The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose measures, that conserve funds of the selected commercial insurance company in connection with insurance frauds. These measures are based on the analysis of insurance frauds development in the selected commercial insurance company and insurance market as well as on informations about fraud management of the selected commercial insurance com-pany. This bachelor thesis contains two main parts. The literature review introduces economy of commercial insurance companies and insurance fraud issues. Own work consists of the analysis, assessing the effectiveness of measures in relation to saved value and proposed measures. Own work ends with discussion of results.

Management grafiózy v infikované výsadbě jilmů v Kostelanech nad Moravou

The thesis deals with the topic of Dutch elm disease in infected elm trees planting in Kostelany na Moravě, presents research at the area of seed orchard. There were observed the areas with two kinds of elm trees, where one of them was affected by Duth elm disease. The protection measures to prevent the spreading of the disease were proposed by the research. The orchard was attended during two vegetative periods in the year 2010 and 2011. According to information obtained about every single elm tree have been found trees with a manifestation of possible resistance. Using the new pieces of knowledge and experience obtained during the research, the state of elm trees at the park in Lednice.

The effect of moisture in building - causes, consequences, possible solutions

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of humidity in building constructions in terms of modern and historical architecture and its impact on building constructions. In a theoretical part, there are described all symptoms, causes and sources of moisture in buildings, negative effects of moisture for building construction and the most frequent possibilities of research and moisture diagnosis. Next, there are described safeguards against water, dehumidification methods of construction and the possibility of protection of the building against moisture in historic buildings. The second (practical) part of this thesis deals with the exploration of a selected building object. Here is investigated the cause of moisture masonry, on the base of the sampling masonry examines the degree of wall humidity, proposes measures to prevent access of moisture into the building and construction method of building dehumidification.

Contamination of persons with radioactive material during the accident of nuclear power station

There is some thematic articles in the work. The questions of human internal and external contamination by the radioactive materials, the questions of safety in power plant service and the effects of ionizing radiation on the human body are described in the first part. There are put brain to analyse the Chernobyl power plant accident and the consequences on the Bellorussian area in the indepent article; we talk about area´s contamination and individual´s exposure (assessorrs, population) by ionizing radiation. The questions of the protective equipments and the emergency plan, which is able to decrease the overall impact of power plant accident, are described in the next part. The sum-mary of the accidents and the consequences minimalization are presented in the last article.

Trade-policy measures in international trade

With a membership of the Czech Republic in the European Union, we rank among the common commercial policy of the Community policy. State may use different tools to influence their plans concerning business relations with foreign or internal state of the economy. Thesis was focused on trade-policy measures in international trade. The main objective was to evaluate these measures in the Czech Republic in the European Union, respectively. The secondary objective was to study the theoretical basis of this solved the problem, analysis of trade-policy measures in international trade in the Republic and the EU and an evaluation of these measures in the International Trade and EU.

Analysis of the possibility to perform evacuation of inhabitants at the pre-leakage phase of radiation accident in nuclear power plant conditions

Nuclear facility accidents involving leaks of radioactive substances into the environment might have serious radiobiological impacts on inhabitants in some cases and would require immediate or subsequent protective measures from iodine prophylaxis and hiding to evacuation or permanent resettlement. The first part of the thesis describes the conditions of nuclear facility operation, technology of the Temelin nuclear power plant, including description of technology and function of emergency systems and the basic principles of security, and environment protection. It also describes the principles and aims of nuclear safety, radiation protection and accident preparedness. A more detailed description of accident preparedness at the Temelin power plant including links to the External Emergency Plan and announcement of safety measures for inhabitants follows. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the decision making process on announcement of evacuation in the pre-leak phase of radiation accident from the point of view of the Temelin nuclear plant operator?s possibilities. The part Methodology includes a description of RTARC software for evaluation of radiological impacts of radioactive substance leakage into the environment of the Temelin nuclear plant in case of radiation accident. The set of source members (event scenarios) used for the calculation is also described there. The chapter Results presents and assesses the RTARC calculations. We may say upon analyses of the results that application of the decision making support programme is beneficial and is practically able to help with efficient protection of citizens in the final effect. For a part of the considered source members evacuation on pre-leak phase cannot be recommended with regard to the quick progress and leakage of radioactive substances into the environment.

Measures to ensure population protection in the emergency planning zone Tomegas Ltd. storage of propane - butane Branice

The aim of this thesis is to propose measures to implement the emergency planning and emergency clearance operations, to prevent or reduce the immediate risk of accidents, according to documents provided by the IRS components, the community, administrative bodies and the storage operator. Another objective is to propose measures ensuring protection of the population in the emergency planning zone, in order to satisfy in the best possible way the following hypothesis: "Measures to implement the emergency planning and emergency clearance operations and measures to ensure population protection are an integral part of the external emergency plan, ready to resolve possible accident cases endangering lives, health, significant property values or the environment." To meet the objectives and verify the hypothesis, I used my own experience in the field of emergency planning and my personal knowledge of the site so that I could create a proposal of appropriate measures, designed to reduce an immediate menace, and mitigate the impacts of a possible major accident. To complete the goal I chose ``The storage of propane - butane bottles and bottling plant Branice at Milevsko", the local juristic person with the name TOMEGAS Ltd. By the South Bohemian regional authority, these operations were classified as category B under Act No. 59/2006 Coll., on the prevention of major accidents caused by selected hazardous substances or chemical preparations, and also an emergency planning zone with a radius of 1 km was established. Those objectives are proposed in accordance with all legal standards and regulations. I believe that the findings of my work will be applicable in building and updating an external emergency plan for given operations. The hypothesis is undoubtedly confirmed by the existence of international treaties and the EU legislation focused on the protection of people living in the neighborhood of buildings where dangerous substances and preparations are handled, as well as by the number of accidents happening worldwide. In the section ``Discussion{\crqq} several issues are analyzed, the major of which seems to be the financial aspect that may result in difficulties with the early establishment of proposed preventive measures.
