Control Systems of Gears Changing on Load in Tractors Gearboxes
Holub, Přemysl ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is interested in the overview of tractor’s gearboxes, which are changing on load. There are reasons, why it has to be costructed and there are requirements for it. There are also described PowerShifts, which allow us gear changing on load. After basic description of concrete gearbox, there is always some example of using in current tractors. In period named Mechanical gearboxes, wchich are changing partly on load there is more space for Zetor tractors and its gearboxes. In one of the last period there is important part about continuously variable transmissions where the driving speed is regulated steplessly. These gearboxes are considered to be modern technology of transfer engine torque.
Comparison of loudness inside and outside tractor's cabine
OPEKAR, Jiří
This bachelor's thesis is aimed at investigating the noise level in a tractor cabin and at certain distances from the tractor. Eleven tractors of different brands with power outputs ranging from 70 kW to 93 kW were selected for the study. The thesis outlines noise problems in general, the noise classification and sources, and examines the impact of noise on human health as well as the legislation concerning protection against noise. Further investigated within the study is noise in agriculture and in particular types of noise caused by certain parts of a tractor. Included are also basic tractor cab design parameters, its history, evolution and current state. The study presents characteristics of the examined tractors and describes acoustic pressure values measured inside and outside the tractor cabins. The values are presented in the form of tables and charts. Lastly, the values are compared for all the tractors within the study and the results are evaluated.
Tractors with regard to their development and noise
KRÝSL, Zdeněk
This bachelor thesis briefly describes the history, development and manufacturers of tractors. One part of this thesis deals with the noise in general and the noise of tractors. The practical part studies the levels of noise in the spot of operation and in a certain distance form a tractor during different operation modes. The tractors were studied with respect to a long time period of their production, so that an assessment regarding the technical progress in production as well as the noise pollution affecting the operation and the people near the machine was possible.
The utilization of the individual gears for tractors higher power series
DRAHOŠ, Pavel
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to monitor the operation of two tractors with different transmission variants with a shift under full load and the group lifting under load, in terms of used gear at different working deployment (stubble, plowing, sowing). First, the literature review describes the historical development, construction and activity currently used tractor transmissions. The following is a description of the methodology of measurement and evaluation, bringing used calculation formula. Custom measurements were performed on tractors John Deere 7810 with transmission Powershift 19/7 and AutoQuad 20/20 and proved that in practise there are only using a few of the many gears installed. For a simple design optimization gears are used total tables extended with graphs for individual transmissions. Based on the measurement and after the data analysis is presented the proposal of transmission with 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears with a fully stamped gears under load. Current manufactures and the market, however, now offer tractors with mechanical transmissions increasing amount of gears than in the past. Increasingly, the trend is promoting the installation of transmisson with the fluent change of transmission ratio to the current use of advanced contemporary electronic transmission control and engine tractor.
Noise level at the operator tractors and their surroundings
PULKRAB, Miroslav
This thesis is focused on the tractors noisiness in place and operating of their vicinity. Observations were collected on free common used tractors in the selected farm. First part of this thesis describes impact of noisiness on the health of the operator. Following part includes technical specifications of each tractors and measuring of noisiness levels. This data are processed into graphs. Next part contains calculations of equivalent sound pressure levels. On the end you can see results of the evaluation and comparison of observed values on observed tractors.
The workstation in the tractor cab.
LÍKAŘ, Ondřej
The thesis is focused on the operator environment in the tractor cab. More precisely, the noise and dust in the tractor cab when stubbleng, plowing and sowing carried out under the autumn field work. Measurements were carried out in five farmers as five different tractors similar performance. As reference was used Zetor 12145, which was compared with New Holland T6070 Tractor, Landini Powerfarm 100, 135 Zetor Fronterra and Deutz-Fahr M620. The results of all measurements were graphically displayed and compared each other. In conclusion, the results were compared to measurements with the legislation. The measurement spat out of the rear tractor does not exceed the noise limit, which indicates the legislation. Dust measurements was more indicative of the diversity of the weather.
Optimizing of distribution potato fruit juice in quantity up to 100 000 m3.
HENŽEL, Vít
A significant amount of potato fruit juice is produced during starch manufactory which is further used as a fertilizer on fields in surroundings of starch factory. The objective of this study is to design an effective solution for the transport of potato fruit juice. The two fundamental transport systems which are used in agriculture were compared to found out the effective solution, namely transport by trucks and by tractors. The transport cycle was observed for both transport systems. The properties during application, feeding, transport around fields and transport on roads were also monitored. The more effective transport system was designed primarily for transfer for longer distances and it is based on evaluation of measured data, properties of both vehicles and information about existing transfer systems.
The noise of a harvest line during cereals harvest
BÁRTŮ, Lukáš
The thesis focuses on harvest of cereals in terms of noise pollution. Sources of noise during harvesting are harvest line (combine harvester), manipulation equipment transporting harvested grain (tractors with trailers) and in some cases harvesters straw (tractors with collectors). The main aim of this work is to measure noise at harvest on the outskirt of the crop land. In this work I focused on the selection of suitable observation post, measurement of noise pollution of particular agricultural machines, background noise measurement and evaluation of climatic conditions. Furthermore, acquired data are used for equivalent noise level calculations and evaluation against current legislation. Based on the data analysis can be concluded that noise pollution during harvest does not negatively impact its surroundings, therefore there is no need for any action to reduce noise exposure.
Monitoring and statistical evaluation of key operational economic parameters of a selected group of tractors with high performance engines.
FOLEJTAR, Tomáš
Theme of this bachelor thesis is based on gaining and evaluation of the principal economic-operating dates. The significant categories of tractors of higher performance were subject of investigation. My work was focused on evaluation of the economic data, e.g. the repair- and maintenance- costs found in invoices, bookkeeping documents and economic results of agriculture companies. These costs-level were analysed depending on the time operation of tractors and assessed by means of statistic methods and comparing with the normative figures.
Analysis of the current state of use of agricultural mechanization in given company and the proposal changes to improve the economic benefits of its use
VACOVSKÝ, Miroslav
Current use of technology is an indicator for management decisions on further investment funds. The values are based on the use of norms of Agricultural Engineering of the Czech Republic, or you can use the methodology used in the automotive industry, which is referred to as OEE. An important factor in the use of technology, the cost and the cost of operation. These costs can be divided into fixed and variable regarding their use of the machines. For information on the current use of technology and their costs can be determined strategy for further development of the company. The procedure can be basically twofold. In the absence of facilities to streamline its capacity utilization or capacity to strengthen investment in a new machine. In contrast, when overcapacity this capacity may be used for other income-generating activities such as the sale consideration or equipment, thereby reducing fixed costs for equipment. Into account, it is necessary to consider the future vision of the company.
