This thesis is focused on processing of the entrepreneurial purpose with the aim to establish a new restaurant. The work has been divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with general conditions, which an entrepreneur have to comply with before starting doing his own business. There is also a specific method that should the entrepreneur follow in order to draw up his plan correctly including all the requirements. The practical part is engaged in the implementation of the entrepreneurial plan itself where there is a detailed description of entrepreneurial activities with a few analyses. Viability of the chosen intention is assessed on the basis of these analyses.
The use of marketing in selected retail unit

The theme of bachelor thesis is marketing using in chosen retail unit. The aim of the thesis is marketing using evaluation in chosen retail unit and possible proposal of shortcomings elimination. Basic terms connected with marketing, description of marketing environment and marketing activities are explained in theoretical part. The retail unit, specifically PRIOR ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA, s. r. o. was analysed in practical part. Information was collected through interviews with company top management. The information was evaluated and changes were proposed in conclusion.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of the communication skills development of the Hairdresser Programme's students. The thesis is divided into the practical and the theoretical parts. The goal of the theoretical part is to define the concept of the communication, describe the functions and the components of the communication. Further, this thesis concerns the social perception, ways of dealing with people and the specialized Hairdresser Programme Training. The methods of the theoretical part are the study of the professional literature, creation of the extracts and their analysis, synthesis and comparison. The goal of the practical part is to analyse the incorporation of the communication skills education into the Hairdresser Programme Training. The practical part contains the specific content of the training that could be incorporated into the specialized training. Subsequently, this concept was realized in practice at selected training school by the author of this thesis. Afterwards, the questionnaire research in order to evaluate the training was performed, the respondents are the participants. The methods of the practical part are the analysis of the used techniques and methods of the communication skills development and the questionnaire that was evaluated by the simple statistic methods. Finally, the specified practical recommendations arising from the performed analysis are formulated.
The Fair Participation of the Companies Producing the Machines for Agriculture within European Union Market

The diploma thesis is dealing with the assessment of the strategy for the fair participation of the companies producing machines for the feed production within the EU market. There is aimed on the agricultural production industry and the companies' performance with the competitors on the EU market are compared. As the fractional objectives were included the characteristics of the company ROmiLL Ltd., elaboration of market segmentation, the concept of the fairs and exhibitions, where the company regularly takes part, analysis of the environment in which this company exists. Because I am dealing with the topic of agricultural production, in the present thesis is analysed one of the shared politics of the European Union - The Common Agricultural Policy. One of the main results of the thesis is the proposed strategy of the company that will improve the company's position in the market with regard to the fractional goals. The marketing recommendations for the industry at the time of economic crisis were designed.

Brokešová K. The role of sales staff in building customer relationship to selected type of stores. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2014. This thesis focuses on how customers perceive the role of the sales staff when buying clothes and electronics and their requirements for costumer-orientated service. High competitive clothing and electronics markets show low level of customer loyalty. The aim of this study was to define the factors building or threatening the loyalty of customer against selected stores by using selling staff. Data were collected through quantitative and qualitative research which should confirm or refute already made researches on this issue and also to supplement information on the basis of which appropriate recommendations were designed to solve the issue.

In primary research will be found out, how consumers behave in tourism today and will be revealed the factors that determine the quality of services. From the analyzed data will be presented recommendations for improving the quality of tourism services.

This bachelor thesis deals with the space management. It also describes the category management, its parts, benefits and barriers. It is stated shortly something about merchandising, especially about his tactics or the placing of goods on the shelves. An important component plays an atmosphere of shopping. You will learn how to operate the customer not only music or smell, but also the colors and lighting. There is also a frequently used presentation techniques that lead to alert the customer to the product and follow purchase of the product. To find there are also factors that can influence customers both a positive and also negative impression. One chapter is devoted to purchasing behavior of consumers for which it is very important to know the shopping and consumption behavior of customers. The practical part focuses on the customer satisfaction with the arrangements of selling space. It is also focused at the satisfaction of ordering goods on the shelves, frequency of purchase, and last but not least, the factors that most influence the customers to buy.
