Vliv vodní eroze na kvalitu půdní organické hmoty ornic černozemí Hustopečska
Konrádová, Pavlína
This bachelor thesis deals with the effects of water erosion on the quality of soil organic matter of chernozems of Hustopeče area. Samples were taken in September 2012 on five different plots and they were Horní Bojanovice, Hustopeče, Krumvíř 1, Krumvíř 2 and Němčičky and the content of humic substances, whose contents and the ratio is the main criteria for assessing the quality of the soil organic matter. Samples were taken on sloping plots in the top, middle and the bottom of the slope. The average value of the ratio HA: FA for the upper part of the slope is 0.73, the middle part of the slope 0.67 and the lower part of the slope 0.97. The average value of the entire slope of the Hustopeče plot was 0.77, Krumvíř I 0.75, Krumvíř II 1.19, Němčičky 0.67 and Horní Bojanovice 0.57. The limit value ratio HK: FK is 1. Thus land with a value greater than 1 is, according to the publication Pedobiologie a mikrobiologie selected chapters from the L. Růžek a K. Voříškek, soil with the highest quality of soil organic matter. This value was then measured at only one plot and that was on Krumvíř II, we can therefore say that, soil organic matter is the best here. Those with the lesser quality then decreese below 0.5. Based on statistical metod of single-factor analysis, the influence of water erosion on to the change of the quality of soil organic matter is inconclusive

Speakers identification using ALIZE library
Skulínek, Zdeněk ; Burget, Radim (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
Recently computing power has been significantly increasing and speaker identification systems have been drawing to the foreground among others. Many libraries have been developed, no matter if open--source or proprietary. One of them is for example ALIZE that was developed at Avignon university. This library offers general concept for staff with biometric values, statistic computations and complex framework for intended application. The goal of this thesis is to test this library, namely by constructing a practical application for speaker identification. This thesis describes successful assembly of that application. Application is platform independent and it is also tested on three basic platforms. These platforms are attached as files into VirtualBox virtual machine. This thesis takes notice of practical experiences with ALIZE library and also describes it's structure and architecture. There are 50 patterns of 9 speakers used for testing in average length 20 seconds. Application recognizes speakers very reliable in these given patterns. Therefore real neccesary length test for speaker recognition was accomplished at the end of this thesis.

Does anticipated regret really matter? Revisiting the role of feedback in auction bidding
Katuščák, Peter ; Michelucci, Fabio ; Zajíček, M.
Does the type of post-auction feedback affect bidding behavior in first price auctions? Filiz- Ozbay and Ozbay (2007) find that such manipulation can increase bids in a one-shot auction. They explain this as an effect of anticipated regret combined with the assumption that feedback directly affects salience of regret relative to material payoff. We revisit this important market design issue using four different auction protocols and a large sample of subjects. We do not find any systematic effect of feedback on the average bid/value ratio. This evidence indicates either the lack of anticipated regret or its manipulability by feedback in one-shot auctions.

Filip, Václav
The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the enterprise management system with organic and conventional production. In 2013, the company Jamenská a.s., Jamné nad Orlicí cooperatives cultivated 542,14 ha of agricultural land the conventional way and 205,21 ha of agricultural land organically. Farms in the southeastern part of the Orlické Mountains at an altitude of 450 up to 730 meters, in the production area is the mountain (H1). On the basis of the data obtained from the period 2008 to 2012 have been calculated for both the Centre's basic environmental, economic and social indicators of sustainability evaluation. Overall evaluation of the agronomic indicators, both parts of the company for the entire reference period is very good, above the limit of sustainability. For conventional land balance has reached average values of N 46,89 kg.ha-1 (P) 5,8 kg.ha-1, (K) -29,77 kg.ha-1, the average supply of organic matter into the soil shall be 5,15 t.ha-1, the specific energy consumption 153,7 MJ.OJ-1, the intensity of plant protection is 54,49% of the average of the CZECH REPUBLIC and evaluation of biodiversity at 0,74. For erosion indicator was found violating the GAEC standards I and II. For the eco-farmed land balance N -3,2 kg.ha-1 (P) -5,7 kg.ha-1, (K) -38,63 kg.ha-1, the annual supply of organic matter into the soil is 3,5 t.ha-1, the specific energy consumption of 127 MJ.OJ-1, the intensity of plant protection 0% of the average of the CZECH REPUBLIC and evaluation of biodiversity 0,78. Also in the organic part of the GAEC standards have been infringed, I and II. Evaluation of economic indicators was also positive, the sales achieved by conventional parts were 22.021 CZK.ha-1 and in the ecology of 21.863 CZK.ha-1. The liquidity of the company for the whole of the reference period amounted to 3,65 and the debt ratio was 26,7%. From the social indicators were monitored, remuneration, working hours, holidays, health and safety at work, employee involvement in company management and social commitment. The values of sustainability was achieved for the rewards for work, vacation and employee involvement. Both parts of the company Jamenská a.s., work well and are sustainable.

