Mass extemporaneous decontamination of people in concrete stationary object.

This thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part, the general procedures and principles of decontamination, the decontamination substances and mixtures, as well as the technique that is used for decontamination, have been described. Next, the description of the decontamination of the first responders, as this part of the decontamination process has been given; it has been elaborated and checked in practice. In the second part, there is the drafted plan of the mass extemporaneous decontamination of people in the selected public facility, according to the general methods of decontamination. Next, there is the drafted documentation for resolving an extraordinary event: an accident with subsequent leakage of a dangerous chemical substance, resulting in the need to carry out the mass decontamination of people in selected public facilities. In the last part, I have discussed and compared the advantages and possible disadvantages of the selected object of for the implementation of mass decontamination of people. There is also a suggested way of how to carry out this decontamination in this object in the most efficient way. The processing of this documentation has clearly confirmed my hypothesis. The mass decontamination of people in the selected location, in this case specifically in the Domazlice Hostel and Swimming Pool, can be feasibly performed with an improvised method. After giving the specific supplemented data (the names of the personnel, the telephone numbers, places of storage material etc.), the suggested documentation is usable for the object in practice. The documentation can be also easily adapted to other similar public facilities.

Accounting and tax aspects of tangible assets

This bachelor thesis treats longterm corporeal property problems aimed at their tax and accounting aspects. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the influence of accounting and tax rebate on the income tax base. The theoretical parts deals with longterm characteristics of the corporeal property from the accounting and tax point of view. Moreover, the problems of evaluation of property are mentioned, and the means of acquiring and discarting longterm corporeal property and ways of amortization are specified. The practical part shows the process of accounting and tax rebate and their influence on the income tax related to concrete property of a certain company.

The aim of my labour is : On the basement of the knowledge about the enterprise´s process and their outputs , I would like to define the opportunities or the limits of the application of watching and adjudicated of the capacity, eventually the effectiveness in the conditions in this region. This labour is aimed on the region South Bohemian. The picked company is The Transport Undertaking Company of the town České Budějovice, for comapring his economics with the private sector.This labour contained the literary recherche, 2 SWOT analysis and the part which is dealing with the concrete economy of the both objects, the differences in them and in the opportunities their comparing {--} the exploitation of the analysis indebtedness, the profitability, the activities and the financial tests.

Setting costs for capital and their usage for calculation of economic value added.

This thesis deals with company capital structure, that is characterized according to methods of horizontal and vertical analysis. Then it deals with prices of particular capital items, costs for capital and influeces on business performance, it means with the calculation of economic value added. Theoretical part describes capital structure items in general, prices of particular items of capital, costs for capital and particular methods for EVA calculation, it means both EVA entity and EVA equity. Practical part characterizes individual items of capital structure and application of chosen model, that is the second model for EVA calculation {--} EVA equity {--} on a concrete company. This calculation was processed through benchmarking on websides of Departement of industry and Trade. The model was applicated on a company, that deals with production of motor and joining vehicles, machines production, machineries production and means of transport repairs {--} ČZ, a.s.

Subsidies in the agricultural company their function and influence over the structure and farming

The main subject of this writing is orientation in farm subsidies structure and in its administration in agriculture policy. Then there is analyzed an exercise and grants influence to structure of trading income of farming business. In this work there are firstly described the main reasons for agriculture support and the basic form of farm subsidies. In the another chapter there is described how the farm subsidies are showed in profit and loss account. The next chapter describes the farm subsidies accounting. Finally are solved the taxes questions. Concretely the income tax of corporation and the VAT (Vallue added tax).

Methods of value orientetion measuring

The article deals on the problemacy of the methods of value orientation measuring.In the introductory part the autor briefly sketches out an overview of the solutions of the qustion of values and value orientations. The following part of the article focuses on various typologies of the values orientations, which are a theoretical background for concrete methods. The final part of the article deals on the concrete diagnostical value orientation methods - Value Hierarchy Test(M.Rokeach) and Study of Values(Allport, Vernon, Lindzey).

Analytical methods and controlling in business activities

Objective of this thesis is to review analytical methods and controlling in business activities, describe individual routes and then analyze their application in a concrete company TSE, s r. o. in České Budějovice, eventually to recommend introduction of new ones and determine their future benefit for company. This thesis contains a description of company accounting in the corporate-led program, together with an evaluation of the introduction of its new version. It evaluates the possibility of controlling and improving of its processing by controlling instruments through computer technology. In terms of financial controlling the thesis is mainly devoted to analyzing the economic performance of the company and selected indicators of financial analysis to provide a picture of the company. In the end there are summarized steps, that could improve informedness of the management about financial situation, but also could simplify the process of planning, decision making and monitoring. This could also create conditions for implementation of new methods.
