Design of the High Speed Track between Brno and Znojmo
Repko, Michal ; Velebil, Jiří (referee) ; Valehrach, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a new track route of high speed line from Brno to Znojmo, specifically between the planned terminal of high speed line Unkovice and existing railway station Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. The track is designed for a maximum speed of 250 km/h. The alignment and profile of the line were designed, including the design of the railway superstructure and track geometry parameters.
Design Concept of Chrudim - Borohradek Railway Track Reconstruction (section between km 35.000 and km 38.621) with Technological Procedure of Works
Marek, Josef ; Guziur, Petr (referee) ; Valehrach, Jan (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor’s thesis was to design the optimization of the geometric parameters of railway track Chrudim – Borohrádek in km 35,000 – 38,621. Reconstruction of the railway superstructure and the design of the track drainage renewal was done. The bachelor’s thesis also deals with the view conditions at the crossings. A solution to the work technological procedure is included.
The Relation between Track Geometry and Development of Long-Pitch Corrugation
Jung, Jiří ; Volejník, Miloslav (referee) ; Říha, Tomáš (advisor)
Thesis deals with the relation between track geometry and development of long-pitch corrugation in curves of small radii. In the frame of this diploma thesis, measurements of track geometry and measurements of long-pitch corrugation in the sections between Brno - Malomerice and Babice nad Svitavou were carried out. The measured data were processed and evaluated, while individual parameters were compared with each other and their dependencies were searched.
Design Concept of Stará Paka - Trutnov Railway Track Reconstruction (section between km 83.65 and km 86.45) with Technological Procedure of Works
Repko, Michal ; Motl, Daniel (referee) ; Valehrach, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to optimalization of track geometry parameters and reconstruction of railway superstructure in the track section between the 83,65th km and 86,45th km of the railway line Stará Paka – Trutnov. It was also designed renewal of drainage within the reconstruction and it was necessary to deal with railway crossings. The thesis also deals with solution of technological procedure of works.
Evaluation of Tamping Method Trial Test Section
Tinka, Miloš ; Bombera, Ing Jan (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the influence of the modified tamping technology on the quality of the track geometry parameters. On the established test section, which is located on the doble-track line Břeclav - Přerov near the Rohatec village, a standard tamping technology was used on one track and the other modified. The adjustment consists in a larger number of tamping footprints, resulting in a larger reinforced surface of the sleeper bed beneath the sleeper. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the modified technology will achieve a slower breakdown of the track geometry parameters and thus extend the time between the necessary repairs.
Design of track reconstruction between Uničov and Šumperk railway stations, km 29,3 - 32,2
Hybner, Michal ; Vacek, Josef (referee) ; Hruzíková, Miroslava (advisor)
The objective of my bachelors thesis is the reconstruction of single-line railway track Uničov - Šumperk in 29,3 - 32,2 track section. Design of track geometry parameters and permanent way assembly is the main part of this work. Solve problems with railway crossings is necessary during the reconstruction. Drainage system and technological procedure of works are designed too.
Optimalization of Mikulovice st. hr. - Hanušovice railway track, km 20,6 - km 23,3
Válek, Jiří ; Wrana, Radim (referee) ; Hruzíková, Miroslava (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with design of recontruction of the railway line Mikulovice st. hr. – Hanušovice in section from km 20,6 to km 23,3, that is located between stations Ostružná - Horní Lipová. The object of this thesis is improvement of the track geometry parameters, reconstruction of the railway superstructure and substructure, renewal of the drainage and elaboration of the bill of quantities.
Design of double-tracking study of the track section Chlumec nad Cidlinou - Hradec Králové
Hlávka, Miloslav ; Brůha, Bohuslav (referee) ; Hruzíková, Miroslava (advisor)
Diploma thesis studies a possibility of doubling track between Chlumec nad Cidlinou and Hradec Králové. It proposes some solutions which differ in the lenght of the track section where track speed is increased to 160 kmph. Also, the possibilities of elimination of railway crossings with the roads of any category are examined and overview of costs for construction.
Study of tram track lengthen to the town district Brno-Lesná
Pěknicová, Daniela ; Šamánková, Zdeňka (referee) ; Hruzíková, Miroslava (advisor)
This master’s degree thesis is aiming to provide design solution within extension of tram line no.5 in the town of Brno, which nowadays ends by balloon loop at Štefánikova čtvrť stop at Merhautova street in Černá Pole district. Proposed tram line is designed in the limits of local urban roads and ends by newly designed balloon loop at Okružní street in Lesná district. Within the framework of this thesis new tram super structure is designed together with surrounding urban rous and connection to Halasova náměstí.
Comparison of Plain Line Tamping Methods
Bombera, Jan ; Hartmann, Miroslav (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
The diploma´s thesis deals with evaluation of adjusted track tamping technology and its comparison with currently used technology. This is based on track geometry parameters measuring and its vertical movement on the test section, which was created on double track Břeclav – Přerov near Rohatec station. On this test section one line was tamped with the currently used method within regular maintenance work and the second line was tamped with the adjusted technology. The technology modification is based on application of increased number of tamping tines squeezing strokes, which results in a creation of bigger and more compacted sleeper bed. The point of this thesis is to verify, that the speed of the track geometry parameters degradation is smaller in case of adjusted technology use. Thanks to that it would be possible to extend the maintenance cycles in case of compliance with track parameters maintenance limits and traffic safety.
