project proposal was based on a survey of currently offers of cultural events in Vlašim, analysis results, the preferences of visitors, potential restrictions by state and local authorities. Another objective was to evaluate the benefits of proposed event for tourism development in the surveyed area.

Ecomomy and Development of City since 1990

The aim of this master thesis is to describe economy and development of city since 1990. The first part of this thesis is focused on acquirement of theoretical knowledge, which is related to surveyed area. The theoretical part of this thesis is followed by practical part. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on economy. Economy of the city was analyzed by several indicators. The economy part was firstly focused on basic budget management and the concentrated on deeper analysis of revenues and expenditures. Indebtedness of city was also analyzed. The second part of practical part was focus on development of city which was analyzed by many indicators which describe different area of development such as demography, social and economic area or infrastructure and Environment.

Identifikace kritických faktorů efektivního čerpání finančních podpor politiky soudržnosti EU pro malé a střední podniky v rámci vybraného odvětví

Diploma thesis is evaluating economical effectiveness on selected number of enterprises, which are drawn from European Union structural funds, and is determining critical factors of this type of funding during program period 2007-2013. Theoretical background of entire thesis creates bibliography research, which inc-ludes basic terminology, characteristic of selected grant heading, finally descripti-on of specific phases in the process of grant application. First part of practical section of thesis is analyzing external environment and sectoral characteristic including basic performance indicators. Effects from provided funds and critical factors are identifying through the outputs of financial analysis of selected number of enterprises in relation with results of primary research.

Strategická analýza a plán Mikroregionu Telčsko

This diploma thesis is focused on executing strategical analysis and working out of strategical planning for the development of the Telčsko microregion. First part of the thesis deals about the literary background research in which the fundamental concepts from the field of strategical planning and the process of working out of strategical planning are defined. The practical part contains the situation analysis of the microregion, the questionnaire research finding out the standpoints of the communal representatives about the life in the explored area and the following SWOT analysis. Then, the strategical planning is proposed, delimitating the areas that should be aimed at within the framework of the future microregion development

Rozvoj venkovské komunity prostřednictvím turismu: případová studie z Thajska

This bachelor´s thesis concentrates on the ways of applying the concept of community based tourism in the Thai rural areas in a model area of the village Ban Tha Long. It particularly focuses on defining a form of the concept whose application would contribute to a reduction of the poverty rate of selected community members in the aforementioned village by involving these members in the community based tourism all the while the current unique form of the Bru culture remains intact.

Postavení žen v Peru -- případová studie Ayllu Ruwasunchis

This bachelor thesis is focused on position of women in Peru. The thesis brings basic insights into the topics of gender equality, feminism and significance of women for the development of a society. Based on literature review and statistical data the thesis describes a role of women in Peru. The aim is also to introduce a community of women in Lima called Ayllu Ruwasunchis which was researched within technique of direct observation. This part is followed by suggestions covering the activities the community could take into consideration in order for it to keep developing. The discovered information confirms that the gender inequality is still present issue in Peruvian society, which is important to address at all decision-making levels.
