Site facilities is a collection of all objects a equipment on site for economical construction and assembling works and satisfy social and hygienic needs of workers. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to design site facilities for skyscraper AZ Tower in Brno and use the newly acquired knowledge in the processing of the theoretical part of this thesis.

Technological stage of finishing works of apartment building ".

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of realization of roof cladding and gutter system of a housing building. This building is situated in a gap site of urban development in Františkovy Lázně. For the roofing, seam roofing made of aluminum sheet metal roll was used. There is a gable roof with dormer-windows at both sides of the roof. For all the conducted tinsmith work including horizontal dormer walls sheathing and attachment of the building to adjacent buildings, aluminum sheet metal was used. A part of finishing tinsmith work is also realization of gutter system which is designed to be made of the same material from the same producer as the roof cladding. Gutter attachment is done by means of assembling polystyrene rollers into façade system of ETICS which ensure thermal bridges’ break.

Ski resort Červená Voda - rough substructure

The subject of the thesis is the solution of new building construction and technological preparation of the ski resort in Červená Voda. This preparation includes the processing of technological regulation for reinforced concrete construction, design of building equipment, time schedule, itemized budget, design of machinery confuguration, inspection and test plan, environmental plan and work safety plan.

The Bachelor´s thesis pursues the decisive issues of supporting structure of the building for fitness, rehabilitation and accommodation in Štíty. The thesis seeks to find the building – technological optimum for main construction works. The thesis includes technical report of the object, technological prescription, equipment construction, machinery , budget, timetable,inspection and test plan, work safety.
