Solution of soil protection from erosion in model catchment - Malče Budský stream.
RADA, Václav
The aim of this thesis is to assess and evaluate the erosion phenomena at the model catchment of Malče Budský stream. This site is located on the cadastral areas Besednice, Soběnov and Malče. This survey was conducted in aspects of pedology, hydrogeology and climate. Further evaluations were rain amount for the nearest meteorological station, which is located in Soběnov. To evaluate and calculate erosion parameters for a given locality the methods of universal soil loss equation by Wishmeier and Smith and modified universal soil loss equation by Williams and Berndt have been used. The CN method was used for calculations and following evaluation of soil loss. The result of this thesis is designing, generalization and refinement of individual factors in solved area.
Solution of erosion protection at the model basin using mathematical modeling
KŘÍHA, Jan
The contents of this thesis is an examination and assessment of erosion processes in the catchment Budského stream. The area of interest falls into three cadastral territory, Malče, Besednice a Soběnov. Catchment area is 7.1 km2. Integral part of work is the pedological and hydrological research. It was evaluated the impact of waste in the surrounding villages. In the catchment basin, has a significant influence Besednice reservoir. It was assessing its impact on the environment and erosion control functions. Using the acquired information has been calculated N-year water and the amount of drifted soil by Wischmeier and Smith. Another goal is to process this data using software modeling and evaluate output. Against this background and the results are recommended measures to reduce soil loss from these plots.
Resolution of erosion control measures on model catchment using CN method.
NOVÁKOVÁ, Eva
The goal of this thesis is to evaluate erosion processes and runoff conditions in a part of catchment Zubčický potok containing the land arrangement Věžovatá Pláně. I drew up the area description for this catchment in terms of geomorfological, geological, pedological, climatic and phytogeographical aspect. For the evaluation of erosion processes in the solved area was used the universal soil loss equation by Wischmeier and Smith and in the microcatchment was used the CN method. Further, flow conditions was evaluated using Čerkašin equation. The result of this thesis is evaluation of erosion and runoff conditions, concept of erosion control measures and evaluation their impact on erosion and runoff conditions in the microcatchment.
Evaluation of total rainfall influencing erosion flushes in the catchment.
ŠEFL, Jakub
The aim of the thesis is a calculation of erosion flushes of the catchment of Malče - Budský stream. The surveyed stream flows through the Soběnov highland area of Besednice, Malče and Soběnov municipalities. The thesis also describes the water catchment model from pedological, geological and climatological perspective. The main objective is to compare different calculation methods of erosion flushes in the catchment. The comparison covers the Universal Soil Loss Equation by Wischmeier and Smith and the CN (Curve Number) Method, which is used for the total runoff and culminating flow calculation. A modified Universal Soil Loss Equation by Williams and Berndt is used to determine the erosion flushes. The results of both methods mentioned above are compared at the conclusion of the thesis.
Land adjustment evaluation in light of soil protection in Southern Bohemia.
KOULOVÁ, Lucie
Student thesis deals with soil conservation from effects of water erosion. In most territories, where land adjustment were done still, only mild erosion threat was found out and designed against {--} erosive measures were consequently minimal in these areas. There were mostly expulsion of maize from crop rotation, grassing or projection of a new rural road so as it interrupts slope. For example of such land adjustment there was complex land adjustment Vitín adduced and evaluated. Land adjustment Horní Stropnice was chosen for more detailed solution, there was a higher erosion threat found out by calculation of soil transport. The area was split in blocks, in which soiltransport was counted by means of Wischmeier-Smith equation for various values of factor R. Then soiltransport after realization of against {--} erosive measures was counted. Component against {--} erosive measures were evaluated and their execution in terrain was found out. Results show a problem with determination right value of factor R and a fact, that designed against {--} erosive measures stay mostly unimplemented.
Land adjustment evaluation in light of water protection in Southern Bohemia.
FRITSCHOVÁ, Hana
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate effects of natural and human activity on water quality of Budsky stream basin, futher assessing current water protection and proposing improvements in the form of differential protection zones. The basin is located on Besednice, Soběnov and Malče cadastral areas and extands to second grade of a water supply protection zone of Rimov reservoir. During terrain reconnaissance of the area were all the factors that could contribute to impaired quality of water in the basin taken into the account; from point source pollution to signs of erosion on the slopes of the basin. Futhermore the link between agricultural pollution, agricultural land erosion, land consolidation and protection of water was explained. Also pedological, hydrological and climate researches were conducted. The result is a redefined design of the water protection zones in question.
Complex solution of flood protection of Ledenice through drainage conditions adjustment in extraregion
KLHŮFEK, Martin
The work deals with the flooding in the village Ledenice. It examines the history of flooding in this area, their consequences and dealing with protection against them. Assesses flood control measures implemented in the years 1997 - 2010 and their impact on the overall protection of the village Ledenice.
Prehistory and history of human impact on landscape relief: And overview of current directions in the study and the importance of case studies
BUMERL, Jiří
Humans became an important factor in the development of Holocene relief. They began to significantly influence a plant cover and retention of the landscape with the advent of agriculture. The consequences of deforestation and an economic land use on erosion and accumulation processes are evaluated by comparing case studies from areas of Germany, Czech Republic and Poland. The main erosive processes belong to the end of Eneolithic, Late Bronze Age, the end of the Roman Period, and early Middle Ages in the area of interest. On a microscale, a stronger influence of archaeological situations arisen before the start of the erosion events and a substantial reduction of artefacts stored in situ can be expected.
Application of intercropping as a stabilizing element against erosion washes away
KUKAČKA, Vladislav
The thesis was focused on the application of theorethical knowledge about catch crops and their influence on water erosion in practice. Its task is to evaluate the effect of the inclusion of catch crops in crop rotation in light of occurance and extent of water erosion on the example of agricultural enterprise ZEPHYR Františkovy Lázně, s.r.o. The task is also assessment of the possible combinations of crops and catch crops and suggestion for their use in middlegrowth period. The universal equation for calculation of erosion wash by Wischmeier and Smith was used to evaluate and calculate an erosion parameters for a given locality. The result of this thesis is reduction of soil loss by 26 % on lands with catch crop usage as a stabilizing element, compared to the classic conservative rotation of crops.
