Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Thin Metal Films Deposited by Vacuum Evaporation
W. F. Yahya, Doaa ; Kolařík, Vladimír (referee) ; Štencl,, Jiří (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
Thin layers are widely used in many fields of technology and today we can say that they are found in all modern technologies. Thin layers can be created in two ways, namely by chemical or physical means. This work focuses on the latter method, more particularly a technology of thermal evaporation of thin layers in a vacuum. The work focuses on the process principles during and after the evaporation. Much of the work focuses on the development and design of experiments. These experiments illustrate some of the phenomena that take place on thin films produced by the aforementioned technology. Work helps to better understand processes during formation of thin layers and properties that influence the quality and stability of thin films. In conclusion we describe results of experiments and new developments in the field of thin films deposition using evaporation under vakuum are summarized.
Aesthetic Distance in Fiction and Fictional Worlds
DURASOVÁ, Renata
This bachelor thesis focuses on the problems of aesthetic distance and its expressions in fiction and fictional worlds. It analyses texts dealing with the theory of fiction and searches them for a certain mode of dissociation, which can be identified with the concept of psychical distance. Based on illustrative examples concerning aesthetic situations, it shows that psychical distance is an artistic principle derived from the recipient's attitude, and therefore a basic factor for the formation of fictional worlds as such.
The rescue of critically endangered fish species through manipulation with spermatogonia and oogonia
DOBROVOLNÝ, Petr
The transplant experiments described in this work may help to shorten the generation interval for long maturing endangered fish species and their more effective reproduction. Further, it is possible to preserve the separated spermatogonia and oogonia using a cryopreservation in liquid nitrogen. We conserve both paternal and maternal DNA and the gene pool of endangered fish species will not be depleted of maternal part. It's because we can freeze only sperm in the preservation of mature gametes. Fish eggs and embryos would not survive freezing. The described methods will be applied in the future to more effective rescue of critically endangered sturgeons by the transplantation of their germ cells into a Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus). These methods can be suitable for application on other species of endangered fish in case of finding an appropriate recipient. As an example of our fish species is a European eel (Anguilla Anguilla). The Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baeri) and the Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) were used as model organisms. For Siberian sturgeon the enzymatic dissociation technique, sorting of germ cells using Percoll gradient concentration and transplantation of sturgeon spermatogonia and oogonia were used. The results showed that the use of 0.3% of trypsin in PBS is optimal for dissociation of spermatogonia and oogonia, because this medium was dissociating the highest number of cells without reducing their viability. The separation of the early stages of germ cells has been successfully achieved by segregation in 10 to 30% of Percoll gradient with the help of centrifugation. After transplantation it was proved in spermatogonia as well in oogonia that they colonized the genital ridges of the host. The recipient became a chimera of a germ line, which can produce donor gametes throughout his life.
Sewage and it's cleaning at sewage water treatment plant in the village Ostrožská Lhota
VANĚČKOVÁ, Hana
All of us produce large volume of wastewater every day. But we care about the environment more and more which brings building of new sewerage plants as well. Nowadays, there is an intensification of old sewerage plants and many new ones are being built. In the past, sewerage plants belong only to the cities, but now they can be found even in the villages. People should also know what they release into sewerage and they should be aware of it. We should not rely only on a sewerage plant because it can not remove all the unwanted substance either. In my bachelor´s work on the theme ?Wastewater and its treatment in the sewerage plant in the village Ostrožská Lhota?, I deal with the present status of the sewerage plant in the village, the wastewater treatment system and wastewater in general as the theme indicates. The work is divided into two essential parts ? the theoretical and the practical one. Firstly, I described the former wastewater discharge in the theoretical part. Then I described the wastewater division and wastewater itself. Finally, I wrote about the sewerage plant, mainly about wastewater supply and its subsequent circulation. The next part is the practical one. My own research was a part of it. It was a quantitative form of research. The research was done by the method of questioning, in the form of questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the residents of Ostrožská Lhota, people above 18. It was a random sample of people. 130 questionnaires were distributed in total. The obtained data are processed and analysed by means of charts. The secondary data analysis which was done by means of measuring data on inflow and outflow belonged to the practical part as well. Afterwards, the data were processed into charts. I set three goals in the work. The first goal was to evaluate the wastewater quality before the construction of the sewerage plant in the village Ostrožská Lhota. The second goal was to evaluate the effectiveness of wastewater treatment in the sewerage plant in the village. I tried to reach these two goals by means of secondary data analysis where I use the chart of measuring data on water inflow and outflow. I compared these figures with the limits of measurement ? limits which are set for the sewerage plant by the water resource management. I found out that the sewerage plant meets all the requirements and it does not exceed the limits. The measuring data are even below the limits. Lastly, the third goal was to find out the households´ opinion on wastewater pollution. I investigated on this goal by the help of the questionnaires. All the set goals were fulfilled. The testing results show that wastewater satisfies the limits of the water resource management and the people are aware of the discharged wastewater quality. This bachelor´s work can function as a recommendation when potential insufficiency is found. It can be also an educational material for non-professionals who do not know this topic and questions.
