Analysis of aplication of the logistics in the selected company

This diploma thesis analyses the production plant Schneider Electric, a. s. Písek both from present and future application of main logistic principles. It includes the analyse of material and information as well as applied methods: Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Just-in-time, Short Interval Management, Six Sigma. This diploma thesis accents an importance of informational securing of the supplier and customer relationship through the forecast. The forecast is being tested and thereafter the results will be presented as an introduction for the improvement.

Application of procedural approaches to proceeding of material flows.

My graduation theses concerns an analysis of processes in field of material flow in the company Linde Pohony in Český Krumlov. The analysis is orientated to processes which have direct influence of product added value. The current processes are describe by the help of process map. The main objective of my graduation theses, on the basis of affected analysis, is to create a project of systematical improvement the processes, which will lead to better material flow and bring savings in field of material costs. The main instrument is an implementation of lean production principles. Lean production means elimination of wastings in all activities and processes in the company. The lean production is mainly based on following principles: pull principle, takt principle, one piece flow principle.

Bakalářská práce posuzuje význam a způsoby řízení zásob ve výrobním podniku, popisuje metody a ukazatele používané k optimalizaci budoucí spotřeby materiálu, zhodnocuje postupy vhodné k rozboru průměrné doby obratu zásob. Vybrané metody jsou aplikovány v konkrétních podmínkách výrobního podniku z Jihočeského kraje.

Historical and Current Evolution of Components and Accessories of Mountain Bikes\\

The dissertation describes the historical development of chosen components of a mountain bike. From the beginning of the seventies until the model lines components of the year 2007. It is divided to two main parts. The first deals with general level of the given task which is performed by the history of bicycle and mountain bike. Then the survey of individual disciplines of the world racing cycling with the focus on mountain bike disciplines follows. The second part solves the own dissertation problems that gives the concrete survey of the development of individual components. The development is compiled from historical survey point of view and deals with essential and in little measure with uncommon constructional solutions.

Assesment of parameters for viscoelastic material using programme ANSYS from nanoindentation
Micka, Michal
Nanoindentation makes it possible to investigate mechanical properties of material in dependencies on penetration of the indenter also on small amounts of sample. From time course of the indenter penetration it is possible using standard procedures of the computer programme ANSYS to determine coefficients of Prony series for description of the viscoelastic material. Article presents model for simulation of the nanoindentation test in ANSYS and methodics for determination of material constants.
