Creating of a mobile application for a hostel

The result of this bachelor thesis is a mobile application for a hostel that supports communication between demand and supply. In theoretical part are made analyses of different digital tools that are currently used. The application is developed as a tool to facilitate customers communication with the hostel. The application can be used as a guide in the city. Supported languages are Czech, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Croatian and Georgian. The mobile application was developed in development environment Android Studio and was programmed in Java programming language. On the end of the thesis summarize of the work is done and recommendations for the future evolve are advised.

Možnosti podnikání v maloobchodě v Nedvědici

This bachelor thesis portrays business opportunities in retail trade in assortment of foods, chemical goods, household items, gardening supplies and building materials in the town of Nedvědice. The theoretical part provides insight related to retail and retail networking, the classification and the location of retail units, and also about consumer goods and retail communication with customers. The thesis characterizes business in the defined range of goods and the retail business under the Trade Licensing Act. The analysis of the present state of selected retail stores in the town of Nedvědice is further described in the practical part of this thesis. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, business plan for setting up a retail unit with an assortment of building materials is processed, and also measures for its implementation are suggested. The findings are summarized in the closing part of this bachelor thesis.

Nové trendy v oblasti retail

This bachelor thesis describes the behaviour of consumers in a retail market and perception of tools in marketing communication. The frequency of shopping and preference in decision concerning retail chain is investigated. In addition, main factors affecting consumers in shopping behaviour are indentified and the influence and attitude of consumers to single tools of marketing communication are evaluated. Based on results investigated through questionnaire research, economically suitable recommendations for retail subjects are provided.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021 The aim of this bachelor thesis is to suggest what approaches in the management of teachers are applied at the secondary vocational school OA and SZdŠ Blansko. A questionnaire survey will find out the approaches of school management to teachers. According to the obtained results, leadership procedures will be proposed, which will lead to improve school management. In the theoretical part, there will be described the basic criteria of successful leadership according to used professional literature. The area of evaluation of public administration organizations will be discussed in more detail, specifically the CAF evaluation model, which will be the basis for the creation of practical research of the bachelor thesis. In the practical part, there will be performed quantitative research, based on five criteria of the CAF model. With the help of questionnaires survey, it will be found the attitude towards school management (mostly teachers), both from the position of school management and from the position of teachers.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of relationships in the workplace with a fo-cus on the negative factors and phenomena that affect these relationships. It identifies factors that have influence on interpersonal relationships in the workplace. The theoretical part deals with communication, division of labor relations, negative behavioral manifestations and connection of interpersonal relations and regional deve-lopment. The practical part is made by observing the behavior of the respondents and then qualitative investigation by means of in-depth interviews. The research analyzes relationships at two selected workplaces and at different working positions.

Závislost adolescentů na sociální síti Facebook

This thesis deals with addictions among adolescents on the social network Face-book. The aim of the thesis is to identify the symptoms of the Facebook addiction between adolescents at the selected school. The main methodological instrument was a questionnaire survey, which found out that nearly one quarter of adolescents spend almost the entire day on Facebook, and further nearly double number of adolescents (44 %) spend more than 6 hours on Facebook, where mostly communicate with friends. In conclusion, there were proposed some recommendations for teaching prac-tice of the selected school addressing the Facebook addictions.
