Hodnocení utuženosti půdy v kolejových řádcích za použití minimalizačních technologií
Daněk, Tomáš
This paper describes and quantifies the differences soil physical properties in rail lines in winter wheat and winter rape. Both crops were grown on adjacent land, which have the same BPEJ. Sampling was conducted once during the growing season and the second time just after the harvest of rape, and just before harvest wheat. In each term sampling, samples were taken at 3 repetitions for each plot. Samples were taken in the track in the space between the rails and the control was between sessions. Both crops are used to process the soil before sowing minimization. The differences are expected to land in one of the same crop, as well as differences between crops. Due to different agrotechnics rape and wheat, where the entrances to rape more mechanization, we expect more consolidation in the tramlines rape.

Sukharukava, Yulita
This thesis is focused on the techniques of classic, molecular and immunoenzymatic detection and identification of pathogens of winter wheat. The most important diseases, methods of detection and identification of pathogens of these diseases are described in detail. In the year 2016 I monitored the occurrence of Barley Yellow Dwarf Virus (BYDV) on small experimental plots in the strands of wheat species Hybnos and MvVekni at the site of the school farm Žabčice with the help of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method. On the base of molecular detection it was identified that 14% of plants were infected with this virus. BYDV-PAS virus strain was found. MvVekni species has shown resistance to Wheat Dwarf Virus (WDV).

Analýza trendů výskytu sucha a výnosů pšenice ozimé ve vybraných státech a regionech
Rolný, Roman
This thesis are focused on the agricultural drought and its expected influence on the wheat production in the main producing regions of the World. Apart of the general description of wheat and its global importance for the international trade, description of drought as climate extreme, this thesis are focused on the analysis of wheat production and drought series. The thesis includes all leading producers of wheat and the time period 1961-2014. The main aim was to verify the hypothesis that drought have notable impact on global wheat production, through the interpretation of data from open data sources.
Vliv chemického složení a technologické kvality zrna pšenic s barevným perikarpem na kvalitu pekárenských výrobků
Kubová, Šárka
The aim of this thesis was to carry out literaly research on The influence of chemical composition and technological quality of wheat grain with color pericarp on the quality of bakery products. Next evaluate the technological quality of the wheat and find out the suitability for bakery use. The literary parts deals with the anatomical structure of wheat grains and their chemical composition, then are described certain wheat varieties with unusual coloring of the grain, natural colorants responsible for their coloring (anthocyanins and carotenoids) and the technological quality of wheat. Due to the presence of pigments with antioxidant activity in the grains, are also described antioxidants and their importance in functional foods. In the practical part were used a variety of wheat Skorpion with blue aleuron and two varieties of wheat with purple pericarp Rosso and Karkulka. In the baking experiment was testing for individual varieties the influence of the different reciped with the different addition of flour and bran to the quality of the final product. The samples of pastry were subsequently sensitively evaluated and measured with Tira Test.
Vliv zkrmování barevných pšenic na krevní parametry u laboratorního potkana
Krajčiová, Paula
The thesis studies an influence of pigmented wheat Konini, Skorpion and UC 66049 on blood parameters. The tested animals were rats of strain Wistar albino. The experiment was performed on 20 male rats which were divided into 4 groups. Each group was fed with wheat granules. There were Konini group, Skorpion group and UC group. The fourth control group was fed with granules from common wheat Vánek. During the experiment subjects weighted every third day and weight gain and the feed consumption were recorded. After 11 weeks blood was collected from the rats and blood plasma was obtained from it. The biochemical profile of the blood plasma was analysed using the Ellipse analyser. The results showed the demonstrable effect of Skorpion wheat on the increase in alkaline phosphatase in the blood compared to blue wheat UC 66049. The effect of Wheat UC 66049 on cholesterol lowering in blood was also demonstrated. The processing was used ANOVA statistical method using the Scheffe test.
Druhové spektrum střevlíkovitých (Carabidae) v porostech polních plodin
Hurajová, Erika
In the stands of winter oilseed rape, winter wheat and corn on parcels in Miroslav I investigated species representation of ground beetles (Carabidae). I carried out using collections of ground traps at ten-day intervals. To each crop I ranked 5 ground traps. I founded ground traps 18. 5. 2016 and kept to the land to harvest crops (oilseed rape 3. 7. 2016, wheat 27. 7. 2016 and corn 15. 10. 2016. I caught a total of 371 individuals from the ground beetles of 29 species. I caught in the oilseed rape 72 individuals from 13 species, in wheat 128 individuals from 16 species, in corn 171 individuals from 18 species. I classiffied species in to bioindicatory groups: 44,83 % E, 51,72 % A, 3,44 % R. I used ecology characteristics: presence, absence, dominance, Simpsons index, constance, species diverzity, equitability and faunistic similarity.
Chuťové preference králíků při krmení obilovin s různou barvou obilky
Novotný, Jakub
The thesis compares the structure of feed mixture and the feed residues after the feeding broilers rabbits Hyla. There were made two different feed mixtures – the control one and the experimental one. The experimental feed mixture contained 10 % of purple grain wheat called PS Karkulka. In the control one was used 10 % of wheat Vanessa with classical colour of grain. The feed mixtures and the feed residues were separated on different wide sieves to find the size share. Than the feed mixture and the feed residues were compared. The quantity of parts bigger than 2 mm in the feed residues decreased and the quantity of parts smaller than 2 mm increased. Both with statistical significance (P<0.05). To detect the taste preferences between PS Karkulka and Vanessa the parts bigger than 2 mm in both types of feed residues were separated to individual components and compared. There was found that rabbits preferred the colored grained wheat (PS Karkulka) more than the classical one (Vanessa) with statistical significance (P<0.05). The next part is about performance parameters. The weight gain, carcass weight, carcass yield, feed consumption and feed conversation ratio were evaluated. In all of that parameters there were not found statistically significant differences (P˃0.05) between control group and experimental group.
Epigeičtí bezobratlí vybraných porostů polních plodin
Hurajová, Erika
The species representation of the epigeic invertebrates was found on the grounds of Miroslav. I compared oilseed rape, wheat and maize. The invertebrate capture was done using the method of soil traps. In each crop, I set up 5 ground traps on 28. 4. 2018. I pick up samples from the soil traps at ten-day intervals. The last collection was made on the day of the harvest of the crop (oilseed rape 20. 6. 2018, wheat 9. 7. 2018, maize 5. 8. 2018). I focused on the family of ground beetles (Carabidae). I totally caught 488 individuals from 25 species. In the oilseed rape I caught 231 individuals of 19 species, 102 individuals of 17 species in wheat and 155 individuals of 16 species in maize. I have divided species in the bioindicator groups: E 48%, A 52%. I used ecology characteristics to compare field crops: presence, absence, dominance, Simpsons index, constance, species diverzity, equitability and faunistic similarity.
Rezistencia vybraných odrôd pšenice ozimnej voči hubovým patogénom
Kolesár, Ján
The thesis was focused on the evaluation of the health status of winter wheat leaves. The experiments were established in the autumn of 2017 in the terrier area of Veľaty, the district of Trebišov, the county of Košice, in the south - east of Slovakia on my own fields. We tested five line wheat varieties. Evaluation of each experiments was performed three times. The least affected was the Genius type. On the other site the lowest level of fungal pathogen resistance was in the Bertold variety. Probably due to its unstaining. The Bodycek variety also appeared very well, but because it was not regulated by growth, it did not achieve the desired results. In the experimental fields, we focused primarily on the attack of wheat leaves by fungal pathogens that cause severe leaf diseases.
