This diploma thesis focuse on drafting management strategy in multinational company. This proposal is based on an online store that as a future source for the company ABC business development. This thesis deals with the theoretical description of the logistics approach and its contents, further more it is continues with evaluating the actual state of the company. In conclusion the thesis contains a specific design of e-shop to company should improve its market position.

LOGISTIC CONCEPT FOR VIRTUAL ORGANISATIONS

The thesis addresses the role of logistic concept in a virtual organization. Theory of virtual organization was complemented by a definition of virtuality and a model of virtual organization was created. Two measurable properties of virtual organizations are used for construction of a 2x2 matrix of centralization – integration giving thus clear view of virtual organizations taxonomy. Duality of hierarchic dimension of network structure and layers of the virtual dimension led to a comprehensive description of virtual enterprises with the aid of newly created 3x3 matrix of virtual layer – hierarchy level. Within this framework are interpreted processes in virtual organization during virtual enterprise’s lifecycle. Dynamic restructuring and stability issues are explained with the aid of the matrixes. A consistent approach of presented virtual organization’s theory gives interpretation of emerging logistic concept. The use and application potential of presented theory is exemplified in development of RFID implementation method for virtual organizations. Attention is paid to RFID costs and benefits analysis under condition of virtual organizing.

Creating Logistics Concepts in the Selected Company

This thesis analyzes a logistic concept in the company Autoexpres CZ, s. r. o. It consists from a theoretical part and from an analysis of current situation in the company. In the theoretical part are explained the basic logistic terms. In the analysis of current situation in the company is described a current progress of a contract, an analysis of processes in the company and costs. In the last part of the thesis are final proposals which should help to the better progress of a contract, to save time, costs and to increase satisfaction of a customers and also leadership of the company.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze a specific business process in CeWe Color Company. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and practical parts. In theoretical part are explained the basic concepts and approaches in the field of logistics. The following describes some of the specific elements of the logistics chain – customer service, information system of logistics and the distribution channels. The analytical part focuses on analysis the internal and external environment of the company and describes and analyses the company’s current situation. Current situation is reviewed and shortcomings are identified. At the end of work are proposed the concrete suggestions for improvement, including their benefits and conditions of realization.

This master thesis deals with optimization of storage and transportation processes in the business firm K-elektric, s.r.o.. In the beginning of the thesis I focused on defining logistics and goals of the thesis. The first chapter is about the main processes and conceptions. The second part describes teoretical solution which could show proper way of the solution of suggestion. The third chapter is about characterization and analysis of the firm and surroundings. The fourth chapter dafines problems. The fifth chapter is devoted to suggestion of the solution for optimization. The conclusion of the thesis deals with evaluation of the suggestion. The reader of this master project will gain the basic informations about the logistics in business activity and information about this firm, processes in the storage and transport and will be familiarized with optimization of these processes.
