Analysis of Accounting Programmes Used in Communal Accountancy

This thesis focuses on accounting programs of municipalities. The theoretical part deals with a characteristic of basic territorial entities, accounting of municipalities, an importance of the accounting program and criteria for a choice of the accounting software. In the practical part are results of my research about accounting programs of municipalities. Furthermore are these programmes described and after that there is chosen the best program for the village Mnich by using a multicriterial evaluation of options.

Processing of accounts and statements in the accounting software

This issue is a necessary part of any entity. Keeping of accounts can be provided information on financial situation to internal and external users. This bachelor?s dissertation consists of two main parts. The theory deals with the characteristics of the final accounts and the closure of account and description of important activities necessary to implement prior to drawing up financial statements, and then the description of individual statements. The observed company provided me with the necessary data to produce final accounts and the closure of account. Creating it in the accounting programme and then doing the financial analysis of the company.

Use of IT in accounting

The aim of my thesis is to describe ways of using the information technologies in order to help in accounting. I would like to show, which possibilities these technologies provides for the companies, how can they make their effort with accounting easier. I would also like to make readers familiar with the most common conceptions on the field of information technologies. In second part I will describe three most popular pieces of software, used for accounting in Czech Republic. For cooperation in the comparison I have chosen three companies with different fields of activities but with similar demands on accounting and accounting software.

Financial statements, their structure and the establishment of the accounting software

The objective of this bachelor thesis is the composition of financial statements in different software for accounting. This task was preceded by characteristic of financial statements, expecially the balance sheet, statement profit and loss alias income statement and cash flow statement alias cash flow. This problem is devoted to the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis. I draw supporting documents for this part mostly from the recommended literature. The practical part is devoted to composition of financial statements in accounting programs and those are EKONOM, Money S3 and PREMIER system. To assemble the financial statements was necessary work in all three programs accounting selected company, whose main activity is "specialty retail, wholesale and production of textile goods".

Processing of salary administration in various programme for accountancy conducting on computer

In this bachelor work which is called Processing of Salary Administration in Various Programme for Accountancy Conducting on Computer I focused on processing of salary administration in accounting software Pracovníci a mzdy and Money S3. The first part of this work is aimed at the introduction to salary accounting and determination of essential concepts. Next the labour relations and consequent duties on them are defined. The third chapter is paid to employees` remuneration and mechanism of payment. Comparing results and evaluation of salary processing administration are the objectives of the practical part of this bachelor work. To ilustrate this procedure employees´ filing in a virtual company is represented graphically. Finally there is the evaluation of accounting programmes for processing of salary administration from the labouriousness, organizing of processing and press arrangement point of view.

Processing of wage administration in various accounting programs on PC

My destiny is comparing of the processing wages business in two acoountant programs from the aspect lucidity, work difficulty and press listings. To this work I chosen the program Money S3 and program OKmzdy for Windows. For the software comparing was urgent to do typical activities, which wages accountant is doing like worker recording, calculation his wages and printing of the all documents and other else activities, which is urgent to do every month.

Possibilities of personal accounting of employees and salary administration elaboration

There goes a number of tasks in company with need to acquire a new employee, his admission, possibly dissolution of labour relation with him, which are usually divided between personnel officer and wages accountant in the company. Personnel agenda management is personnel officer´s duty, wages sphere, which is not less important, is wages accountant´s duty. These acitvities are influenced by many rules and government regulations. Main laws with serious impact on labour relations are tax laws and labour code. All of these were subject to many changes in recent years. Main aim of this baccalaureate thesis is to evaluate influence these changes have on labour relations and it is a part of thesis theoretic side. At thesis practical part there are discribed particular tasks of personnel officer and wages accountant working for District veterinary administration for District South Bohemia, based at České Budějovice. Another aim of thesis is comparing and assessing wages software OKmzdy, which is used by wage accountant for wages agenda, and economic system POHODA.

ACONTO - Evaluation of accounting software

The final thesis deals with computerized book-keeping and accounting software evaluation. The thesis is devided into 5 chapters. The initial four chapters are focused on history of book-keeping, legal regulation of computerized book-keeping, ICT impact on book-keeping and accounting software selection criteria. The last chapter is dedicated to the evaluation of the specific accounting software ACONTO.

Práce se zaměřuje na některá témata vztahu výpočetní techniky a účetnictví. Pojednává o fungování elektronického podpisu a jeho využití v praxi, o elektronické fakturaci a o účetních programech. Uvádí výhody těchto technologií a rozebírá související právní předpisy. Z legislativy se zaměřuje především na Zákon o účetnictví z hlediska vedení účetnictví v elektronické formě a archivace.
