This thesis deals with drafting a residential building wood based on existing supermar-ket which is located on a plot placement - concealed in the village Omice. According to the location of the parcel has been designed layout and shape solutions objectively. The next step was to propose design solutions and their compositions with the assessed thermal solution. Peripheral construction of residential house was assessed according to ČSN 730540 proposed residential building study documentation was elaborated in abo-ve plans of the level of building permits. Furthermore, the study has been completed and the accompanying technical report.
Numerický model akustických vlastnosti dělící konstrukce dřevostavby

The Master's thesis deals with the creation of the numerical model that serves to analysis of the acoustic properties of separating construction of a wooden structure. The work includes theoretical basis for solving the subject, it discusses the airborne sound insulation of separating structures, focuses on wooden buildings, describes a computing environment ANSYS and model creation in it. More variants of model were compiled, CLT panel and frame construction. Model itself is using scripting language APDL and each step of creation is described. The results of numerical simulations describe the distribution of pressure in front and behind the separation construction. Results are compiled into graphs and single value of weighted airborne sound insulation is evaluated. In conclusion individual results of model variants are compared, model accuracy improvements are discussed.

Thesis is focused on thermal-insulation properties of wood fibreboards and building structure model including non-ventilated air layer. In the first part, the influence of temperature and moisture content on heat conductivity coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of wood fibreboards was investigated. In the second part, the building structure model was prepared, consisting of CLT, air layer and wood fibreboard. Subsequently, the two above mentioned characteristics were determined in dependence on measuring temperature, air layer thickness and inner surface emissivity.
