Bachelor thesis deals with design of timber frame house, for the purposes of the fi-ve member family. The project is treated, as a two storey building with a footprint in the shape of the letter L. Whereas that the thermal insulations will be applied in the con-struction, is in the firs part processed the survey of thermal insulating materials located currently on the market. Further is described the proposed system of wooden frame con-structions and selected four companies devolve in the realisation of the frame of timber houses in the Czech Republic. For these companies is evaluated the composition of the peripheral wall and calculated heat transfer coefficient for the final variant. Part of the work is carried out the gross calculation of the house and made the project documen-tation.

This thesis describes the design of wooden buildings house, whose layout corresponds to the size requirements of the four/five person family. The main objective is the development of technical documentation for realization wooden building system frame construction. The work is divided into text and section drawings. In the text part, we focus on the structural system of wooden frame. Further to the proposal of the building envelope system diffusion open structure. For each construction envelope is made of heat-technical assessment. The work is completely processed and architectural layout wooden buildings. The last part is focused on determining the gross price of the house. Drawing section contains both drawings needed for building permits and manufacturing documentation for implementation of wooden buildings house.

The work is focused on appraisal of properties perimeters walls of family house from the point of view of requirements of thermal protection buidlings. It is based on authentic project of house at first and originals structures of perimeters walls. It focuses on a calculation and subsequent comparison to value thermal transmittance U with values set by the norm. In the next part of this work is design typical log house and two low-energies buildings, one type of frame construction and the second type of log construction. After that execute a calculation thermal transmitance U of perimeters constructions projected structures and its appraisal. After that, work sets price of used materials of square metr of full perimeter wall and compares individuals walls among themselves financially and energy.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a wooden building, which will be used for recreational purposes, and it will also be inhabitable for the whole year. The introductory part focuses on already realized wood buildings for recreational purposes. The architectural design of the recreational building is devised in the theoretical part, including a detailed description of the selected structural system and a description of materials, which will be used for the aforementioned building. For the layers of perimeter construction, there is an assessment of the thermal protection aspect. At the end of the thesis, economic aspects are shown. The thesis also contains a technical report, an accompanying report and basic drawings with added drawings of specified structural details.

The thesis is focused on the construction of garret in the building of elementary school. The school construction is two-storey with planned garret. The school is currently used by 125 children. Thesis deals with the designing of project documentation, construction modifications, demolition of the roof construction and the creation of usable garret above the second floor. Then timber frame and brick variants will be compared and evaluated. In the thesis will be included especially a schematic plans of current storeys, current views and photos. The construction will fulfill all valid standards and regulations.

The thesis deals with the issue of thermal-technical assessment of new building of family house which is going to be built in the near future, based on provided documentation. Considering the building system, it is a wooden house, which is going to be realized through a "balloon frame" method. The goal of this thesis is to propose suitable composition of individual constructions, to asses them and to develop basic construction details of them which will be evaluated based on internal surface temperature and linear thermal transmission. Based on intermediate results the thermal loss of the family house will be calculated which is a crucial input for proposal of the heating system. Another part focuses on proposing of controlled ventilation system and creating energy performance certificates of the building.

Work focuses on developing the structural design of two wooden buildings bungalow type. This is a design layout plan of the house. The layout drawings are prepared to design and production. Based on a drawing of bills are drawn material costs, which are compared. By comparison only affects cladding, because other structures are identical for both systems. The proposed stores are made of heat engineering calculations and compared with the standard in terms of penetration of heat and moisture balance in the structure. The thesis focuses on the comparison of selected properties of thermal insulation materials most commonly used in present-day wooden structures. First, the thesis deals with the description of individual insulation materials, followed by the description of structural systems of present-day wooden structures, from frame structures to solid wood structures. Special attention is paid to outer wall systems of wooden structures and to the location of insulation: systems with interjacent thermal insulation, systems with outer insulation, and combined systems. Finally, thermal insulation materials are assessed on selected model walls regarding the heat transmission, heat accumulation, and ecological footprint. The conclusion includes the summarised results of the analysis.

The task of this diploma thesis is to design a basic unit of a living house - container, which will be suitable by its proportions to be transported easily on the roads and at the same time it will meet the requirements of a thermal protection of a building. Other complementary units are designed to the basic container to extend a house space with new rooms. There have been designed four options, for which the author calculated heat loss coefficients and defined energy ambition grade of building. For the basic unit the calculations are made for two grades of a thermal isolation. For an exact definition of these results, linear thermal bridges were calculated. Methodical process of construction composition assessment and a process of heat loss coefficients calculating are made regarding a standard ČSN 73 0540 Thermal protection of a building. Energy ambition grade of building is defined according to a public notice n.78/2013 about energy ambition grade from 22th March. According to a standard ČSN EN 12 831 there have been planned a heating load for every individual room.

In text parts come out constructive system and his outlines for realization construction. Be here composition construction siding, that are further thermally- technically advised in software -- warm. Work is supplemented about accompanying and technical report.
