The ways of the contemporary Tunisian poetry
Lišková, Iva ; Oliverius, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kučera, Petr (referee) ; Petrová, Jana (referee)
The purpose of this doctoral thesis is to outline the main trends in the contemporary Tunisian poetry, present it in its variety and colour, and testify to its parity with larger Arabic national literatures. Making use of different theoretical frameworks offered by the modern literary science, the major part of the thesis is given to interpretation of selected poetry collections written by different authors over the period from the early 1990s to the present day. The interpretation is divided into five "currents" reflecting five distinctive sources of inspiration, which, nevertheless, often merge and overlap. The first chapter of the analytical part is interested in collections responding in one way or another to the political situation in Tunisia or other Arabic countries. The second chapter focuses on collections that link the classical Sufi poetry heritage with modern poetic trends. The third chapter is given to surrealism. Covered by the fourth chapter, another "current" of the contemporary Tunisian poetry is fed by fairy tales, legends and myths of both Arabic and other origin. The final analytical chapter follows the current of lyrical love poetry.

The anticipation and Mulholland Drive by David Lynch
Rynda, Vojtěch ; Prokopová, Alena (referee) ; Hanáková, Petra (advisor)
This thesis deals with David Lynch's Mulholland Drive from the viewpoint of anticipatory processes revolving around it and taking place in its perception. The part covering anticipations on behalf of the author stems from interviews with the director, David Bordwell's theory of narration and works of Constance School of reception aesthetics. These two theoretical frameworks provide basis also for the part covering anticipations on behalf of recipients, which treats critics and spectators separately. This part works with published texts on Mulholland Drive and spectators' opinions reflected in internet forums. After a chapter on anticipations from the distribution viewpoint this thesis analyses to a great detail anticipatory processes involved in the course of Mulholland Drive's perception. It understands the film as consisting from two parts, which it treats separately, and describes anticipations on the levels of scenes, motives, and the film as a whole. The thesis also comes up with a model explaining the popularity of Lynch's work across various spectator groups. Anticipatory processes not only run on the film's various levels but also co-influence its impact. Dealing with Mulholland Drive through anticipation provided for a complex analysis and revealed anticipation as its structural element.

Health protection at work, legislative measures
Součková, Lucie ; Kneidlová, Monika (advisor)
The care about safe labour belongs among basic attributes in educated and human society. This area is regulated by state in all advanced countries, whereas a law imposes duties for employers and also for employees. Relatively big attention is devoted to this problem in the Czech Republic and so the care about employees is at a very good level. As has been already said protection of health at work is based on valid legislation first of all. That is why this bachelor's work follows valid legislation of course and each chapter goes out from legal rule. There are number of legal rules about labour safety and health protection, I mentioned only part of the most important rules in the beginning of this work. Particular topics are processed in detail in next chapters, which refer to risks at work, duties for employers, but also for employees, personal protective equipments, work accidents, works preventive care and no less important preventive measures, government control and supervisory power of labour unions. I variegated the chapter about work accidents of some statistic facts. The prevention is very important in the branch of health protection. Preventive measures are included in each chapter, because the legislation observance itself is some prevention. A work shouldn't be done at the expense of health and...
