Quality assurance system of radiotherapy in the composition of radiology assistant
URBÁNKOVÁ, Veronika
The aim of radiotherapy is the accurate direction of a radiation dose in the defined tumour volume with minimum damage of the health tissue. Development of modern radiotherapeutic equipment provides new therapeutic possibilities, but the excellent operation parameters cannot be fully utilized if there is not reached a high level of accuracy and reliability. This can be reached only by insertion of a programme of quality assurance in radiotherapy that includes not only monitoring of the predetermined quality indicators like e.g in vivo dosimetry and portal indication and further external and internal audits. The aim of this bachelor thesis is increase in quality of health care and safety treatment at departments and clinics of radiation oncology from the position of a radiology assistant. The thesis provides an integrated view of possible methods which can be used as the quality indicators of performed care. Here acquired information can serve as knowledge completion for the existing radiology assistants as well as for new staff training.

Dynamic response of a heavy ball rolling inside a spherical dish under external excitation
Náprstek, Jiří ; Fischer, Cyril
The set of a heavy metallic ball which is rolling freely inside a semispherical dish with larger diameter, being fixed to structure, is frequently used as tuned mass damper of vibration. Ratio of both diameters, mass of the rolling ball, quality of contact surfaces and other parameters should correspond with characteristics of the structure. The ball damper is modelled as a non-holonomic system. Hamiltonian functional including an adequate form of the Rayleigh function is formulated in moving coordinates using Euler angles and completed by ancillary constraints via Lagrangian multipliers. Subsequently Lagrangian differential system is carried out. Together with rolling conditions the governing system of seven equations is formulated. Later Lagrangian multipliers character is analysed and redundant motion components are eliminated. First integrals are derived and main energy balances evaluated together with their physical interpretation. Discussion of basic dynamic properties of the system is provided.

Psycho-social condition of employees of St.Jan N. Neumann Hospice in Prachatice
LEVÁ, Monika
This bachelor work deals with psycho-social condition of people working in the Hospice of St Jan N. Neumann in Prachatice. The work is aimed at hospice workers who are exposed to load situations which are typical for providing accompaniment for the dying. Hospice care needs the admittance of a multidisciplinar team. It requires cooperation of physicians, nurses, hospital attendants, psychologists, socal workers, clergies. Family and volunteers should also be included. The theoretical part is directed at the importance of living stage of the old age and the following death experience, a taboo process associated to death and wrong conception of our society regarding dying process and paliative treatement. It describes the concept and goals of paliative treatment and hospices like taking a dying person out from the false lines. Load situations can essentially influence the formation of the syndrome of burning out. It often leads to disruption of psychical balance, which is usually manifested by change in experiencing, thinking and behaviour as well. Each person is differently immune to load situations, each of us has different frustrating tolelance. The immunity rate depends on internal psychical and external sources of dealing with the situations. The treatment of the syndrome of burning out is not easy and therefore the well-timed recognition of the problem is important. The treatment presents rules of behavior changes and concrete practical measures of its supression. The bachelor work support list practically usable pieces of advice-how to fight with stress of everyday life and how to prevent the syndrome of burning out. The selection of qualitative explorative strategy and a case study is detended in the methodological part of the work. A semi-structural interview is used like the technique of questioning. All data were received by the method of audio recording. The method of coding helped to analyze and divide the received data into categorial and typological clusters. The attention is paid to the characteristics of deliberately chosen case in the Hospice of St Jan N. Neumann and to six respondents who were chosen by the criterial technique. The main explorative question and eplanation of three suplementary explorative questions are mentioned in the ending of the methodological part. MRQ: Which sources and strategies of dealing with load situations help the Hospice workers to maintain and strengthen their psycho social stable condition? The aim of the work was: - Was to break into the depth of the problem, to look for the connection in work and family life of the helping workers. - To analyze the details of load situations which the hospice workers perceive like load ones. - To pay attention to the psychohygiene principles, introvert and external coping sources, which the hospice workers use like prevention against the syndrome of burning out. The empirical part of the work proves the existence and standardization of load situations. The workes intentionally keep the rules of psychohygiene against burnout. They make use of introvert and external sources. The research brings compact reflection of psycho-social condition of the hospice workers. It shows the places, which are suitable to aim at to receive stable psycho-social condition of workers and subsequently the best quality of services. The results can help like valuable information and practical advice for future and contemporary workers in helping professions for keeping stable psycho-social condition.

Changes of body conformation of Old Kladruby horses
KARDOVÁ, Lenka
Horses have been companions to humans for thousands of years, both as work animals and as part of our culture. The Old Kladruber horse is a Czech autochthonous breed included in animal genetic resources. The aim of my thesis was to assess the gradual change in the external features of Old Kladruber horses in the years 1900 2013 in both the colour variants. I focused on 5 body measurements (height at the withers measured by tape, height at the withers measured by stick, girth of chest, girth of bone) collected for 1021 horses registered in the breed registry. The obtained values have been summarized and subsequently statistically and graphically evaluated. The results imply that values of wither height of Old Kladruber horses measured both by tape and stick have been increasing, whereas their weight has slightly dropped. In white horses, the average increase in the tape-measured wither height amounted to 3.5 cm and to 7 cm in black horses. Stick height at the withers has shown an increase ranging between 3 4.7 cm in white horses, while in black horses, the values ranged between 6 10 cm. In stallions, the chest girth was determined at 197.5 cm. White mares had a chest girth of 199.55 cm. Almost identical value, i.e. 198.13 cm, was determined for black mares. The bone girth has remained almost unchanged. A slight decrease was observed in white Old Kladruber horses stallions in the years 1970 2013 by 0.5 cm. This change was most probably caused by the addition of blood of other breeds in the past. A drop in the weight was monitored over the time interval of 1930 2013 and it ranged between 22 kg and 73 kg according to the monitored group. This drop in the weight and increase in the body frame implies a change in the type of the horse, tending rather to the sports type. However, this change can also be affected by the conditions in the environment. Only in unique cases, the values of the variation coefficient in the years 1990 2013 exceeded the limit of 10%. Groups of monitored horses of both colour variants can thus be considered balanced. In the years 1990 2013, several horses of a non-compliant standard height were also included in the breed. This was required as part of the attempt to preserve all of the existing lines and families as well as to keep the coefficient of relationship low.