Skála, Miroslav ; Douda, Karel (advisor) ; Matasová, Klára (referee)
Landuse efects on the temperature regime of streams with focus on the habitat conditions for Margaritifera margaritifera Summary This bachelor thesis deals with the matter of the freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera). It will describe the main factors affecting its reproduction and presence in the watercourse - the fresh pearl mussel is to be found among the endangered species and its presence and survival in a certain location depend primarily on the hosting fish which is the brown trout here in the Czech Republic. Generally, the main stress lays on the temperature and its influence on the ecology of the freshwater pearl mussel. This thesis contains a research part which describes the freshwater pearl mussel and impacts on it, and a practical part where you can find an assessment of the temperature and qualitative impact on growth and death of the freshwater pearl mussel during bioindications. The temperature influences all age stages of the freshwater pearl mussel. The temperature changes thanks to a variety of different aspects such as surrounding flora in the watercourse, atmospherical factors, anthropogenic activity or altitude. You will be able to find all these aspects along with a percentage of their potential effect on the freshwater pearl mussel in this thesis as well as the assessment of the average summer temperature and its possible impact on any specimen of any stage. The thesis is also based on the impact of surroundings on the freshwater pearl mussel which are discovered during bioindications that are also described here and have been partially used in the appraisal. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the growth and death of the species in the bioindication in five profiles of the watercourse. The third part of the practical thesis is about locations that show surroundings and representation stated components. The reason I included this part is mostly for illustrative purposes which serve to expound the matter to the reader. The used data of components in the locations are from 2012.

Stanovení stravitelnosti organické hmoty metodou „in vitro" u píce odebrané z obnovených travních porostů v průběhu nárůstu 1. seče
Němcová, Petra
My thesis is focused on possible improvement of prediction of net energy lactation (NEL) and net energy fattening (NEV) concentrations by organic matter digestibility (OMD) which is determined by the laboratory method ELOS suitable for routine operations. This should improve current practice when the determination coefficients are taken from the stock-feeding tables. This method of OMD in vitro determination with ANKOM DaisyII Incubator allows serial digestion of more samples in one batch in the fermentation vessel en bloc which significantly decreases laboriousness of operation, filtration is not necessary anymore, and alternatively inoculum can be chosen according to the laboratory potential (rumen juice -- buffer, resp. clean cellulases). Prediction accuracy, when the cellulase preparations made in the Czech Republic with balanced cellulolytic and other activities were used in this experiment, proved to be sufficiently accurate and fully applicable for practical use within a wide range of grass samples. The accuracy of determination of OMD in vitro by ELOS method within values usual for grasses in technical maturity (grazing, conservation), i.e. 60 -- 80, demonstrates results which are practically identical (+-2.43 OMD units) to the Tilley, Terry (1963) method. Specific differences in growth rhythm of 7 tested grasses were stated (P 0.01), and the difference in heading of the earliest grasses (Fl - Hy 'Hykor', FA 'Kora' -- table 5) and late grass (LP 'Kentaur' -- table 5) was 3 weeks. The OMD value decrease is in the average of species, 7 dates of sample collection, two sites and two harvest years 4.44 units, decrease of NEL and NEV values by 0.42 MJ.kg-1 dry matter per week.

