Model bilance uhlíku ("Carbon footprint") na malé a velké farmě
Johaníková, Alena
This thesis deals with load of carbon dioxide on large and small farm, which is subsequently converted by digestibility coefficients of nutrients to the equivalent carbon dioxide. The objects of the calculation are two given farms, located in the Zlín Region. Small farm entertain with 15 pieces of pig sows in a closed herd turnover and large farm breeding cattle herds with a turnover of 100 dairy cows. From the sales of the pig herds on a small farm, I found a total feed consumption, which is 133.5 tons per year, which I calculated the carbon content received from the compound feed, which is 50.35 tons and 3.08 tons of nitrogen per calendar year. Pigs in the feces excrete 8.12 tons of carbon and 0.52 tons of nitrogen. Pigs consume 0.36 tons of carbon and 0.44 tons of nitrogen per ton of edible particles in the meat. To produce 1 kg of meat consumes 0.246 kg of carbon. On a dairy farm income in total 1,645.29 tons of compound feed per year in which they adopt 609.61 tons of carbon and 31.23 tons of nitrogen. In feces they excrete 156.84 tons of carbon and 8.05 tons of nitrogen. In the milk is eliminated 42.78 tons 2.51 tons of carbon and nitrogen. The herd turnover of 31 bulls with the increments 1.4 kg / day 210.53 tons annually consume feed mixtures from which bulls take 71.70 tons, and 3.21 tons of carbon. In feces they excrete 18.09 tons and 1.10 tons of carbon and nitrogen in the meat, at the slaughterhouse is excluded 4.49 tons 0.35 tons of carbon and nitrogen. At the turn of the herd of bulls with the increments of 33.7 1.7 kg / day annually consumes 265.49 tons of feed mixtures from which the bulls take 71.70 tons and 3.21 tons of carbon nitrogen. In feces they excrete 21.35 tons and 1.35 tons of carbon and nitrogen in the meat, at the slaughterhouse is excluded 4.88 tons 0.38 tons of carbon and nitrogen. To produce 1 kg of meat bulls consume 0.248 kg of carbon. In conclusion are recommendations to reduce emissions at the farm which is needed.
Nosocomial infections and their causes.
KROUPOVÁ, Lucie
The present thesis focuses on nosocomial infections and their causes. The theoretical part summarizes information on especially the sources of these infections, the way of their transfer and the most frequent infection agents. Clostridium difficile is studied in more detail. The illness caused by this pathogen leads to the complications especially with in-patients with a previous antibiotic therapy and immuno-compromised individuals. And this is the problem the present thesis is also concerned with. The thesis also divides nosocomial infections by their clinical manifestations and contains basic anti-epidemic measures and surveillance methods. Its empirical part focuses on the description of an occurrence of select nosocomial infections in Strakonice Hospital, a.s., especially an occurrence of the Clostridium difficile pathogen and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
Leisure-time sport activities in the region Sedlčany
KOVAŘÍKOVÁ, Štěpánka
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to survey the Sedlčany region in terms of leisure-time sport activities. Although the thesis is a literature retrieval and therefore does not include any research, it is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The more extensive theoretical part introduces basic terms, which are fundamental for the concept of the whole thesis, and pays a good deal of attention to the positive physiological and psychological effects of sports on the human body. It also highlights the significance of sport as prevention and remedy for the most widespread illnesses today, the so called civilisation illnesses. As the thesis deals with the positive aspects of sports, it must not neglect the problems associated with the lack of it (hypokinesis) and the negative psychophysiological and even economic consequences resulting therefrom. Furthermore, the thesis summarizes the possible risks of irregularly or occasionaly performed sport activities, and marginally covers the topic of wellness in comparison with the relatively new term "selfness". The latter part of the theoretical section gets at the subject matter and and replaces general sport activity information with specific data from the Seldčany region in central Bohemia. It determines and describes the area, its history and the beginning of physical education in it. The practical part of the thesis deals with specific monitoring results, specifically the current supply of leisure-time sport activities in the Sedlčany region. Quite logically, it describes the sport facilities, stadiums, clubs and teams, and lists the hiking and cycling paths available in the area. A secondary goal of the thesis is the creation of a clear guide, the title of which is identical with that of this thesis. This guide will provide comprehensive information to both active and inactive citizens of the region regarding leisure-time sport activity options available in the region, including current pricing thereof.
The Cadastre of real estates and method of real estate labeling in the cadastre of real estates
DĚDINA, Jan
This thesis entitled the Cadastre of real estates and method of real estate labeling in the cadastre of real estates deals with the cadastre of real estates (in English also called the land register) and registration of real estates into the cadastre of real estates. Each real estate is labeled by the designated authority, which is called the Cadastral Office or Cadastre Office. This thesis presents structured summary of the whole cadastre system, its functions and scope of its activity. Considerable part of the thesis is dedicated to comparison of two cadastral acts, effective Cadastral Act and New Cadastral Act which will probably become effective since January 1st 2014. Most of the thesis is based on current legislation, primarily Cadastral Act (Act No. 344/1992 Coll. on the Land Register of the Czech republic) and Act on Property and other Rights in Rem Registration with Real Estate Register (Act No. 265/1992 Coll. on Property and other Rights in Rem Registration with Real Estate Register).
The street names in the town of Volyně
KUNEŠ, Václav
This diploma thesis deals with names of streets, squares, embankments and parks in the town Volyně in the district of Strakonice. Based on archival sources, it researches the development of the local street names in seven historical periods since the first designation in 1871 to the present. In every period the names are organized into a dictionary that explains their semantic motivation. A classification according to particular semantic categories is included, too. Attention is paid to the development of honorific motivation in street designation which means giving names of significant personalities, historical events, places and values that mostly have no connection with the designated place. The final part analyses the formation of both present and defunct street names and brings their structural classification. The aim of the diploma thesis is to explore systematically the designations of streets in Volyně and their development, and thus contribute to the knowledge of the local toponymy and the history of the town.
