Air conditioning design in multifunctional sports hall
Navrátil, Radek ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of air-conditioning equipment in the building of a multifunctional hall in Brno and also includes an experimental analysis of air flow. It consists of 3 parts. In the first part a theory of air distribution is elaborated. The second part deals with the analysis of air flow for different types of air diffusers and for one diffuser further looks for a simplified model. The last part of this work is focused on the design of air conditioning equipment in the assigned building, the multifunctional sports hall.
Air conditioning in restaurant
Šulc, Viktor ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the designing of airconditioning of restaurant. The system is designed to meet the hygienic, operational and functional requirements for indoor microclimate. The task of this system is transport of fresh air to interior, transport of degraded air out of the building, heat loss coverage, heat gain removal. The theoretical part is focused on air filtration.
Air handling units
Cakl, Dominik ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of problems of unevenly stratified air flow in air handling units and subsequent optimization with respect to speed ratios, energy efficiency and legislative requirements. Methods of solving the problem are theoretical and experimental, while the theoretical part deals with air distribution by means of air-conditioning fans with a focus on their aerodynamics, pressure conditions and other requirements, which are an integral part of properly designed equipment. In the experimental part of the thesis was applied a proposal of an innovative technical approach to a specific model of air conditioning assembly, which was implemented in the laboratories of the Institute of Building Services.
Airconditioning of surgeries
Znebejánek, Jiří ; Andrys, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of air-handling equipment of surgeries, consisting of three air-conditioning units. The equipment is designed to meet hygienic, operational and functional requirements for indoor cleanroom environments. Air handling equipment provides air exchange, heat loss coverage, heat gain removal, humidification and, in the case of one unit, dehumidification of the air. The theoretical part is focused on ways of regulation in air conditioning.
Indoor environment of pool halls
Halla, Ondřej ; Rubina, Aleš (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the problems of the indoor environment of swimming pool halls. Firstly, it describes issues and principles of designing HVAC system in the areas with high humidity production. Thesis then focuses on various approaches to calculations of evaporation from the water surface and different possibilities of dehumidification including different types of HVAC units. This knowledge was applied to the design of HVAC system for particular assigned building, for which are proposed two different solutions. Thesis includes experimental part, its aim is to analyse one specific critical part of the hall. Based on local surveying and long-term measurements a few possibilities of improvement are suggested.
Airconditioning of restaurant
Zaoralová, Kateřina ; Andrys, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the designing of airconditioning of restaurant. The system is designed to meet the hygienic, operational and functional requirements for indoor microclimate. The task of this system is transport of fresh air to interior and transport of degraded air out of the building. Computational part is designed on implementation project level. The theoretical part is focused on heat recovery.
Aircondition of schools gym
Sotolář, Lukáš ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The thesis is devided to three parts. The first part is the theoretical part. The theoreti-cal part deals with the heat load of buildings, which also include buildings with a ge-neral location. The second part is the computational part. The computational part is focused on heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) of the gym. The last part of the thesis is the design part.
Airconditioning of unit with intensive care
Halaj, Andrej ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design of hvac units for intensive care unit and its associated facilities. System is separated into two units. Primary device operates rooms with beds of intensive care unit and secondary device operates associated facilities. Terciary device deals with cooling with the help of fancoils. Theory focuses on air filtration, air filters and principles of particle separation.
Measuring of air valves and difusers
Zachoval, Matouš ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Uher, Pavel (advisor)
This master thesis is focused on the issue of air distribution in residential buildings. The main part of thesis is devoted to experimental testing of diffusers by a smoke test. Achieved results are applied to design of air conditioning in passive house. Radiant heating and energy optimalization in PHPP are also proposed.
Ventilation of sports hall
Urban, Ondřej ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Uher, Pavel (advisor)
The master thesis deals with flow modeling in the CFD program. By means of which the opti-mal version of the air distribution diffuser in the sports hall will be selected. The first variant will bring fresh air through textile diffusers. The second variant will bring fresh air through flooded large circular diffusers. The tested parameter of the indoor environment will be the flow velocity and the age of the air. The better-performing version will be processed as an implementation documentation.
