Language of SMS and French as a foreign language

in English with English title of the thesis: Language of SMS and French as a foreign language The central topic of the thesis is the language of short text messages (SMS) and/or the one of chat and their application in teaching of French as a foreign language (fr. abbreviation F.L.E., français langue étrangère). The aim is to answer the question so as to how to grasp linguo- didactically this modern sociolect of young users (not only) of French, typical of written communication via digital technologies, with the purpose of the purely practical use in the classes of French. Firstly, a linguistic description will be given in order to understand the mechanisms of the explored language code not only in French, but also partly in Czech and English, as well as the determination of the position of the SMS language as a socio-cultural phenomenon in the present-day French. The following research will be dealing with the identification and the analysis of the teaching activities using the SMS language found in approximately fifty text books of French intended for the learners of levels A1, A2, B1, B2. Volunteering for seniors from the perspective of young volunteers

This thesis is focused on the study of volunteering for seniors from the perspective of young volunteers. There is paid a significant attention in the theoretical and empirical parts to the motivations for involvement in volunteering. Obtained from respondents data imply benefits and complications described and grouped in the Research results part. Another area of research are relationships with volunteers' own grandparents; their influence on the decision to start volunteering and on the development of a relationship with the client. Přínos zavedení modelu manažerského účetnictví pro SME zabývající se zemědělskou činností

The diploma thesis deals with creation of a model of managerial accounting in agriculture and evaluation of the benefits from it. The theoretical part deals with the essence and functions and describes the general procedures for creating the management accounting model. In the next part, the literary research deals with the specifics typical for agriculture and small and medium-sized agricultural holdings. The research of inhouse accounting in the agricultural enterprises follows the theoretical part for the practical. The practical part of the thesis is based on research and a suitable model for agricultural production. Within the application part, the model is verified on a typical production enterprise characteristic for the Olomouc Region. The suitability of the model is verified after the application together with the quantification of the potential costs. The benefits for the accounting unit and the general benefits are assessed as well.

In this paper, currently used IS in this company is analysed and improvements based on selection of new information system are proposed. Nástroje manažerského rozhodování v praxi: Cost-benefit analýza projektu výstavby ČOV a kanalizace

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of public projects. The first part of the thesis describes the groups of tools used to evaluate public projects and focuses specifically the cost-benefit analysis tool. In the next part, the cost-benefit analysis is applied to a public project of municipal sewerage and wastewater treatment plant and calculates the outcomes of project that are further discussed. The last part of the thesis compares Cost-benefit analysis approach with Operational Program Environment approach.

Globální rozvojové vzdělávání v českých školách

This bachelors thesis examines the educational processes, global education. The aim of this paper is to convey the experiences of lecturers from the non-profit organization ADRA with programs targeting global education. The first theoretical chapter provides the definitions of the basic concepts and describes the main principles and goals of global education. Next, the main areas of study are examined, concentrating on the ways in which these are being incorporated into the curricula across Czech educational institutions. This thesis introduces the most prominent organisations and institutions in the Czech Republic, focusing on the non-profit organization ADRA. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on the evaluation of global education in the CR by the Czech Inspectorate of Education. Through an analysis of data obtained from interviews with lecturers from Opravdový svět, the practical part examines the lecturers motivation as well as their contribution and position with the students over the course of the class. The analysis also serves to illuminate the lecturers perspective on the overall climate of global education in the CR. Throughout the evaluation, the possible pitfalls and difficulties are stressed and discussed.

Vykazování výsledku hospodaření dle české právní úpravy účetnictví a IFRS

Diploma thesis is focused on the area of the Income statement format under Czech law in comparison with the requirements of IFRS. It includes analysis of major regulations that deal with financial results and general definition of profit or loss. There are included alternative views of the profit in the form of classical balance theories. The practical part consists of comparing the Income statement format according to Czech legislation in accordance with IFRS for the particular case of an existing company, which reported accounting to both systems. There are analysed the various parts of the economic results in this two concepts and there are explained the main causes that have an impact on the presentation of different amounts of profit in the period.

Zkušenosti dobrovolníků v uprchlických táborech: případové studie Bosny a Hercegoviny a Srbska

This bachelor thesis is devoted to volunteering in refugee camps in Bosnia and Herze-govina and Serbia. The main aim of the thesis is to describe experiences of the volun-teers who, through the Czech organisation Pomáháme lidem na útěku, worked in the refugee camps as humanitarian workers. In the theoretical part, the thesis offers defini-tions of basic terms and explains the concept of volunteering. Subsequently, the Euro-pean Migration Crisis is briefly described together with its causes, course and impact on individual countries situated on the Balkan Migration Route, which concludes the theoretical part. In the practical part, the motivation, experiences and benefits in the personal and professional life of individual volunteers, through structured interviews, are ascertained. The analysis of inter-views also examines the view of volunteers on the topic of refugee crisis and also how this topic is perceived from their perspective within the Czech society.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a business company using Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part of the thesis defines important theoretical knowledge taken from scholarly literature, which forms the necessary basis for the following parts. The analytical part is used to introduce the business company and perform strategic analysis. The obtained values and knowledge are then applied in the design part of the work. The design part focuses on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model in a business company and the design of other recommendations that enable performance increase and competitive market position improvement.
