Konečný, Petr
The subject of the bachelor thesis is focused on theoretical description of all the parts, which are the part of the precision agriculture technology. The sources of informations contained the experience of experts and the domestic and foreign literature. This knowledge was theoretically applicated in the environment of the small family farm in Haná region with 195 ha. The best possible way to introduce the technologies of precision agriculture were estimated after consultations with the owner. The part of this thesis is the description of the making of the nitrogen variability map workflow.
Prostorová analýza heterogenity pozemků z družicových dat
Rychlý, Martin
The literature review of the thesis deals with issues related to precision agriculture and remote sensing. The practical part evaluates the correlation of selected vegetation indices and absolute yields of individual crops on selected fields. Subsequently, it is evaluated how the NDVI correlation values and yields between individual fields differ. The last point was mentioned the evaluation of spatial variability of NDVI values and yields within the selected period, crops and land. The method was divided into several steps. The first step was to create a geodatabase of satellite images from the Sentinel 2A platform and yield data for 2017. The calculation of the vegetation indices followed by the creation of a point layer representing the values of the vegetation indices and the yield. The last step was focused on statistical evaluation and creation of map data. The results show that data indicate a high correlation rate at the end of May and during June. NDVI correlation value and yield are different for individual fields. Due to the used satellite data, spatial yield variability can be determined for individual agricultural crops and land.

Zpracování podkladů pro variabilní aplikaci hnojiv v precizním zemědělství pomocí geografických informačních systémů
Paulová, Nikol
This thesis is focused on P, K and Mg fertilizing in precision agriculture all shown on a model of winter wheat with expected yield of 7,7 t.ha-1. Although it is a model, it is based on the specific results of laboratory analysis of the collected samples from the lands around Otnice village. Six options of fertilizing were compared. Four of them concerned variable application; in accordance with the principles of precision farming, spatial differences in the content of nutrients P, K, Mg were taken into account. Two variants of variable-rate fertilization were calculated using the yield potential made from satellite imagery. Variable rates were defined with geographic information system environment. The other two options were computed with the traditional approach, when the land is treated as uniform unit and only one amount of the fertilizer is applied to it. There were two methods used for correction the fertilizer amount. One traditional and other could have divided the parcels into sixteen classes instead of five as traditional method. The variable variation which took into account the spatial differences in nutrient content and also the yield potential was evaluated as the most optimal option.
Detekce napadení obilnin listovými chorobami pomocí termálního zobrazování, zobrazovací fluorescence a spektrální odrazivosti
Mezera, Jiří
In the theoretical part of this thesis there is summarized the basic knowledge about the fungal leaf diseases of cereals, their harmfulness and technologies of precision agriculture. The practical part deals with the detection of cereal infestation with fungal leaf diseases using noninvasive optical methods. The research was conducted on winter wheat using methods based on spectral reflectance, infrared thermal imaging, chlorophyll fluorescence imaging, and blue-green fluorescence imaging. The tested diseases were powdery mildew (Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici), wheat stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis), and wheat leaf rust (Puccinia recondita f.sp. tritici).). In the case of spectral reflectance, the best results were obtained for spectral indices ANMB650-725 and ZM generally. Overall, the best results for all methods were achieved in the detection of wheat leaf rust. A very good indicator of disease infestation was infrared thermal imaging, with a higher level of infection implying an increase in leaf temperature and a lower difference between leaf and air temperature. Reliability of detection by chlorophyll fluorescence imaging differs between individual diseases, with the best results being generally achieved for actual quantum yield PSII and the non-photochemical quenching. The most promising method for the future is the blue-green fluorescence imaging, which achieved very good results for both, the estimation of infection level and contrast between the infected and the healthy part of the leaf.
Ověření senzorového systému OptRx pro variabilní aplikaci dusíkatých hnojiv
Čujek, Jan
The diploma thesis deals with the technology of precious agriculture. One of the technology used in the type of agriculture mentioned above is N – detectors, which are based on spectral measuring of vegetation. The theoretical part is focused on the principles and methods of vegetation scanning by the detectors, the importance of the nitrogen nutrition of field crops and the summary of available N – detectors. The practical part consists of the working experiment with winter wheat when the N detectors OptRx by Ag leader were tested during the years 2016 and 2017. The differences between the variable and surface application of nitrogen fertilizers on the same area were observed from the point of view of the yield, the quality of winter wheat and also the fertilizers costs. In the result part, the results of particular testing years are compared. The economic effect in 2016 was better after using variable application amount to 3314 czk.ha-1. In 2017 it was just the opposite. The result was -2588 czk.ha-1 compared to the surface application. There were found out big differences among the particular years and the areas. In conclusion, it is not clear how big effect the variable application of nitrogen fertilizers has. The conditions of the location, the weather, the year of testing, the variety and the agronomical arrangements play the crucial role.

KOHOUT, Jan
The thesis deals with the use and utilization of drones, especially in agricultural conditions, where the drones are used more and more frequently in recent years, especially in combination with precision farming, thanks to the great number of advantages that this technology currently brings, not only to agricultural sector. In the thesis there are types of drones that are used for precision agriculture. In addition, there are described the functions of drones used and their distribution according to their deployment on the farm. Finally, questions will be answered about the amount of investment in this technology and the assessment of the effectiveness of the systems.

6 Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in precision agriculture. UAVs are one of the many tools used in Earth remote sensing (RS), their task is to monitor object without physical contact. Over the past 20 years, UAVs have been expanding in a wide variety of areas, massively in precision agriculture. This thesis compares the UAV with the classical means of RS and through demonstrations of real UAV deployment in selected case studies - Applications of Low Altitude Remote Sensing in Agriculture, Weed Mapping using Object-Based Analysis of UAV images, Low-altitude, high- resolution aerial imaging systems for row and field crop phenotyping and Estimating Biomass using Crop Surface Models show wide possibilities of data collection, processing and evaluation, covering the full spectrum of important information usable in precision agriculture. UAVs and their use in precision agriculture is an area that is expected to expand dynamically and which, compared to standard data collection, only positives. The greatest advantage is immense flexibility in terms of both deployment and sensor layout, high accuracy of data acquisition, ease of operation, affordability and, consequently, the availability of software specialized in processing such data. The only possible...
