Využívání platebních karet v České republice

This master thesis called Usage payment cards in the Czech Republic is focused on quantitative assassment of the progression of payment cards in our country. The first part of thesis contains information about thein origin, history and also division and requirements of payment cards. The second part is devoted to methods for time series analysis of number of cards, number of transaction and their volume. They are used the data from the Czech Bank Cards Association with quarterly character. The thesis examines occurence of structural breaks in time series. Then there are factors that influence the payment cards, forecasting of future time series values and comparison of the using payment cards in the Czech Republic and in the other countries of European Union.

Komplexní demografická analýza města Nového Města na Moravě

The Diploma thesis deals with complex demographic analysis of Nové Město na Moravě in 2005-2015. There was analyzed a position of the administrative district of municipality with extended authority Nové Město na Moravě under the terms of administrative districts of municipalities with extended authority of Vysocina region and the position of Nové Město na Moravě under the terms of administrative district of the municipality with extended authority Nové Město na Moravě. Crucial analytical part includes analysis of the major demographic indicators: age and sex structure of population and processes of dynamics as birth rate, abortion rate, marriage rate, divorce rate, mortality and migration. Next, there was made analysis of population by educational stages, nationality and religion. Through extrapolation has been made prediction of demographic development until 2020. There were also suggested measures that could mitigate the negative development of certain indicators, primarily the population decline and aging.

Repiská, D. Factors influencing sales in legal and accounting services in the Czech Republic. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors and subsequent quantification of their impact on sales in the field of legal and accounting services in the Czech Re-public. The selection of appropriate factors is made on the basis of literature re-view, which deals with similar research, especially in the field of services and ac-tivities of small and medium-sized enterprises. The assessment of the suitability of selected factors is performed by regression analysis using the OLS method, the outputs of which are used to predict sales for the next 2 years of the time series. Part of the outputs of this work is to create a recommendations for companies that operate in the examined sector.

Predikce a optimalizace reálných dat pomocí algoritmů umělé inteligence

This dissertation thesis deals with the prediction and optimization of real data using artificial neural networks methods in decision-making. Usage of artificial neural networks includes finding of various suitable types, topologies and learning algorithms of artificial neural networks to solve prediction of real-world data sets. Optimization solutions in the context of work focused on neural networks used in topology optimization learning algorithms and neural networks own calculation. The first part is a summary of current trends in applications development and the utilization of artificial neural networks. The review of the literature is the selection of the most common models of artificial neural networks for prediction of real data needs. Subsequently, the implementation of the defined application of artificial neural networks in support of decision-making process is made. On the basis of determining the value of the decision making process are defined methods for prediction of real data using classical methods. As classical methods are considered methods of statistical prediction models for time series. After that, the methods of artificial neural networks and their application on prediction task are described. In the next part, experiments involving the choice of type, topology, learning algorithms and optimization possibilities of artificial neural networks is tested on real-world data sets. The implementation presents the prediction of selected real-world economic values; namely a set of household expenditures and goods transport is used. Results obtained with artificial neural networks are compared with real value of the index and also with selected models of statistical time series prediction results.

Analýza demografického vývoje mikroregionu Ostrožsko-Veselsko

This diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the number and structure of the selected population segment and on the demographic dynamics trend of the microregion Ostrožsko-Veselsko in between the years 2001 and 2011. These demographic indicators were analysed as follows: natality, abortion rate, mortality, marriage rate, divorce rate, migration and total growth. Any trends of the selected demographic indicators were predicted by using an appropriate trend function for upcoming 5 years ending. The reason for choosing this topic is the absence of any more detailed analyses of the microregion development strategy, so this thesis can be used as a base for its formulation in the future.

Vývoj nákladů na knihovní fond a jejich souvislost s registrovanými čtenáři vybrané knihovny

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of development of costs of the library fund and development of number of registered readers in a selected library from 1999 to 2014. Possible influence between observed variables is verified. The theoretical part describes sources of financing in libraries. Another section explains methods of time series and regression analysis. The practical part of the thesis evaluates the development of time series and it also determines the predictions for 2015. Possible influence between the number of readers and the costs of the library fund is investigated at the end of the practical chapter.

Vliv rostoucího trendu počtu studentů vysokých škol na trh práce v ČR a SR

Kavoň, F. Impact of the increasing trend in the number of university students on the labour market in Czech republic and Slovak republic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2013. A theoretical part of the thesis contains definitions of frequently used terms such as education, demography and labour market. The theoretical section also includes the procedure containing explanation of basic econometric terms and relations, thus helping to process the practical part of the thesis. First chapter of above mentioned practical part of the thesis contains regress analysis describing the dependency between observed data. Second, core chapter of the practical part contains the development of time series of individual observed parameters. There is also prediction allowing results derivation of performed analysis. Thesis conclusion and discussion contains a comparison of analysis results with proposals of individual ministries of education regarding functioning and further development of secondary-school and academic education. It contains also proposals and recommendations for achieving an optimal development of educational system on secondary and tertiary level.

Analýza dynamiky obyvatelstva Jihočeského kraje v letech 2005-2017

Kočová, Š. Analysis of population dynamics in the South Bohemian Region in years 2005–2017. Bachelor’s thesis, Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the analysis and development of selected indicators of dynamics in the South Bohemian Region in years 2005–2017. The thesis analyzes indicators of mortality, birth rates, abortion, marriage, divorce rate, immigration, emigration, migration growth, natural growth, and total growth. For the above-mentioned indicators, the prediction was calculated by 2020 using an appropriate trend function. The observed results show a fluctuating development trend for all indicators. Mortality and birth rates have a growing tendency. On the contrary, the indicators of abortion, marriage rates and divorce rates are rather declining. Natural growth has a decreasing trend as well as migration and total growth.

Dynamika spotřebitelských a hypotečních úvěrů poskytnutých domácnostem

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current market of consumer and mortgage loans in the Czech Republic. There is first compared the use of various types of loans by banking and non-banking institutions. The description of the dynamics of consumer and mortgage loans provided by banks to households follows. The thesis also deals with the impact of macroeconomic indicators on the volume of loans and the impact of the volume of consumer loans on consumption expenditure of households. There is primarily used time series analysis and correlation analysis, most of the data comes from a database of the Czech National Bank.
