Analysis of contemporary state and suggestions for future development of chosen firm

The aim of my theses is an analysis of contemporary state of chosen firm and the comparison between contemporary requirements of customers and the capacity of this firm. As a result of this theses I suggest an improvement of management processes and organizational structure of the firm. These suggestions should lead to meeting customer´s needs and firm´s competitiveness.I have suggested 3 ways to solve the problems. Suggestion number 3 was the most suitable one, because it has resulted in an organizational structure as for the volume of orders on one side and the height of profits on the other.

The bachelor work deals with social pathological phenomenon of bullying at basic schools. The bullying is very complicated appearance which can be researched from various angles of view. I´ve concentrated at teacher´s opinions and especially their readiness at bullying solving. The bachelor work is concerned of comparisson resulting outcomes from two absolutely different environment - the country and Prague . In the theoretical part I tried to zoom in whole mechanism of bullying with its participants, development, diagnostics and prevention. In the practical part I´ve elaborated gained research results and done my best to find the connection in respondent´s attitudes to given topic. There were used the citations of Czech prime specialists as well as foreign author´s literature.

Historical and Current Evolution of Components and Accessories of Mountain Bikes\\

The dissertation describes the historical development of chosen components of a mountain bike. From the beginning of the seventies until the model lines components of the year 2007. It is divided to two main parts. The first deals with general level of the given task which is performed by the history of bicycle and mountain bike. Then the survey of individual disciplines of the world racing cycling with the focus on mountain bike disciplines follows. The second part solves the own dissertation problems that gives the concrete survey of the development of individual components. The development is compiled from historical survey point of view and deals with essential and in little measure with uncommon constructional solutions.

Detection of the level locomotive performance in vollejball players\\

This dissertation describes recognition of level of special kinetic efficiency volleyball players. The testing went ahead in season 2006/2007. Dissertation is divided into two parts. Forepart describes the characteristics of volleyball. Further I describe sports training, description and development of high - speed abilities, development of flexibility.Alternative part describes personal problems. There are tables and graphs of measured and statistically teamed data here.