Media portrayal of Roma minoritiy in Bulgaria
Petráchová, Zuzana ; Otčenášek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Barkalova, Petya (advisor)
The thesis presents a summary survey of one ofBulgaria's ethnic minority groups, the Romany' s. It represents their language, history and cul ture in general and in Bulgaria specifically. The thesis researches individual groups with the aim of establishing how media presents them and it emulates to find their place and their footing in Bulgaria's majority community. The principal aim of the thesis is to ascertain what the perception is about an ethnic minority in Bulgaria, specifically the Romany's. To an average newspaper reader and whether Romany' s live out on a limb or not. One possibility of finding out what image the media create about Romany' s is to present single surveys, which raise certain subject matter and their consequences .The subsequent comparison distinguishes between surveys made in specific years and assessing if it improved or if the subject matter stay the same. The surveys of different Bulgarian newspapers and joumals use different methods of investigation, but they pursue the same aim - to establish how and why they write about Romany' s, if they speak about them in a positive or negative way, if they present the facts and if they are using derogatory language. The next important part of the thesis is the opinion poll for Bulgarian student s of joumalism, because it is interesting to...

Characteristics of crude protein fractions in ruminant nutrition
KOUKOLOVÁ, Marie
Physiology of nutrition and feeding of farm animals is an essential factor influencing production efficiency and its quality. For these factors is important to provide optimal supply of nutrients by suitable feeds. Felicitous feed ration raise the economic realization of genetic potential of animals. Therefore we have to know the nutritional requirements of animals, including microorganisms, whose function in the diet of cattle is irreplaceable. The aim of this study was to determine the nutritional value of forage and lupine feeds (n = 8) by laboratory methods. Samples were analyzed for individual feed nutrients (crude protein (CP), fat, crude fiber, ash, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL)), gross energy and nitrogen fractions, and the results were statistically processed. Determination of individual nitrogen fractions was according to methods of Licitra et al. (1996). For this purpose were used following laboratory methods: (1) determination of non-protein nitrogen (NPN) (2), determination of soluble nitrogen and protein, (3) determination of nitrogen insoluble in acid detergent (ADIP), (4) determination of nitrogen insoluble in neutral detergent (NDIP). From these were obtained the results of NPN, IP (insoluble protein), SOLP (soluble protein), ADIP (nitrogen insoluble in acid detergent) and NDIP (insoluble nitrogen in neutral detergent). Averaged values (g.kg-1 of dry matter) of were 144.3 for NPN, 97.5 for IP, 78.7 for SOLP, 30.4 for ADIP and 80.3 for NDIP. Nitrogen fractions, i.e. fraction A (nonprotein nitrogen), fraction B1 (rapidly degraded protein), fraction B2 (intermediately degraded protein), fraction B3 (slowly degraded protein) and fraction C (bound protein) were calculated by equations of Ghoorchi and Arbabi (2010). The range of values was from 2.5 to 51.2 % of CP for fraction A, from 13.4 to 20.7 % of CP for fraction B1, from 0 to 19.9 % of CP for fraction B2, from 5.5 to 51.9 % of CP for fraction B3 and from 10.1 to 32.4 % of CP for fraction C.

Financial performance ranking
Čejka, Ladislav ; Neumaierová, Inka (advisor) ; Hájek, Jiří (referee)
The subject-matter of this diploma thesis is a comparison of financial performance of issuers of selected stock titles listed on the official market of the RM-SYSTÉM, česká burza cenných papírů a.s. stock exchange from a potential investor's perspective. The comprehensive comparison of financial performance presented both in the numerical and the graphic form is achieved through the application of the ranking method based on evaluation criteria analysing financial performance in the years 2009 to 2015 with a view of economic power, profitability, stability and investor perspective. The ranking is compiled with the use of each of the evaluation criteria on the basis of weighted average, taking account of the up-to-datedness of the input data of pre-defined materiality coefficients, and on the basis of arithmetic average representing the median value for the calculation of absolute volatility expressed by the standard deviation.
