Hodnocení aberace vybraných ploch katastru obce Vlkov
Havlát, Martin
The subject of this research is a level of aberration of soil on selected sites in the land register of Vlkov u Osové Bítýšky village. During a Complex soil survey (1967/1968) were collected three samples In 1966 and 1967, in this territory. From these samples were selected data from texture analysis pH and humus. The old soil sampling sites were re-localized and from the very spots, new samples were taken from the depth of approximately 75 cm in order to gain current results. These new samples were analyzed in a laboratory and these results were compared with the 50 years old ones. This allowed us to evaluate changes in soil on the selected sites.
Kvalita povrchu při broušení tepelně zpracovaného dřeva ThermoWood®
Vrzal, Jan
This work is focused on evaluation of the surface quality of hydrothermally modified Thermowood® after sanding. Surface quality of the sanded material is evaluated according to the applied changes of cutting conditions. For comparison, this measurement is also done on pine wood. Surface roughness evaluation was performed using the KEYENCE device. The measured data were further evaluated using Microsoft Excel. Optimal conditions were chosen from the evaluated data.
Milling of asphalt layers of pavements
Brida, Peter ; Hýzl, Petr (referee) ; Dašek, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the influence of the milling machine movement speed on the properties of RAP (reclaimed asphalt pavement). The theoretical part describes issue of production and usage of RAP. The practical part evaluates the sieve size distributions of these materials and needle penetration and softening point of bitumen recovered from RAP samples.
Optimization of aggregate composition with max. grain 22 mm for concretes
Opat, Lubomír ; Vojtek, Miroslav (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of aggregate curve design, proportional representation of the individual separated aggregate sizes in the formula for concrete mixture. It clarifies the origin of aggregate types, from their mother rocks. It describes tests on aggregates, including the test of the shape suitability. In the practical part, there are nine formulas, two of them mixed with the maximum grain size of 16 mm, seven with the grain size of 22 mm. They are instances of fine curves or mixture of coarse curve. Aggregate dust or crushed fine aggregate was also used.
Technologie broušení dřeva, stroje a nástroje
Slezáková, Světlana
The grinding process is important for treatment of the wood surface. There are many different machines for a sanding wood, whether manual or mechanical. By the correct grinding of a wooden surface it is achieved better final result. The thesis describes factors that influence the course of grinding. The main factors are the kind of wood, the moisture, the selected grinding tool and the technical condition of the machine. The main objective of the study is to determine and compare the change of surface roughness when changing the grit of the sanding belt and the grinding angle. There were chosen three angles at which the samples were grinded. The study also investigates relation between the coarse grit of the sanding belt and roughening of the surface. The research was conducted on the tree species beech (Fagus sylvatica). A second objective of the study is to prepare the background for the laboratory exercise and the lecture on the topic of grinding materials.
Impact of uncoventional technologies of soil cultivation on soil quality
Suchá, Kateřina ; Doležal, Petr (referee) ; Kameníčková, Ivana (advisor)
Agricultural land is being handled by various tillage of soil which affects properties of soil. There are two types of tillage treatment. These are conventional (classic) tillage with plowing and minimization tillage (plowing is excluded). The aim of this particular work is to assess the quality of the soil near the village of Bohaté Málkovice, which is being (long-term) handled by minimization tillage. As indicators of soil quality, we used selected physical and physico-chemical characteristics, which are determined from analysis of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples from the top soil layer (0-10 cm) by standard methods in laboratory conditions. The theoretical part describes the basic physical properties of the soil and the ways of their determination. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of the examined locality and the results of selected physical and physico-chemical properties of the soil are presented and subsequently evaluated. In the conclusion, the impact of used tillage in Bohaté Málkovice on the selected soil properties is assessed.
Revitalization and flood control on the river Oslava and selected tributary
Kopuletý, Martin ; Vrba, Jan (referee) ; Veselý, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the flood protection of the town of Oslavan on the river Oslava and its tributary Balinka. Sample samples were taken to determine the grain curve. The input data were obtained from the Povodí Moravy s. p. and were calculated in the HEC-RAS program. A level and flood analysis was developed and flood control measures were proposed. The flow was again calculated with the proposed measures and re-analyzed. At the end of the work the proposed measures were evaluated.
Comparation of methods of granulometrical analysis of coarse fluvial sediments
Bakešová, Veronika ; Hartvich, Filip (advisor) ; Bernsteinová, Jana (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the granulometrical analysis of coarse fluvial sediments. A granulometrical analysis is analytical study for finding the percentual representation of each fraction. Granularity is the basis for classification of clastic sediments. Clastic sediments are sedimentary rocks consisting of the rock fragments transported to the place of sedimentation in the solid state. Coarse clastic sediments are rocks in which predominate particle size greater than 2 mm. The theoretical part of this work contains the physico-geographical characteristic of the studied area and the methods used to research grain size of fluvial materials, especially coarse clastic. The experimental part of this work describes the surface sampling method - the digital photography and image processing in the Digital Sedimetrics Gravelometer software. Both investigated streams have similar granularity. The most of the particles from streams falls into the category of grain size 2 - 10 mm. Flows differ only slightly different distribution of fine- grains and medium-sized gravel.
Analysis of the factors influencing the geotechnical material parameters of MSW landfills
Sedláček, Václav ; Kudrna, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Slomek, Jiří (referee)
The material of Municipal Solid Waste landfills is a varied mix of materials with different properties. This material changing his properties according the procesing before or after the material is stored in landfill body. While the conditions in the landfill body are suitable, the bacteria start the development of biodegradation process. The process is affected by a number of factors. During the process, a large volume of lanfill gas is released from the landfill body and the landfill surface is declining. Material composition with processing methods during and after the transportation of waste to the landfill create geotechnical parameters of fresh material. As time goes by, this material loses biodegradable ingredients. The biodegradation process takes several years in the space of lanfill body. For the proper process of biodegratation, it's important to compliance next parameters: Sufficient organic matter content, sufficient material moisture and stable temperature with pH. Keywords: Municipal solid waste, geotechnical properties, grain, moisture content, shear strengh, strain, elasticity, deformation, compaction, biodegradation processes
Analysis of the factors influencing the geotechnical material parameters of MSW landfills
Sedláček, Václav ; Kudrna, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Sedláček, Jaroslav (referee)
Geotechnical parameters of material of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfill are very variable. This work searches by science researches the influences for these parameters. The identification of parameters is obviously difficult and needs special devices capable to measurement of big volume of material. Influence for geotechnical parameters have composing of MWS, climatic conditions, of the MSW landfill is cover or not, if has landfill isolation on base and on top or not or if is landfill drained. Important factor is existence of biodegradation processions on landfill. There are important the velocity of biological component and time.
