Nálevka, Petr ; Svátek, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Berka, Petr (referee) ; Štěpánková, Olga (referee) ; Šárek, Milan (referee)
This thesis employs data-mining techniques and modern information and communication technology to develop methods which may improve efficiency of prevention oriented telemedical programs. In particular this thesis uses the ITAREPS program as a case study and demonstrates that an extension of the program based on the proposed methods may significantly improve the program's efficiency. ITAREPS itself is a state of the art telemedical program operating since 2006. It has been deployed in 8 different countries around the world, and solely in the Czech republic it helped prevent schizophrenic relapse in over 400 participating patients. Outcomes of this thesis are widely applicable not just to schizophrenic patients but also to other psychotic or non-psychotic diseases which follow a relapsing path and satisfy certain preconditions defined in this thesis. Two main areas of improvement are proposed. First, this thesis studies various temporal data-mining methods to improve relapse prediction efficiency based on diagnostic data history. Second, latest telecommunication technologies are used in order to improve quality of the gathered diagnostic data directly at the source.

SYNKOVÁ, Lenka
This bachelor work deals with problems of an integrated rehabilitation system at the persons with mental diseases. The integrated rehabilitation system is actually a present-day conception of the rehabilitation. The rehabilitation is solely not understood only as a medical activity in the sense of physiotherapy, but as an inter-disciplinary domain containing therapeutic, social, pedagogical and working components. An aim of the integrated rehabilitation system is to make possible for the people with mental diseases to reach or to keep an optimal level of all functions. To provide them means so they could achieve a higher living standard and means to integrate them into an active life in the society. For a wide spectrum of the mental diseases I concentrated on persons with the diagnosis of schizophrenia, obsessively compulsive alienation and a dementia of Alzheimer type. In the theoretical part I devote to the characteristics of concepts - the integrated rehabilitation, health, mental health, psychiatry. Further I describe causes, characterization, cure, therapy and social impacts of individual mental diseases. Other chapters I mention in my work are focused on the integrated rehabilitation system with particular means, a legal anchorage and a social work with the mentally ill people. For an elaboration of the experimental part of the bachelor work I chose a quantitative research combining processes of qualitative and quantitative methodology. The chosen technique is a standardized questionnaire for workers in psychiatrical hospitals and a technique of the contentual analysis of data from the medical documentation of persons hospitalized in psychiatrical hospitals. The research set was made up by 52 workers in the psychiatrical hospitals and 6 people with chosen mental diseases. As the main aim I determined to analyze a situation in the area of the integrated rehabilitation system at the people with mental diseases in psychiatrical hospitals. To describe how individual factors of the integrated rehabilitation system come through and to find out what kind of knowledge the respondents about the integrated rehabilitation system have. From the results of my work follows this conclusion: The rehabilitation of the people with mental diseases, hospitalized in mental hospitals, is aimed to a medical factor of the rehabilitation. Workers taking care of the people with mental diseases have not any concrete imagination about the integrated rehabilitation system.

Possibilities Of Art Therapy In Track Social Practice
GLOZ, Zdeněk
I chose this theme of my thesis because I was highly by elective subject Artetherapy at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies in České Budějovice. Artetherapy has a broad range of application. It is a psychotherapeutic branch various forms of which have been used worldwide. This specific kind of therapy has vast application in social work in general. Artetherapeutic techniques can be used at work with children, handicapped and mentally disordered people, or seniors. Due to very broad range of this theme I focused my research work on target group of chronic alcoholics, because I had not found many works dealing with artetherapy applied to this target group. I also wanted to find out if artetherapeutic techniques might lead to any changes of these people. I decided to focus on this particular target group to find out whether application of artetherapeutic techniques might enable penetrating into their heart, and thus contribute to their development, or sustain their general condition. I made use of artetherapeutic techniques to understand their personality. Creating collages turned out to be the best. I also carried out drawing projective tests. Establishing cooperation with chronic alcoholics was extremely difficult. These people lack motivation to any kind of activity. They believe that there will always be someone to help them. In research part I illustrate general condition of the addicted by means of case reports and artefact, and describe ways of motivation I was able to use.
Labeling of mental ill people
KREJČOVÁ, Ema
Labeling of mental ill people The mentally disturbed people are still nowadays afraid of theire illness. By then they don´t either concede, that they need help from psychiatrists. They become so anxiuos, that they could be legitimately, stigmatized by the rest of the people, which means, that could be labelled as irresponsible, dull, incalculate and dangerous. In Czech Republic it still happens, that as a result of labeling people find hard to get and mantain theire jobs, housing and overvaluation of illnes by doctors. In Czech Republic there is still not a specific law, which could safeguard the rights of mentally ill people hence make it easier for intergrating them. The aim of this thesis, which was dividen into three partial aims, was to map problems of mentally ill people. In my opinion, this aim of work was fulfilled To it´s fulfillment it was composed with two questionnaires. The first inquiry survey was done on the students from University of Southern Bohemia, by which was tested the knowledge of probles of mentally ill people and their attitude towards these people. The second group of surveyed inquiry have been comprised of psychiatristic clients in České Budějovice and Písek, by which was established their personal point of view about the extent of labeling that is reverberating in their qualiy life. The achievement of the aims was based on three the hypothesis. The first one was about the personal view of clients on experienced stigmatization, which is beeing noticed by the stages of discrimination in their quality way of life. The second one was engaged in insufficient knowledge of students based on law statues of mentally ill people and the third one on integration of mentally ill people into other population. Only the first hypothesis was validated.
