The goal of this work is to analyze processes in the market of advertisement. Then I will make some advices for analyzed companies and for potential new firms in this market of advertisement. If I want to analyze all this market then I had to use two companies one which name I can't write and Centrum Reklamy s r.o.. In the first theoretical part of this work I will describe: what the process directing is, then and how that emerged, what is process and how can be divided. In the second practical part o this work I will analyze processes and objects in the first unnamed company and later in Centrum Reklamy. In next part I will make some advices for both firms and at the end I will make some general advices for potential new firms.
The child as a consumer and its impact on decision-making process of adults

This diploma thesis deals with the subject of advertisement and its effect on children consumer behavior. Contrary to adults children are not able to differentiate between the reality and fiction, in this case to differentiate if they really need or just want promoted product. The theoretical part brings information about the marketing communication channels, effects on consumers, basis of consumers purchase decision making processes, which factors influence consumers behavior and how the advertisement is perceived by particular children age groups. It informs also about specific aspects of advertisements focused on children and about actual trends in children consumer behavior. The target of this work is to find out how TV advertisement influences children consumer behavior in context of amount of children in family, in dependence on how much time parents spend with their children, which way they are raised, etc. Research of these facts is subject of practical part of this thesis
Marketing strategy of Adonis company

Final thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of the company Adonis operating for more then 20 years on the market with beauty products. The content of the first chapter presents basic information of activities regarding examined company. The second chapter is based on theoretical level looking into strategic management. Following chapter handles external situation analysis -- analysis of macro-environment (PEST) and microenvironment. The result of internal identification is shown in SWOT analysis, which brings up the strong and also weak parts of company and shows the possibilities and threats arising from the market. The most comprehensive chapter is analysis of each tool of marketing mix. Outlined trends show aspects that could significantly affect future decisions of cosmetic companies or even in present. The final chapter provides a partial improvement of individual instruments. The closure includes evaluation of existing strategy with specific improvements.
Ethics in the World of Advertisement

The dissertation deals with the dilemma of ethics in advertisement; it is divided into six chapters. The first chapter concerns communication and advertisement{\crq}s function in it. In the second part, I focus on the targets and methods of advertisement (they can be positive and negative). I describe the following processes: influence, manipulation, persuasion, suggestion, motivation and purpose of advertisement in the sectors of the market. The third part is directed at the principles of regulation and self-regulation (I explain their differences). How does self-regulation work in practice I showed in the practical example. The fourth chapter describes the most frequently forbidden commercials and in the practical examples, I show how the consumer{\crq}s protection works. In the fifth part,. I stress the importance of media literacy and the problems in media education. In the sixth chapter I focus on the advertisements and at different attitudes and opinions related to it.
The impact of advertisement to children eating behaviour

The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with competition, the second chapter is about Czech law advertising regulation and about Community law. The third chapter describes misleading advertising and the fourth chapter deals with FMCG. The practical part analyzes current ads. The first chapter describes the method of analysis. The second chapter deals with use of misleading and the third chapter analyzes misuse of truthful information in advertising. The last chapter focuses on the advertising hyperbole.
Advertisement Market in Bulgaria and legal regulation

The aim of this thesis is to present Bulgarian advertisement market from several different perspectives. You can see the development of advertisement from the beginning until 2010 in Bulgaria. There is a comparison of expenditures on advertisement with Czech advertisement market. When we are talking about advertisement, it is important to mention cultural differences. The biggest part of my thesis consists of legal and ethical regulation, when you can see the main differences in compare to Czech republic. The end of thesis belongs to Advertising self-regulation, which is represented by National Council for Self-Regulation in Bulgaria and Rada pro reklamu in Czech republic.
