Analysis of economical efficiency of Rural development program subsidies in selected agriculture business

The essence of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of investments supported from the Rural Development Programme in the selected farm. A number of investments has been solved now, some practical highest investment firm, to invest in biogas. The evaluation of investment effectiveness were compared assumptions when planning an investment of information resulting from the two-year service biogas. It was also based on selected indicators, assess the implementation of the objectives and programs.

The use of subsidies by the RDP Axis III, measure 2 for the development of South Bohemian Region

This thesis addresses the highly topical theme of rural development through the use of EU funds. The main task of this thesis was to analyze the specific conditions of agri-environmental measures in the South Region and their evaluation based on projects financed by the Rural Development Programme Czech Republic. This thesis focused on the use of the Rural Development Programme, Axis III, measure 2, the development of rural areas in the South region and includes a comparison of the situation in the South Region with the national development in this area.

National Strategic plan in the fisheries in the Czech Republic

In this work there are described basic characteristics of Czech fisheries and aquaculture. There are introduced the main matters concerning of ties and interconnection of the Czech fisheries sector to the European structures. In relationship on this is entertain about Common Fisheries Policy that is the basic instrument for direction fisheries and aquaculture in the European union and whose principles are realized in practical running of member states. Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) is realized since 2007 for period 2007 - 2013 by helping a new financial instrument European Fisheries Fund (EFF). It is realized in the Czech Republic and in others members states by helping National Strategic Plan and especially then Operational Programme. These documents approved by the European Commission established goals, axes, priorities and intentions of their basis and in compliance with goals of Common Fisheries Policy are realized subsidies for the Czech fisheries sector. In practical part of this work are analyzed the usage and the impacts foregoing and actual subsidies for fisheries sector by European Union. Individual programmes are compared according to overall allocation and real rate of its utilisation.

Approaches to the Formation of Regional Development Strategies, as demonstrated on an example of Micro-region "Zalesi" and of the town of Humpolec (a Comparative Analysis)

The bachelor´s thesis, with the title "Approaches to the Formation of Regional Development Strategies, as demonstrated on an example of Micro-region "Zalesi" and of the town of Humpolec (a Comparative Analysis)", consists of two parts. The first part called the Strategic plans in the territorial planning discloses strategic plans and strategic planning, i.e. how the strategic plans are being purchased, what are their structure, and their follow-up realization, monitoring and updating. The second part called the comparison of the Strategic plans in the region "Humpolecko" is actually already focused on three selected strategies created in terms of the town of Humpolec and communities falling within its municipality. They consist of the Strategic plan concerns the Development of the town of Humpolec, The Strategy of the Development of the Micro-region "Zalesi", and the Strategic Plan LEADER - "Humpolecko". Its goal is to comparatively analyse some parts of all of the selected strategic plans.

VAT issues in respect to municipalities

The primary objective of this thesis is to assess the impacts of VAT on municipal economy, to determine when it is advisable for a municipality to become a VAT payer and how the VAT payership affects the municipality{\crq}s income, and what the associated rights and obligations are. Based on an analysis, we review Municipality ``X{\crqq} that registered for VAT voluntarily on July 1, 2004 and Municipality ``Y{\crqq} that only became a VAT payer beginning January 1, 2009. According to the information revealed, the VAT registration associated financial benefits for Municipality X were closely connected with its financial investments made with the assistance of received subsidies and capital investments into property. Compared to Municipality X, the implications are that Municipality Y would have not benefited from becoming a voluntary VAT payer. The anticipated financial effect would have been neutral. At present, we can state that the greatest financial benefits for municipalities under the VAT scheme arise from investments into the renovation, repairing work or construction of water-supply and public sewer systems provided that the municipality operates or lets it on lease to another VAT payer.

The income situation of selected municipality in less favourable conditions

The thesis is focused on analysis of income situation of municipality in less favourable conditions. Municipality with smaller number of inhabitants are always dependent on tax revenue, which however are not sufficient for refundment of necessary expenditure. Then therefore to didn't have to happen to abridgement expenditure areas conversely could be assure development, must municipality search other ways and means of income in his budget. Requisite development conditions of municipality so will prevent departure young people to town conversely attract inhabitants to country. Mostly exploited possibility by all the municipality is increment of income by the help of subsidies or grants. This possibility is supported by the state, which offers by means of individual ministry different grant programs. Important providers became individual regions. The South Bohemia region offers to all his municipality possibility derive from different subsidy and grant programme.

Financing of municipalities in France

This thesis deals with funding methods of municipalities in France. The first part of this thesis is theoretical, it introduces fundamental terms and theories, regarding funding of municipalities, problems of budget setting and components, which can form revenue side of the budget. At the beginning of the second part I introduce the structure of municipalities in France. The main objective of this thesis is detailed characterization of revenues, that these municipalities collect, and their subsequent analysis. For this reason I answer these questions: What revenue sources are collected by municipalities, what are the most important revenue sources, how individual revenue sources evolve over time, whether there is in this country the tendency to strengthen the financial autonomy of municipal authorities or rather the state tends to finance municipal authorities through subsidies. At the end of this thesis, I have compared the system of municipal financing in France and in the Czech Republic and made some recommendations, how could the Czech system be reformed.
