The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for new detached house in Vsetin. The house has two floors. The shape of the house is rectangular. The house is suitable for housing 4 persons. It is partly sunk into the ground. It is designed from formwork. The roof is designed above the main part of the building as the awnings, whose structure consists of trusses. Over part of the property where there is a living room with a kitchen, a gabled roof.

The Bacherol theses objective is conception of the technological phase of upper shell building of the training centre in Zlin which is supposed to serve for research and training of workers who are involved in thermal construction engineering branch. The work describes the shell building realization which is built of a lot of different materials if we consider the small size of the construction. Technological report, machinery list, wider relation situation, building site equipment with on record drawings, work safety, check and test plan, partial budget and schedule of construction are included.

Detached House with Allergology Surgery

The project solving object for living. This is a family house with the private allergy clinic. The object is standing separately. Part for living has 2 floors above ground, the priváte clinic has 1st floor. It is a brick building ceramic block filled with mineral pool,the ceiling is made from POT + MIAKO systeme. Foundations are monolithic passports and 2 BTB series fittings, reinforced. The roof of the living part of the saddle above the garage is a walkable flat roof above establishment is vegetation flat roof. Object is situated in the peripheral locality Ptení to Prostejov, slightly sloping terrain.

The project sloves a new family house with an establishment in a quiet location on the edge of the village Chomýž. The purpose of building is providing basic snacks for tourists and cyclists. The establishment offers indoor and outdoor seating. The house is situated in a slightly steep land near the local trails. It is a three-storey detached building with two floors. The Construction system consists of masonry Porotherm, further insulated system Baumit Open and horizontal structures Miako, also Porotherm. The roof is a part of nailed trusses with a angle of 12°. Above the building there is a single casting flat roof.

The subject of this thesis is the development of construction documents for the implementation of a family house with a garage and copying office. The building has two floors, partial cellar, covered flat roof. Vertical structure in combination of permanent shuttering and POROTHERM ceramic system, ceilings are made from ceramic systém POROTHERM MIAKO too. Structure of the roof is solved by single skin flat roof.

The building is located on a plot of land in flat terrain, which is located in the village of Bohutice not far from Moravský Krumlov. The design is chosen from the system lost formwork VELOX. The House has direct access to the garden from the terrace. Ground floor is roofed by a shed roof.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached house with a design office at a level of documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors, covered with a flat roof. The structural system of the basement is based on a hidden formwork while the constructions of above-ground floors are designed to be from polished bricks Porotherm 30 Profi with thin layer of mortar for binding. The ceilings are from monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing above the ground floor consists of an extensive green roof arch crossing the adjusted terrain. The design of the building respects the urban planning regulations of Vrbovec, puts an emphasis on the layout design from architectural and structural viewpoints, nonetheless also in terms of energy savings and safety in use of the building.
