Memory monument from prefabricated elements

The bachelor‘s thesis is concerned with a design of a monument which is made of reinforced concrete. The monument is composed of eleven prefabricated segments located from each other in regular distances. The segments have got the same external dimension but they differ in the dimension of internal openings which create a dynamic interior for a person standing inside of the structure. The segments are fixed to the prefabricated comb-shaped foundation. The aim of this thesis is to design each segment and the foundation of the construction. It also includes the technical drawings of reinforcement of the selected segments, the foundation, drawing of the concrete connection of the foundations and drawing of the shape of the segments.

The aim of the project is a new building of detached house in the kadastral area Golčův Jeníkov, district Hvlíčkův Brod. The building site is triangular shape, fenced from all three sites. Entry to the site is situated from Obora street. The house is detached one in existing development. It is desined for a four members family. Main entry is situated from the house frontside. The house is situated seven meters from line of public way and minimum two meters from neighboring sites. Paved area is desined infront of garage. The terrase is situated near north-east wall of house. The house has three floors (basement, groundfloor, firstfloor). Twoo cellar rooms are situated in basement. Groundfloof and firstfloor are going to be used as living area. The building isn´t wheelchair solved. The architectural design of the house is conceived for using of traditional materials in their natural colour finishing (elements bricks, stone, wood, iron).

The building is located in Humpolec, Highlands Region, Humpolec cadastral, land parcel No. 1877/6, the proposed building of the family house is situated on this land. Land investor is irregular rectangular plan, with a steep slope from northeast to southwest. The land is the eastern, southern and northern tents bordered by private land on which the buildings are located family home. The western boundary of the property is lined with a paved public roads for vehicular traffic on both sides lined the pavement. The building is a three story house with two floors and one basement floor. The building is covered with a flat roof. Object solitary house is made of a simple matter. The plane shape of the object is rectangular with dimensions 16.40 x 12.40 m, height of the highest point above grade level is 6.20 m.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the design and construction of two-storey brick buildings house, static calculation and drawing the shape of the house solved by current European standards. Design and evaluation is carried out for two masonry materials supplemented by reinforced concrete. The main work is a critique of vertical masonry elements such as walls and pillars, horizontal elements are addressed only conceptually.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to determine the loads acting on the waste shaft of given dimensions and design the reinforcemen. Then assess the ultimate limit state and servicesbility. When calculating internal forces are applied manual calculation, which is then verified tabular values and static program based on finite element method SCIA Engineer. The structure is designed to complies with all requirements of technical standards CSN EN.

Bachelor thesis describes the design selected part of reinforced concrete and brick construction on building of wine cellar and elaboration of reinforcemenet drawings of selected structural element. Building is decided to two parts entrance building and wine cellar. At the entrance are designed and assessed reinforced concrete perimeter walls, columns and beam which is situated on columns. In the cellar was assessed ceiling formed by a brick vault which failed to report and was designed rehabilitation using reinforced concrete reverse shell. Calculation of internal forces was performed by computer program SCIA Engineer.

Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.
