1 Final inspection approval of construction programme de lege lata, de lege ferenda Abstract This master thesis aims on providing a comprehensive overview of an issue regarding the final inspection approval of construction programme and identification of errors associated with the current legal regulation of final inspection approval by Act No. 225/2017 Coll., and providing de lege ferenda proposals and answering question, whether the process is actually being simplified and accelerated, as declared the explanatory memorandum to the amendment to the Building Act No. 225/2017 Coll. compared to the state before. The master's thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one aims on legal sources governing the issue of construction law. The most important legislation concerning the issue is listed. Second chapter determines basic concepts contained in the Building Act associated with final inspection approval, which are necessary for understanding of this master thesis content. These concepts are structure, developer, part of the structure, temporary structure, change of the finished structure, or general conditions for construction. Environmental protection within specific proceedings pursuant the Building Act

Environmental protection within specific proceedings pursuant the Building Act Unrestrained construction activity damages natural resources and diverse environmental components in irreversible or in difficult-to-repair ways, thereby further thwarting thriving or even surviving of the World population. In the Czech legal system, the regulatory measures of administrative bodies, along with the participation of the affected stakeholders, contribute to the environmental protection of the individual development project. This dissertation examines the methods, means, and tools of environmental protection within the framework of designated proceedings regulating the construction. Specifically, it analyzes the possibilities of implementing protective environmental measures within the construction-permitting procedures enshrined in the provisions of Sections 103 to 117 of the Building Act. Five construction-permitting regimes are examined separately: the building permit process; notification; public law contract; notification with certificate of the authorized inspector and projects requiring neither building permit nor notification. Building law environmentalisation - status quo and perspectives

The dissertation deals with a phenomenon called building law environmentalisation. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the basic factors leading to the entry of environmental influences into the processes of public building law on the basis of legal regulations, doctrinal opinions and very extensive case law of the administrative courts. The main content of the thesis is the analysis of these factors and the subsequent generalisation of the conclusions of the analysed phenomenon. The thesis answers the question: what is the extent to which is the current public building law influenced by "environmental acts"? Thus what does specifically influence the processes of public building law by environmental law and what is the extent of this influence? The text of the dissertation is divided into seven chapters. The first three of them can be perceived as a gradually concretized general framework of the problem, from the initial facts about the EU legal requirements, through the basic characteristics of the building law to the detailed analysis of the individual administrative tools ("final" administrative acts) of building law. The next three chapters are devoted to the detailed examination of mechanisms for assessing and taking into consideration the interests of environmental protection in "decision-...
Public participation in land-use planning

1 Abstract This thesis analyzes and describes legal possibilities, which are given to the public for participation in land-use planning. The aim of this thesis is to reach to conclusion, if the public can, as one of the subjects of land-use planning, play a crucial role in this matter or if her role is rather marginal. The author firstly defines the basic terms as "public" and "land-use planning". Besides, he outlines the issue of the status of environmental associations, which is one of the main topics of this thesis. Subsequently, he categorizes land-use planning tools into conceptional and implementation tools. Further, he continues with basic characteristic of individual tools and their mutual relations. For each tool, he describes its function, content and typical features. In following chapters, author detailly describes and analyzes concrete public possibilities, means and tools for participation in land-use planning. He always doing so in the relation to specific land-use planning tools. The analysis is not limited only to the current state of legislation, but also examines its development since the adoption of the Building Act in 2007. Development of urban planning documents in the selected location

This thesis deals with the development of urban planning documents and documentation in chosen location. Holubov is a village of central importance situated between České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. The aim of the thesis is to collect and analyze urban planning data. The first part contains the definition of urban planning, the objects and tasks of urban planning, its historical development and the law regulations that the urban planning over the years has followed. The practical part describes the village, the surroundings of the village and its historical formation. In the next part this thesis deals with the description of individual urban plans and their comparison in a uniform comparative scale.

This thesis deals with development of urban planning in selected municipality. As a location was selected city Sezimovo Ústí. In the first part of this thesis was descibed history of urabyn planning, it's definition, forms, legislation and the proces of urban planning. The second part deals with a description of the chosen area, also with a description of individuals urban plans and their mutual comparison. At the end were designed changes and modifications of a valid urban plans.
