To some dynamic phenomena in strongly nonlinear parametric systems with split power flow
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
Planetary gear differential systems constitute the basic structureof gearing systems in aircraft and automobile industry. Theinternal dynamic forces can have important signification foroperating safety and reliability in kind of such high powersystems with minimum dimensions. The important function here havee.g. the impact effects in gear mesh, caused by greater dynamicthan static and elastic deformations of gear tooth in mesh and dampinginfluence in all phases of gear mesh.
The integrodifferential theory i the analysis of damping influence of internal dynamic of nonlinlinear parametric systems
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
This contribution deals with the analysis of influence of damping of nonlinear parametrical systems with kinematic couplings - gear teeth. There is used the integrodifferential theory with the E.Schmidt resolvent kernel splitting method as the mathematical method for the analysis of such complicated dynamical problems.
To the analysis of dynamic phenomena in strongly nonlinear systems with kinematic couplings and split power flow
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
High parametric systems with split power flow are often applied in aeronautical industry and in crawler vehicles with restricted leg for power units. The motion in such systems leads by the mass discretisation to the solution of ordinary deterministic nonlinear parametric differential equations with time variable terms. Their solution can be carried out by means of analytical integral methods or by means of numerical methods - computer simulation.
At problems of regular and irregular - chaotic motions in faintly and strongly nonlinear gearing systems
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
The dynamic force is the basis for the minimalization of mass and measures of engineering structures. Gear pair models which mostly approximate the real fact lead to the solution and analysis of nonlinear differential equations with time variable structure.
Damping influence on the qualitative properties of nonlinear systems with parametric nonlinearities
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
The contribution deals with analyzing of influence of damping on qualitative behaviour of nonlinear mechanical systems with kinematic couplings - gear teeth. It is solved the influence of linear and nonlinear cubic damping on regular and irregular m on of chaotic character.
To modelling of phenomenons of internal dynamics of systems with strong non-analytical nonlinearities
Škuderová, Alena
The creation of model of two spur gears with elastic supports so, in order that to waht mostly approximate real fact, was the aim of this work. This model considers the influence of motion in bearings not only at direction of line of mesh, but and at al direction, the damping and periodically variable stiffness into the gear mesh, frictional forces, possibly eccentricity of gears or manufacturing inaccuracy of teeth profile and influences of impacts, caused by existence of backlash.
Integrodifferential equations in analyses of nonlinear parametric equations
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
In this contribution is showed results of the solution of nonlinear parametric systemswith kinematic couplings gain through the method of analytical solution and with numerical simulation.
To issue of tooth backlash in dynamics of aeronautical and mobil gear systems with split power flow
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
In framework of internal dynamics of highparametric gear systems with split power flow the impact effects caused by greater dynamic than static-elastic deformations in the gear mesh have important role. They cause not only the additional dynamic load of gear pairs, but also violation of existence conditions of continuous carrier layer of lubrication. This make possible creation of dry friction in gear mesh with eventuality of self-excited vibrations rise and consequently decrease of gearing service life.
K vlivu zubové vůle a tlumení v zubové mezeře na dynamiku nelineárních parametrických soustav s kinematickými vazbami
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
World state of the art of high-parametric light transmission systems with gear wheels of minimum dimensions of aeronautical and automotive industry leads to constructions with direct and split power flow. The gear backlash in spur gears and damping in tooth spaces significantly influences dynamic properties of such high-speed systems with kinematic couplings.
