Analysis of projected common facilities in land adjustment in selected cadastral areas of the district Tábor

This thesis focuses on the analysis of projected common facilities in land adjustment in selected cadastral areas of the district Tabor. For this purpose has been selected three cadastral - Doubí nad Lužnicí, and Božejovice Stoklasná Lhota. In the application part in these territories assessed the status of common facilities (measures to access land, measures for protection of agricultural land, water management measures and measures to protect and improve the environment), both in projection and the actual situation. The results obtained are compared with each other. On the obtained knowledge and information for each land adjustments are recommended proposals for measures of common facilities.

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluatin of elements in territorial systém of ecological stability in the municipality Vojkovice. As a basis of field research were used parts of the existing general plan created in 1997 and proposal for new local plan created in 2009. Thesis itself is focused primarily on mapping and ecaluation of the composing elements in TSES in the cadastral municipality Vojkovice. The main parametes was especially the current composition of woody vegetation and its condition. According to the field research, the actual quality of items was compared with the state described in the cited local plan, and mesures for the improvement of the current function of items TSES were proposed. The results were processed in programme called ArcGIS. The thesis includes the recording sheets of the individual composite elements and their current composition of the vegetation.

Hodnocení skladebných částí územního systému ekologické stability krajiny v okolí bývalého Kobylského jezera

The main aim of this dissertation was maping landscape around the vilage Kobylí. Before 170 year's ago was near of vilage Kobylí huge prehistoric lake. I defined during the maping important segment's, which make ecological network. In some place was create new segment's, like biocenter and biocoridor. For two biocenter's was made budget for realization and maintenance. The result is several map's about maping landscape include information about prehistorical lake. Head subject of this dissertation is issues ecological network and landscape planing. In addition, could be use this work for future territorial plan.

Multi-functionality of the territorial system of ecological stability

This thesis deals with appreciation of the contemporary landscape and the approaches to improve the conditions of sustainability an ecological stability. Currently landscape is increasingly fragmented and thus decreases its ecological stability. Remnants of landscape elements constitutes ecological skeleton, which is the basis of the territorial system of ecological stability (TSES). The aim of the TSES is interconnection of the landscape and increase its ecological stability by using biocenters, bio corridors and interactive elements, which are thanks their multi-functionality in the landscape irreplaceable.

Projekt lokálního biokoridoru č. 17 v k.ú. Tišnov

The project is devided in theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deals with different layout of the corridor according to natural conditions, new Urban development plan and property rights. The locality has been surveyed several times -- first in September 2013 and later in March 2014. The property rights were found out in the Land register. Further information has been gained from new Urban development plan and from the net infrastructure providers. The data has been processed in ArcGIS, LSConventer and USLE2D programme. Location of the corridor was examined in variations -- according to the Urban plan, property rights, soil erodibility and protective zone of infrastructure net. In all versions basic parameters of the corridor such as area, length, width and number of plots were judged. The best corridor location was chosen not only according to the property rights and spatial parameters, but also with regard to aesthetical landscape design. In practical part the chosen version has been transformed to the local green corridor project. Knowledge of the ecological stability territorial system creation from the theoretical part has been applied in the corridor project.

Projekt biocentra v k.ú. Jezernice

Thesis deals with the Project of realization of regional bio-center in the southern part of the cadastral area Jezernice. Main point of this dissertation is the layout plan of bio-center of regional significance on the basis of post conditions, vegetation zones and geobiocenose type. The project was prepared at the request of Agrochov Jezernice Ltd., which owns part of the land and the rest rents from other subjects in order to realize appropriate planting of woody plants and thus allow the inclusion of the land into the countryside and to create nature-friendly and environmentally stable landscape-biotechnical element. This thesis is divided into theoretical part with literature research and possible solutions and into to the practical part, which contains the project itself.

Inventarizace a zhodnocení dřevin v aleji kolem rybníka Naděje

This bachelor thesis was focused on inventory and assessment of trees at two locations in regional bio centre Naděje belonging to ÚSES near the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou. Each tree was evaluated in following aspects: species determination, measurement of denrometetric parameters, health and physiological vitality assessment. The thesis output is represented by a table with planned arboriculture interventions and their financial valuation. Furthermore, a map work at a scale of 1:500 was created and produced a list of inventoried trees position data was produced in WGS 84. The work also deals with the management of inventory areas as a whole

Hodnocení lokálního územního systému ekologické stability okolí Kutné Hory

My bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the local teritorial system of ecological stability (hereinafter TSES) in Kutná Hora surroundings. As a base for field survey TSES framework from 1994 and map sources from the Land register were used. The main focus lied in determination of a current state of TSES. The elements were divided according to the type of TSES to bio-centres and bio-corridors. The results were processed into tables, maps and graphs. The work includes also description of changes in structural elements of TSES since 1994 until now. After the assessment of all the locations it can be concluded that the most of bio-centres and bio-corridors remained unchanged. Major changes lie in the change of the area of bio-centres.

Change of project TSES after land consolidation in the selected area

This thesis deals with the evaluation project changes and development of the territorial system of ecological stability after comprehensive landscaping, particularly in the cadastral territory Dynín. There was made an analysis of TSES elements before landscaping, situation which was made in the comprehensive landscaping and current situation, which was found with detailed reconnaissance in the area. All ganges were in the practical part of the thesis described and compared, possibly were designed improvement measures.
