This bachelor’s thesis deals with workshop lifting and handling devices. At the beginning these devices are divided into several groups depending on its characters and benefits. Afterwards the thesis deals with a conceptual design of a movable hydraulic crane. The attention is focused on functional calculation and strength assessment of the main parts. At the end the thesis contains a drawing documentation.

The manipulator for a workshop

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a mobile manipulator for lifting and moving a motor unit. In the theoretical part of the work is a research of current mobile manipulators for handling the motors. The practical part of the work includes the conceptual design of the manipulator, dimensional, functional and strength calculations for the designed device and drawing documentation.

Lift unit for paste container

The first part deals with the sorts and a separation of the fillers which are used in the food-processing industry. The second part more deeply describes various construction variants of the lift unit rotary piston filler, especially their properties, sort of the driving mechanism and an used components. Final system design is created in Autodesk Inventor 10.

The lifting platform for europalletes

This bachelor thesis solves a design of the lifting platform for euro-pallets. The main content of the thesis is the design dimensions of the lifting table, design and calculation of the lift drive and stress calculations of some loaded parts of the structure. The thesis includes an appendix with assembly drawing of the lifting platform and assembly drawing of the table frame.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the workshop manipulator. The introduction is a research that deals with the study of lifting devices suitable for the application. The research is completed by the evaluation and design of the lifting device. The main part is devoted to construction and functional and strength calculations of the designed lifting device. At the end is developed a drawing documentation.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on lifting equipment that are used in smaller repair shops and services. In the first theoretical part, a survey of currently used and industrially produced workshop lifting equipment is carried out. In the second part, the design of the workshop gantry crane verified by functional and dimensional calculations is described, and finally the structural solution supplemented by the drawing documentation of the crane.