Outsourcing of services
Cveková, Petra ; Randáková, Monika (advisor) ; Bokšová, Jiřina (referee)
The theoretical part of the master's thesis provides a wide range of information about outsourcing as such -- it covers it's history, definitions and specifications of the basic terms and a legal view on the issue. It also includes a list of services which could be outsourced and divides outsourcing according to the subject. The practical part of the master's thesis analyses the Czech market. It is based on a survey, which deals with many issues already mentioned in the theoretical part. The analysis is performed by both parties to the contract, which means both the user (recipient) and the provider of outsourcing services.
Distance, Experience and Aesthetic Object
VÁCHOVÁ, Radka
The main hypothesis of this bachelor thesis is a defense of formation of the ?distance? ? which works as stimulus for aesthetic experience ? by means of which, the author tries to explain the specific characteristic of the ?aesthetic reception? as the main topic of the work. Basic source materials for this paper a study by Edward Bullough 'Psychical Distance' as a Factor in Art and an Aesthetic Principle and § 24/ by Roman Ingarden Aesthetis experience and aesthetic object.
Ecological water service accidents in Tábor region during 1995 - 2005
URBAN, Jan
Ecological water service accidents in Tabor region during 1995 - 2005 In developed, densely populated area the requirements for water are increasing, as for the element that is necessary for life on Earth and for the production processes in human society. To ensure this needs covering became a limit factor of development of all economic spheres during the last years. That´s why the water management is getting into a front of public interest. The requirements naturally increase also in others economic spheres and all life fields. Filling of these requirements is connected with many actions, that influence the water purity. Beside the consequent water pollution or water quality inducement , we can talk also about the water-service accidents. Usually we speak about the emergent situations, that have the negative influence on a water useful qualities and cause biological, sanitary, visual and other defects. Redevelopment of these accidents are very laboured and expensive. That´s why the goal of all actions spheres is to precede the pollution of surface and underground waters in time. Subject of this work was the examination of water-service accidents in Tabor region in period of 1995 {--} 2005. The base of the examinated samples was a try to analyze the emergent situation causes, evaluation of solution mechanism of water-service accidents and evaluation of their incidences. By using the current knowledges the conclusions were deduced not only for the prevential sphere, but also for action-redevelopment and financial part of final stabilization. From the database 1995 {--}2005 were found, that on the Tábor region there were a 142 emergent accidents examinated {--} pollution, surface or undeground water threats, or technical problems in given region. Most of the problems were identified in agriculture and water-service fields (24% each), other accidents in food industry ( 13%), transport (16%) . Very serious emergent situations appeared on the pipeline, that goes throug the region. Among the unheathy substances the accidens were caused mainly by the oil products (in 52 cases),fertilizers and other substances used in agriculture caused the accidents in 41 cases. Mainly the human factor appears while accident rise {--} in half of examinated cases. From the results was also deducted, that in 18 cases the accidents appeared in water sources protective zone, 4 events happened in Protective zone of natural water accumulation Třeboňsko. 21 accidents caused the fish or other water animals kill. From the given balance-sheet and knowledges the following conclusions for prevential sphere were made: constructions, equipments or actions, that can influence the water situation are made with the agreement of water right authorities, Their contruction {--} technical implementation mostly doesn´t collide with valid regulations and standarts. In prevential sphere is necessary to keep the legal regulations, related mainly to the periodic checks and revisions of objects build for stocking and manipulation with unhealthy substances, also the prosecution of control systems and using the instruments usefull also for the water-service. Not only for the prevential sphere, but also for the check and redevelopment activities theirselves would be suitable to exert the simple analytic components. The negative part during the accident solution is the feedback and laboratory results absence. More workshops and work stations should have their own contra-accident instruments. Wrecking plans should be much more easier, current range should be include into a operating regulations. In the interest of fish and othe water animals protection the cooperation with specialised workplaces and veterinary authorities should be extended. Legal share of competence for the sphere of undergroung water little bit complicate the wrecking situations solution possibilities .

The third chapter sets out priority sectors and the countries into which the development assistance is aimed to. The last chapter outlines the pros and cons of providing such assistance and there are also expressed my opinions and suggestions of its further possible directions.
Utilisation of care contributions within the social services available in Milevsko
HRŮZOVÁ, Jaroslava
This thesis focuses on the ways in which clients of social services in Milevsko and its surrounding areas use care allowances. The opening theoretical part briefly mentions the legislation and manners in which both financial and physical assistance was provided to physically handicapped persons before the Social Services Act came into effect. The second part of the thesis describes matters relating to the provision of care allowances, namely the filing of requests, the course of proceedings for the granting of care allowances, the right to the payment of care allowances, degrees of dependency, and the purposes for which care allowances are intended. The third part introduces the individual registered providers in Milevsko, namely what services they have registered, to whom these services are meant to be provided, and what scope of services the registered providers provide. The practical part traces the particular manners in which care allowances are utilized by their recipients in social services. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether care allowances are sufficient, whether recipients utilize them to buy these services and whether recipients only buy services from registered providers or whether they avail themselves of the care of family members or other natural persons as well.
