Design of the rural roads system within the plan of common facilities

The key issue of the submitted diploma thesis is road plan proposal as part of the plan of joint facilities for komplex land consoladition in the cadastral area Hradiště u Kaplice. The introductory chapters are focused on the theoretical basis of the thesis and the analysis of professional literature, followed by the methodology of the procedure and criteria of the design of the field paths in the plan of common facilities. An essential part of the thesis is the evaluation of a detailed field survey, a proposal for reconstruction and completion of the road network. The final part of thesis evaluates results of the proposed measures for land access. The results of the work are processed in text and graphical form.

Documentation of common facilities plan for the complex land consolidation

The introductary chapters focus on the purpose and theoretical solutions of the thesis and on the analysis of expert literature to which it follows the methodology determining process and criteria of proposal in plan of joint facilities. The key part of the thesis is evalution of detailed exploration and proposal of individual measures. The final part of the thesis evaluates the results resulting of processing documentation plan of joint facilities. The results of the thesis are processed in text and graphic form.

Projection of common facilities plan for the complex land consolidation

The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a plan of common facilities for complex land adjustments. The territory in question is Horní Slověnice cadastral estates. The theoretical part deals with the description of land modifications, exploration works and the definition of common facilities. Its focus is on arrangements for accessing the estates, for soil protection against erosion, for protection and creation of the environment and water management measures. The practical part characterizes the selected area and offers description of the most important issues within the common facilities in the given locality.

Preparation work for complex land consolidation projects

This bachelor thesis is focused on preparatory work for designing complex land adjustments in a chosen cadastral area Ločenice nearby České Budějovice, in accordance with applicable methodology. The first part of the thesis is literary review where there are main terms of land adjustments explained. The second part is focused on a detailed research of a selected cadastral area. Thanks to the research, that has been done based on methodology, the necessary documents have been gathered, analyzed and consequently evaluated. The thesis contains characteristic of the area, economic usage, and detailed landscaping research.

Survey works in the selected cadastral territory as the basis for land consolidation projects

This thesis is focused on the processing of examination work in the selected territory Dolní Třebonín, which can serve as a basis for land consolidation. The first part of this study is a literature search. This section explains the basic concepts such as land treatment, forms of land consolidation and its objectives. In the second part is shown, what is the content of the survey, their solutions and evaluation. In the practical part we will cover the actual exploration of the chosen territory. Our work was primarily a gathering of the requisite supporting documents, analysis and evaluation of the information received subsequently. Contains the findings from a field survey of the land territory, which includes a description of the territory, the characteristics of natural conditions and economic use of the territory. It also contains proposals for measures that serves to improve the features of the landscape, and in areas of the transport system, soil conservation, in the area of water and also the nature and landscape conservation in relation to the environment.

Processing of common facilities plan in the complex land consolidation in selected area

The subject of this thesis is to elaborate plan of common facilities in the complex land adjustment in the selected location. The plan of common facilities includes a set of measures which are designed to create the conditions for rational management, and also ensure the protection of natural resources. Solution site is the village Lhotka. The thesis contains a description and evaluation of the cadastral area, focusing on measures to make available land for erosion control land resources, measures for the creation and protection of the environment and water management measures. The results are contained in text form, as well as graphic, processed through the program ArcGIS.

This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the research processing as resource documents for a comprehensive land arrangement in a selected cadastral area of Okrouhlá Radouň. In the literary research there are mainly explained the basic terms such as the land arrangement, the forms and the aims of land arrangement. The second part deals with a detailed research of the selected cadastral area. The work consisted particularly in collecting the necessary resource documents, the analysis and evaluation of the received information. The research provides a detailed characteristics of locality, economic land use, transportation system, soil conservation, landscape and nature.

Performance of surveys within the complex land consolidation in the selected territory

This thesis is about processing the surveys within the complex land consolidation. The selected region is the cadastre area Vlachovo Březí. The theoretical part is focused on explanation and description of particular parts of land treatment. Particular areas of survey are described in more detail, e.g. climatic conditions or land use in the territory. The practical part is processed in accordance with Methodical instruction for land consolidation processing (Doležal, 2010). General characteristic of the area is described based on disposable groundwork. The main part of the thesis is own fieldwork which shows actual status of land use and transport accessibility of the territory. The output of the thesis is a map of actual situation of the territory processed in the ArcGis software tool which represents a base for comprehensive land treatment. Finally the dissertation suggests recommendations for the actual situation improvement.

Suvey analysis processing as the basis for land adjustment in the selected locality.

The purpose of this thesis was to elaborate a survey analysis in the cadastral territory of Milenovice. For the production of the survey analysis was used the methodology processed by Dumbrovský. This methodology divides survey analysis into the research of the climatic, hydrological and aquiculturing rates, the research of the transport system and the current situation of the cadastral territory, the research of the agricultural land utilization and the protection of the agricultural land resources and the research of ecological stability of the territory. The result of this thesis was the discovering of the problems concerning the process of the complex land adjustments in the mentioned territory. The survey analysis refers mainly to the problems regarding the erosion, the flood-protection, the ecological stability and the drainage.
