The Public Procurement for the Supplies

The thesis deals with the theme of procurement of supplies in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present in the context of legal and economic developments. The current situation is analyzed on the basis of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with monitoring the preparation and adoption of new legislation. Legal issues will be extended by an overview of relevant laws and evaluate the problems in the formation of tender documents for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply and reviewing compliance with the principles of the Act on financial control in public administration. Theme in the application of profiling on public procurement, focusing on a framework agreement designed to capture recurring delivery. The study is supplemented with practical experience in the field of public procurement for the conclusion of framework agreements, provides an analysis of the positive and negative aspects of this method of procurement, including proposed solutions. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of a comparison of the specific tender documents with the statutory legislation, qualitative research and secondary data analysis of tender documents for contracts to supply a valid framework contracts signed by the selected organization in the years 2012-2016.

The introduction of quality management system according to ISO 9001

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě.
In the theoretical part of the work I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis.
The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.

Classification of brownfields of MEP Ostrov for procurement of Municipal Planning Analytical Documents

The aim of this thesis is to gain an insight into the concept of brownfields and
to allocate the underused locations in the district of Ostrov in the Region of Karlovy Vary, which includes 14 municipalities. This study is based on the findings
and experience of Czech and foreign authors who deal with this issue.
The literature review presents some examples of successful case studies, which made use of brownfields in the Region of Karlovy Vary. Additionally, it examines
some new project proposals which are awaiting their approval in the town of Ostrov focusing on the financial support in the current programme period.
Furthermore, this thesis focuses on the issues of underused locations recorded
in the territorial analytical documents of the town of Ostrov in comparison with the results of a field survey, which was carried out in 14 locations in the district
of Ostrov.
The findings and outcomes of this thesis can be used in a proposal of unified classification system of underused locations, in the acquisition of new territorial analytical documents of the town of Ostrov and while compiling further related documents of the Karlovy Vary Region.

Analysis of the financial funds drawing to improve of the forestry infrastructure

In the program period 2007-2013 the area of forestry subsidies is divided into several operations. Operation of financing the forest roads is socially the most beneficial one and therefore I decided to perform analysis of subsidies money from EU funds so that in the next period the finances could be distributed in better and more efficiently way. The starting point of the research is analysis of documents and data provided by SZIF, ÚHUL and published on the internet PRV 07-13 under operation 1.1.2.3 Forest infrastructure. The result is a synthesis of data in numerical and graphical form about the size of investments per hectare PUPFL and m LDS in every NUTS 2 region for all rounds income subsidies.

Regional Policy and its Role in Development of Pardubický Region

The Czech Republic through its European Union membership obtains a possibility at development projects to draw on financial support from the European funds. This diploma thesis deals with the regional policy in context of the European funds and the regional policy effect on the Pardubice Region development. The Regional policy (including its principles, tools and targets) and an evaluation of draw on possibilities of European subsidy instruments for regional development (in framework of Regional Operation Programmes) are described in the first part of the thesis. The second (main) part deals with an analysis of the projects realized in particular counties of the Pardubice Region during programme period 2007 2013. This analysis is realized with theoretical and practical experiences and based on available data and documents from Regional Council NUTS 2 Northeast. The main part of the thesis also contains a particular projects comparison based on information which had been obtained in interview with managers of the projects. This comparison gives information related to the impact on regional policy in the Pardubice Region.

Activities of nonprofit organizations focused on education

The goal of this final bachelor s work is to map the position of public libraries (as significant representatives of non-profit organisation) and their activities in adult education.
The theoretical part deals with the need of lifelong learning in contemporary society, introduces documents that belong to the base of work domain of public libraries and the concepts of public libraries for the next period.
It zooms in on the current activities of libraries in adult education, options for different activities in libraries in adult education in contemporary society.
The practical part focuses on Municipal Library of Prague and its educational activities for adults. I was allowed to do my practise work there, participate in some events and conduct a survey, that became basis for an educational program for adults.

Web application development with modern technologies

This thesis covers the development of web applications with modern programming languages and technologies.
The objective of thesis is the research and analysis of modern technologies and subsequent selection of particular programming languages, frameworks and database for development of web application applying those techniques.
Based on analysis of modern trends I chose the following technologies: backend development using popular Spring framework based on Java EE, frontend implementation using one of the most widespread scripting languages JavaScript and its known framework AngularJS developed by Google. For data persistence I chose NoSQL database MongoDB. I provided detailed documentation of each implementation step: project definition, requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing.

Individual production of caravan

The topic of this thesis is individual construction of the O1 category caravan on
mass produced cargo trailer chasiss. For simplifying administrative processes, the whole
construction is done as a rebuild. Thesis is about workflow of construction, legislative
requirements and documents that need to be present to all neccesary autorities. In thesis the
whole idea of building a caravan is covered. It starts from documentation, then buing of mass
produced chasiss is described, the build itself is described and in the end there is information
about registering of completed caravan according to czech law 56/2001 Sb. - o podmínkách
provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích (law about requirements for road driven
vehicles). In the thesis the choice of ideal mass produced chasiss is described, materials used
for construction are defined and necessary homologated parts needed for legal registration are
labeled.

Potential of sustainable development of the Village

This thesis analyzes the sustainable development strategy focusing on the environmental pillar and the subsequent evaluation of the implementation of environmental sustainability in Kladno. The main aim was to evaluate the active and environmental policy perspective of the city.
In the theoretical part are described various laws, documents and instruments relating to environmental policy and sustainable development. The thesis is talking about the area of interest, its historical development, demography, environment, social and cultural fields.
Using concrete examples it is recommended how the environmental management of Kladno could proceed in the future. The proposed recommendations are a result of analysis of all available information which include the needs and requirements of city residents.It is important to update Strategy of environmental policy and introduction of activities from the Sustainable Development Strategy SO ORP Kladno in to practise. Improving of public services and community cohesion. Establishment of school forums in primary schools.
The final part contains the results of a field survey. Questionnaires were handed and collected in combination with controlled interviews.
