Analyse of factory management in selected company, analyse is focused on possibilities of procedural control

My graduations theses is focused on a problem of production management in selected plant and on exercise of process under control . At the beginning there is an explanation of a competition and its ifluence on business strategy. Next I described logistical processes and a competition among them. For describing the company{\crq}s situation I used economic and productive counts: changes of quantity and price of products in year 2006 compared with year 2005. Next description was company´s organization structure together with a reliability of officers. Then I used SWOT analyse for pointing at weaknesses of company, that the company have to make less important by its strengths and at the same time to be prepared for opportunities and threats sequent upon a competition. My graduation theses contains a description of main companys´ processes since order processing to supplying and raw material suppliers at the end. Real choice and rating of supplier is described in the model situation. Next I was concerned with a production, its organizations, scheduling and production control. Last but not least I was concerned with a stocking and expedition. A distribution is last logistic process in organization. I described Czech and foreign logistic processes too. In fine I assessed economic situations, main company{\crq}s processes and present managerial structures.
The traffic control and a products storage in logistical chains, expecting the adjustment of the temperature for a goods

The thesis is focusing on the traffic control and products storage in logistic chains in a company that has been chosen. The concept of a competition and the importance of logistic in a transport is explained in a introduction. I have described further the logistic chains, the problems and their resolution. The description of the main processes in the factory from a purchase, a production and a distribution of milk and milk products are a part of this thesis. Description of the milk collection to the dairies , its processing and storage up to expedition. The relationships of a delivery , the process of order, the distribution and supply are mentioned. I have pointed on a cohesion of all partnerships of Madeta Group, Inc. and I have described the organisational structure in the factory together the responsibilities of a leadership workers. The work is specialised on current situation in a factory as well- the milk prices, an export of material to Germany, a limitation of a production and a closing of a branches, growth of a prices of the butter and evaluation of the situation. The evaluation of a whole company, economic situation and valuation of logistic mentioned company are a conclusion of this thesis.
Neuropteroidea and Mecoptera of the Bohemian Forest

General information is given on the current status of knowledge of Neuropteroidea and Mecoptera in the Czech Bohemian Forest (Šumava Mts.), especially in peatbogs. In the Bohemian Forest, 2 species Megaloptera, 6 species of Raphidioptera, 48 species of Neuroptera (Coniopterygidae 10 species, Osmylidae 1 species, Sisyridae 2 species, Hemerobiidae 22 species, Chrysopidae 12 species and Myrmeleontidae 1 species) and 4 species of Mecoptera are known. The most common species are: Hemerobius pini, Conwentzia pineticola, Coniopteryx pygmaea Wesmaelius quadrifasciatus and Chrysoperla carnea.The species importatnt for the nature conservation and biological diversity are: Phaeostigma major, Puncha ratzeburgi, Aleuropteryx loewii, Coniopteryx esbenpeterseni, Parasemidalis fuscipennis, Osmylus fulvicephalus, Sisyra terminalis, Wesmaelius ravus, Micromus lanosus, Sympherobius pellucidus a Myrmeleon formicarius.
